We like the vibrant and colourful brasserie seating with a bit of a Parisian feel. Service has been good, polite and timely during our meals here.During our recent meal, we enjoyed several items from their small plate section of the menu including the Nam Vang style chicken wings, that were delicious as they have been in the past. We like the vibrant and colourful brasserie seating with a bit of a Parisian feel. Service has been good, polite and timely during our meals here.
During our recent meal, we enjoyed several items from their small plate section of the menu including the Nam Vang style chicken wings, that were delicious as they have been in the past. These are well fried, nicely seasoned and served with a vibrant dipping sauce.
For desert we shared the banana bread served with brown butter ice-cream, walnuts an a bit of smoked maple. Again, just a very good dish, a great desert to end a rewarding lunch at Le Garcon Saigon.
The service is warm. The atmosphere is cheerful with the background songs and servicing crew. Genuine French helping the guests with the menu.

每次去日月星街都會經過Le Garçon Saigon成日覺得佢裝修好靚好特別好想搵次去食下 今次真係試左啦目測去呢間餐廳食野嘅人外國人多過香港人可能佢嘅越南菜好精緻好啱外國人總括左先 我覺得好驚喜呀唔明點解咁好食都好似冇乜人知咁首先小食叫左Grilled Calamari Calamari超級腍 加埋好多京蔥同salsa sauce味道香濃另一個小食係鮮蝦豬肉春卷比起其他餐廳一般嘅春卷呢個高質好多平時春卷個皮脆得黎咬落去就碎開哂但呢個脆口得黎 唔會散開加埋好多餡料 口感豐富然後叫左個和牛米紙卷和牛煎得好靚佢係所有野自己包不過我就整到散哂另一個主菜係越式薄餅呢個估唔到大到咁有兩塊面咁大薄餅有炒香左嘅蝦肉 辣肉腸 豆芽搣碎個餅 再用生菜包 好玩又好食最後仲有甜品Wood-fried Banana Bread, Brown Butter Ice Cream, Walnuts, Smoked Maple睇個名都知啲味有幾夾 個雪糕同熱嘅banana bread一齊食都唔洗再點形容

We are a party of four and half way through our dinner they took our table away and us share a table that was meant for two persons. The staff was rude and did not apologise for the inconvenience. I understand that restaurants need to maximise their income, but you can imagine how uncomfortable it was when my elbow was touching the person next to me. Also the table was so small that we had to constantly shift our plates and rush our food just to fit everything. The table they took was left empty

一碟裡面有好多配料,除咗香蕉同包,仲有雲呢拿味雪糕、墨西哥脆片、核桃同埋餅碎~可以話係冷暖交融,香脆軟腍兼備,口感好豐富😂麵包幾香牛油味,不過唔夠熱,表面嘅燶邊亦都過硬🍞

同朋友約左金鐘食lunch,先發覺星街附近既餐廳全部都無得book枱,加上要人齊先入得去,唯一呢間餐廳比朋友入去等我地。黎到已經見到侍應開左支水浸緊水比我地,朋友話比我地知個lunch set $198 包salad + main。 我地每人叫左杯$68 grapefruit juice。Salad 有 chicken cabbage salad 同Buddha salad 揀。朋友叫左chicken cabbage salad 有香蒜、雞絲、椰菜絲,食落好開胃。我叫左Buddha salad,個配搭好有趣,有腐竹,有mustard leaf ,食落辣辣地幾得意。主菜到左,有個朋友叫左個豬既飯,個樣睇落有d似叉燒飯比我地笑佢我叫左和牛撈檬,好多牛肉,但係就食唔出係和牛我覺得如果你想靜靜地,係一個靚環境食lunch ,可以黎呢度,service 都好好,但係佢既lunch set 有d over priced

廢話少講環境:店面大,座位都好多。客人大部份都係白人同印度人,操流利英語。侍應都係用英文對答。Service: 侍應態度好好,會一道一道菜咁解釋點整同有咩特色,而且好友善,會同客人chit chat.食物:好好食!特別係個燒春雞,唔老,好滑。望落去油油哋,但食落去唔覺,仲好野味。粟米嗰碟好特別,係創意菜肴嚟。無諗到粟米可以咁樣整。呢道啲菜拍得住fine dining.個甜品都係水準之上,個popcorn痴住雪糕都無淋身,handle得好好。

We booked a table in weekday and we still needed to wait abt 15mins to get into. This restaurant is always crowded with ppl and many like to celebrate birthdays here!The food provided here is not typical ones, but fusion.  And the dish is just amazing! Salad is simple but tasty, their baked corn with mayon is must-try, and the chicken is crispy outside but tender inside! I personally is not a viet cuisine lover but these dish just blow me away! The only downside is the price is a little high, with a drink like mojito, it costs abt $88 +10%. Well, would still visit again tho haha.

Came dinner with friend on a weekday, waitress is friendly and welcoming. We ordered the aubergine in curry sauce with baguette, there’s some lemongrass which is not a common herbs I found in dishes and it bring some freshness to the dishAlso had the okra which is fair, a little 🌶 nothing surprising. The waitress also recommended their do-it-yourself rice-paper roll with three meats to choose from. We picked the beef cooked medium, beef is good but the rice paper is sooo hard. Would suggest repl

Also had the okra which is fair, a little 🌶 nothing surprising. The waitress also recommended their do-it-yourself rice-paper roll with three meats to choose from. The restaurant is pretty cozy, not crowded and silence. They also has a blanket on the seat which is thoughtful

The food is fine but the service is incredibly slow! We finished our appetizers in the first twenty minutes and waited half an hour for the main... so we ordered the dessert before we finished our main and it took another thirty minutes for the dessert to actually come. Best thing is that we ordered THE SAME TIME as the next table who got theirs 15 minutes earlier. I’m so pissed!

It is the 4 time I dine at this restaurant with different group of friends, I’m glad it keeps the standard everytime of the very French Vietnamese style. I love the mood, music, deco, especially the painting on the wall there.It makes me feel like not in HK, but dinning at somewhere else on my holidays.The food is fresh, and the grilled calamari is must try, yummy, fresh taste and juicy!  The service was spectacular that made the dinning experience and atmosphere there with added thumb up! I hop

It makes me feel like not in HK, but dinning at somewhere else on my holidays.
The food is fresh, and the grilled calamari is must try, yummy, fresh taste and juicy!  The service was spectacular that made the dinning experience and atmosphere there with added thumb up! I hope to come back soon!

Looking for a free flow happy hour during weekdays, when I searched online, Le Garçon Saigon served a great deal for allyou can drink of house white, red and beer. However, the free flow happy hour is not available anymore.Apart from Sauvignon Blanc and beer that we ordered, the grilled calamari with salsa and herb is excellent. The calamari is perfectly cooked, soft and juicy. The deco and music are very cool. I love the outdoor seats and the widely opened glass door with sunlight.

我很喜歡越南,亦很喜歡越南的美食,香港越南餐廳雖多,但有驚喜的其實不算太多;這天和友人們來到Le Garçon Saigon,品嚐了一頓美味的越南美食。 Buddha’s Textural Salad 頭盤先來一份沙律開開胃吧;喜歡這個沙律當中加入了腐竹,本身我很喜歡吃腐竹的,加在沙律中,脆脆的增加了不少的口感呢。 NZ Cloudy Bay Clams Clam本來就吸引,這個clam加入了越式汁和青檸來調味,味道帶酸特別的開胃。而clam本身味道亦鮮甜,整道味道很好呢。 Banh Xeo 這個看上去有點似奄列,不過這奄列是十分香脆的,當中加入了辣肉腸和蝦,再混上了越式醬汁和香葉,味道濃郁又清新呢。 Saigon BBQ Yellow Chicken 平日我不太吃雞的,但就超喜歡吃這個雞呢。雞肉十分的嫩滑,亦充滿了雞肉味,特別喜歡旁邊的花生醬,沾雞是非常的美味的;另一個伴碟是醃製了的通菜,味道是超酸的,正好減低膩感。 Rangers Valley Wagyu Bavette 來了一份牛,當然不止牛呢,還包括了無限的米紙呢。先說這個牛,牛肉肉質軟腍,非常的香口呢。 DIY

Buddha’s Textural Salad
頭盤先來一份沙律開開胃吧;喜歡這個沙律當中加入了腐竹,本身我很喜歡吃腐竹的,加在沙律中,脆脆的增加了不少的口感呢。

NZ Cloudy Bay Clams
Clam本來就吸引,這個clam加入了越式汁和青檸來調味,味道帶酸特別的開胃。而clam本身味道亦鮮甜,整道味道很好呢。

平日我不太吃雞的,但就超喜歡吃這個雞呢。雞肉十分的嫩滑,亦充滿了雞肉味,特別喜歡旁邊的花生醬,沾雞是非常的美味的;另一個伴碟是醃製了的通菜,味道是超酸的,正好減低膩感。

來了一份牛,當然不止牛呢,還包括了無限的米紙呢。先說這個牛,牛肉肉質軟腍,非常的香口呢。

DIY Rice Paper Rolls
單吃牛很棒,包著吃亦棒,味道更豐富呢;而這份米紙當然不止是米紙這樣的簡單,當中還有濱海、醃蘿蔔、菠蘿和青瓜。

Condensed Milk Flan,Woodfired Banana Bread
滿足的晚餐當然不能少得甜點吧。來了數份甜點,其中我最喜歡的是milk flan,從來都很喜歡flan,這裡做得很美味,十分香滑,充滿奶香,還有我很喜歡的焦糖咖啡醬,很美味呢。
