Came here on a Friday night and when you can’t make a reservation, it was pure luck that we got our seats within 10 minutes! Super busy and the restaurant at TST is not that big either so one will need to raise their voice to be able to talk with your friends. Food wise - we ordered the tuna tartare and the rocket and pear salad. Love the amount of cheese they had on the salad! There were some pine nuts too! That’s a bonus! I missed this salad. As with the tuna tartare - not much of a wow factor

It’s the first time we eat here. Luckily no need to wait during lunch time, maybe it’s raining and right after typhoon. We order two lunch sets for 3 people in a group. There is a English speaking environment, but with Chinese written menu, which includes starter, main course and dessert. We enjoy the food and it’s yummy and tasty especially tiramisu and the prawn spaghetti. My son enjoys so much. Staff are polite and friendly even my son made a lot of requests.

今日和好友到訪一家別緻的意粉餐廳。餐廳的布局一如歐洲的餐廳，簡單的布局加上微昏的燈光，配上輕音樂，很有身在外國的餐廳感覺。餐牌就是一張紙，分別有前菜、意粉和甜品。今日試吓tasting menu, $298/ person.四人份可點六個前菜、四個意粉和四份甜品。Tuna tartare 吞拿魚牛油果他他沒有牛肉他他咁濃味，吞拿魚他他軟滑，配上軟身牛油果，口味清新，淡淡然的Chef selection cold cut是日精選冷盤是Parma ham, 火腿口感軟身唔太乾，薄薄的，帶鹹香，如果可配蜜瓜可更理想。Rocket and pear salad雖然這火箭菜沙律十分清新簡單，但火箭菜十分清爽，加上梨的爽和輕盈沙律汁，正好清一清味蕾。Vitello tonnato吞拿魚醬小牛肉是十分特別的意大利菜式。小牛肉的味道完完全全被吞拿魚醬蓋過，味道有少少似沙甸魚的感覺，十分地道歐洲風味，樸實的味道。Homemade meatballs秘製肉丸很有家庭的感覺，肉丸大如獅子球，肉質鬆身，當中夾有芝士，配上蕃茄醬汁，經典意式風味。Beef carpaccio 生牛肉薄片切得很薄，其實印象唔太深刻

Finally have time to post hai the food I ate in the last few days/weeks. Tasting menu at Pici. $290 pp including 2 entrees, 3 pastas and 2 desserts. Very filling and satisfying 😄We had the tuna tartare and beef carpaccio for entrees. Think they used frozen tuna so the quality and taste were below expectations. Not my first time at Pici, but it was my first time at the TST branch. Service was hit or miss. There was maybe one young lady who looked like she enjoyed her job and seemed to know what she was doing. Everyone else was either clueless or lifeless. This is disappointing, because I feel that service is always good at Pirata group restaurants.
