Came to Le Garcon Saigon with a group of friends a few weekends ago for my birthday. The service was a amazing - they made me feel so special, and no request was too much for them. The food was SO good! I loved the Banh Xeo and making the paper rolls! Highly recommend this place and will be going back for sure. 

Came by for their weekend happy hour - they do a great deal where you can get all you can drink rosé for $198, from 3 and 6pm.The food is my favourite in the area (Star Street is very pretty for Wan Chai! And the restaurant is too) - really different compared to the standard Vietnamese stuff you get in Hong Kong. 香港的越南菜說多不多，說少又不少，可是具質素就真的不多。早在灣仔已有名聲的Le Garçon Saigon一向都深得客人稱讚，亦一直在小弟的wish list，終於前陣子與一眾友人來到品嚐，實在開心。當晚大約七時半到達，餐廳內已坐滿客人，真的很受大家歡迎。 天氣漸漸開始熱了，胃口也有所下降，絕對要點清新又開胃的沙律來增進食慾，【Buddha’s Textural Salad】酸酸溜溜，真的很開胃。除了沙律醬汁極為開胃惹味外，豐富的口感也令人著迷，當中有腐皮及蓮藕，既有脆卜卜的感覺，又有爽脆的口感。 接著的【NZ Cloudy Bay Clams】都令人食慾大增，以魚露、薑、蒜及辣椒等製作，酸溜溜的，更能突出了蜆肉的鮮甜。 其實越南菜是很喜歡使用燒烤的菜式，就來一個【Grilled Calamari】，燒得剛剛好，外面帶上少許微焦，配合香蔥及羅勒做成的沙沙，別有一番風味；另一款非吃不可的絕對是【Cha Gio】，傳統的豬肉及蝦肉餡料包得結結實實，表皮香脆鬆化，以生菜包著來吃，滋味無窮。 相信很多人都不知道越式薄餅是一個脆奄列，這個【Banh Xeo】將薄餅皮煎得金黃香脆，包

Went there for lunch for the first time. It’s a busy neighborhood but there were a lot of seats there. It didn’t take me long to understand why. $200 per head for set lunch, which includes a salad and main dish (rice or noodles). Not impressed and surely won’t be back.

放假去行星街 附近有很多得意嘅商店賣精品、靚衫，好有feel。行完街就決定坐低試呢間越南菜。個菜單都幾特別的，唔似平時食開嘅越南餐廳，無買牛肉河，只做南越式燒烤。又即係燒魚同燒肉，通通用米紙、香菜包成米紙卷。一每人自己食自己包都幾有趣。燒烤菜式特別推介個用魚露醃過嘅牛扒，仲有豬頸肉、 同個香葉燒魚都好鮮味，好食。除此之外仲有啲頭盤，沙律、燒雞翼、粵式春卷，全部都做得好惹味，好正宗㗎。飲品就比較多西式酒吧嘅選擇，葡萄酒、雞尾酒同鮮果汁都好好飲。

I love Le Garcon Saigon. I don't live nearby, but make the trek over to Wan Chai often for the yummy Vietnamese grilled foods and beautiful space. A lot of the food is very healthy and grilled with lots of fresh veggies. I love the cabbage salad as well as the papaya salad. I then get some rice paper rolls -- the wagyu and shrimp are my favourites. It's also a great place for cocktails and rose. I like to sit in the bar area or snag a seat outside when the weather is nice.

非常重口味味道好食，但非常重口味，dressing 太过浓，糖盐非常高，雖香口。而且三个不同salad 跟shellfish 感觉dressing 係一样？！可能少香港人同一时间order 3种沙律所以唔知？

I had a good lunch here once, a Kurobata pork bun cha, though it was probably the most expensive Vietnamese lunch I've ever had at $240, especially given it was also a weekday.I went back for dinner and again the price point was a bit of a gripe but we ordered some clams, spring rolls and the kurobata pork again but in a rice paper roll. We ate here on a Sunday afternoon, we ordered the spring rolls, banh xeo, yellow chicken and pork and the wagyu skewers. For dessert, the strawberry and rhubarb crumble x2 and the condensed milk flan x2 (a little too much caramel which I scooped off) and a Vietnamese ice coffee. Visited 2 days ago with 18 other people and I loved it so much. I wored in Vietnamese restaurant in NYC for years so I know Vietnamese food very well. I must say this is the best I've even been! Love the outdoor seats as well so we can bring our dog to hangout on the weekends!

Managed to get a table regardless the place being so popular and crowded (which is great) but once we stepped in it's disappointing. We ordered one starter-banh xeo, one main and waited 45min for our starter to come. Taste wise just alright, then we waited another 15min after we finished the starter in 15min, so total another 30min for the snapper grill to arrive. 团建聚餐好地方！餐厅环境非常好，适合聊天小聚最近新出了午餐套餐，不到200HKD。饮料要单加钱。前菜点了cabbage salad，但是看到同时的papaya salad更有食欲！而且感觉papaya 不是辣的哦！正餐点了chicken egg + broken rice，不出彩。吃不出broken rice跟普通的有什么区别同时点的beef + vermichelli 感觉很一般。但是另一款pork chop看起来好吃到爆！同事也赞不绝口！推荐。。虽然我并不知道什么味道整体来说还是不错的，服务员是white ppl 很少见

slow motion of staffs table setting. staff is willing to introduce food but.....after waiting for quite some time....we ask a staff to check our order. yet, she fails to report status to us but just bring dishes to other table. then, we ask another staff n we find out that she has not placed order n try to place order again after our checking. oh....we wait for such a time n feel very unhappy on such level of service offered. bad experience. never come again.

Great food! Really fresh and tasty. Best of all they gave us welcome enter on the house! We had the shredded chicken salad, wagyu skewers (amazing!) and the pork skewers.

My BF and I came here for happy hour since we saw some advertisements through articles and instagram that this place offered a variety of drinks and bar snacks. We were disappointed. The atmosphere was nice and the drinks were fine as well (only beer, red and white wine offered). It was a good place to talk and hang out, however we were not impressed by the happy hour or staff service. The only happy hour free "snack" were these oily, stale and bland fried "chips".
