各位朋友仔一定會好疑惑明明漢堡包加薯條呢啲魔鬼組合邪惡到極，點解我仲會話就算食左都唔會太罪疚呢？快啲睇埋落去啦。其實係因為呢間舖頭既位置係要上一條長樓梯先到既，咁食漢堡之前同之後都會做下運動，感覺係咪食完都無咁多罪惡感呢？講番正題先，餐廳採用美式設計，中間有一張可以好多人一齊坐既長枱，想靜靜地同三五知己輕鬆下就可以揀坐側邊既吧枱，成個感覺一樣咁chill架。個日我係午餐時間去食既，lunch set有一個漢堡、一份配菜加一杯飲品，部分食品或者飲品需要額外加錢，想試既朋友仔要留意番個價錢啦。我揀左芝士漢堡、出面比較少有既炸番薯條同埋忌廉汽水。飲品幾驚喜既，因為係玻璃樽裝既汽水，相信大家可能都知道玻璃樽裝汽水係特別好味既呢個都市傳說，見到個下真係覺得特別興奮。漢堡同配菜係一齊上既，漢堡既份量係偏細個既款，但麻雀雖小五臟俱全，一個漢堡有齊牛肉、芝士、洋蔥、醃黃瓜同生菜，一嗒咬落去可以食晒所有材料，滿滿既肉汁混合埋其他材料，絕對係一個會另人回味無窮既漢堡。跟住要推介既番薯條可以話係令我最掛念既，連皮粗切既番薯條經過油炸之後表面有少少焦糖化，入面仍然保持到番薯既香甜同軟糯，如果怕番薯太甜食得多會

It’s my second time coming to this restaurant. I love where this burger shop is located, a quiet street in wan chai. We ordered a mixed fries and two burger this time. “The Golden stand” and the chicken burger. Mixed fries include normal skinny fries & thick sweet potato 🍠 fries 🍟 ! Food was ok, prob slightly better than average but the attitude of the staff was horrible. They don’t acknowledge you when you enter the place, rather really busy playing their cellphones with one another. 除非你係特登openrice或者有熟人介紹過，如果唔係都應該唔會識搵到依度🙈-依度啲burger係幾唔錯，我地有個叫左vegan burger，其餘都係叫晒cheese burger😁佢既lunch set會抵食啲，包埋一個side & drink，但就會比平時少左幾款包，不過就唔大礙因為基本款都有齊💁🏻‍♀️-而佢地既sides更係驚喜呀超鐘意😍我地人多所以叫左幾款share黎食，都係好好食好推薦‼️-🥗佢既coleslaw有啲日式風，有麻醬同淡淡既姜味-🍟幼薯條真係做得好好，係比平時市面食到既更酥脆，但裡面又唔會乾爭爭，成盤唔洗沾茄汁就已經清晒🤤-🧀🍟cheese fries要加$12，但因爲薯條已經整得好好，所以加埋芝士係更勝一籌😊-🍠 厚切蕃薯條都唔錯，配左個蒜蓉辣椒醬比人沾黎食，但就因為厚切所以自己獨食會太滯，啱晒大食既人或者share黎食會滋味啲😋

黎到灣仔日街 原來加埋附近月街同星街形成左個小區～地區似soho 好似多左幾分身處外國，好chill嘅感覺…而依間漢堡店 門口藍白色已經夠哂eye-catching入面就係白色磚加neon lights 打卡一流～講番食物～ 朋友嗌左cheese burger + bacon..我就嗌左'honbo'以為honbo（小店名稱）係招牌會係推介但係係兩塊薄啲嘅牛肉 所以唔係好食到牛味比起朋友嘅cheese burger係一塊厚厚的牛肉漢堡好似佢果個比較吸引 見佢個包充滿肉汁呢…仲嗌左個小食～ mixed fried (薯條同蕃薯條）薯條係幼薯 炸得幾好味但蕃薯條我就覺得唔係幾夠甜～食物冇太大驚喜 而價錢少貴～ 所以一般般而已><

Hidden away from the hustle and bustle -where the busy Amercian burger joints lie, is a local gem, the aptly named, Honbo. Despite being off the High street, it can still get quite busy with a capacity of around 16-20 (with a squeeze) and the fact it can get busy is a testament to the quality of the burgers.I usually build up an appetite before I go here and choose a big one like the 'Honbo 2.0'. 星期六enjoy weekend time緊係要搵緊好食既環境夠chill既歎返個good day la🤩💁🏽‍♀️ Cheeseburger HKD98💁🏽‍♀️ Chickenburger HKD88芝士漢堡就有4oz beef patty，而雞堡係有機雞肉再加上homemade terriyaki sauce，兩份honbo都超有肉汁，超級juicy，所以真係超級正！一咬落去肉汁係要爆出尼，之後加上pickles,onion,lettuce感覺好fresh，而且唔會膩，超級正😛😛用料新鮮，裝潢簡約夠哂靚🥰絕對係冇失望架！仲有後面個薯條都幾好味，鹽味份量剛好唔太喊而且仲吊到果重味道👅💦

見到日街這間burger店，店面頗文青feel，藍白色quite eye catching，今日來試試。去到餐廳坐滿人，餐廳不大，位置不多，原本一心打算來坐在窗邊的位置，去到時已被人坐了😩 打卡不成，找個位食漢堡算😂Choices不算太多，今日試了一個Honbo這漢堡$118。漢堡送到面前時，份量size比我想像中細個，味道沒有特別impressive，薄薄的餡料細細個包，索價過百元只有這質素，有少少失望。

Went there because I really wanted to chill in somewhere nice and has a good vibe. This place is a GEM!The window seat is really chill and amazing. 星期日想係灣仔搵一間舒服嘅小店食晚餐，發覺呢間burger小店喺日街內，7點多啲，人流唔多，坐位都算寬敞。兩個人叫左一個classic burger，cheese fries，lemon pepper wings，再加兩杯飲品。由於當日人流唔多，上菜速度非常快。先上classic burger，麵包溫熱，有用牛油烘過，塊牛都算牛味好足，不過有少少乾身，略嫌唔夠juicy。跟住再上嘅，就係chess fries，幼身薯條，比較乾身同香口，但鋪面嘅芝士太杰，食到最尾張住曬。最後，亦都係今餐最欣賞嘅lemon pepper wings，外皮無落炸粉都炸得好香脆，嗰個醬汁係用千島醬，再加黑椒同辣味粉，好惹味。

成日都想揾間好食既漢堡包店🍔，前排試食了人氣店(shake shack burger ) ，但感覺一般，可能係美國食會好啲啦。今次呢間店，係由個外國回流既醫生👨🏻‍⚕️開，放棄高薪厚職，目標整個全城最好食既Burger 。單聽個背景，就值得去試下啦。🤗🍔Classic cheese burger ( 4/5 分) 麵包鬆軟，聽講店主係以日本技術，再因應香港天氣來製造麵包。漢堡扒用上本地新鮮牛肉製成，每日新鮮攪拌，並沒有預先調味。食落肉汁滿瀉，但肉質又不會有過淋既感覺。值得一試。🍟Thick cut Sweet potato fried ( 3.5 /5 分) 比普通薯條好食，配有辣辣地既醬汁，份外惹味。🍔Chicken burger ( 2.5/5 分)同M記個板燒雞腿包無乜分別，可以不試。總結: 灣仔日街上的小店，儘管星期六，都不會大排長龍，可以悠閒地享受高質素的Honbo 🍔

位於日街的漢堡小店 聽說他們的軟殼蟹漢堡很好吃 所以找了個星期天來試試 但是當天竟然沒有軟殼蟹 又沒有雞 因為我個人不太喜歡吃牛 所以有感失望 但一場來到也沒理由不點一個classic burger試試($88) 另外加了一客幼薯條($38)和雞翼($58) 價錢是可以接受的 雞翼有6隻 味道很不錯 沒有很油膩的感覺 很久沒有吃過幼薯了 好像大部分餐廳都喜歡賣粗薯條/potato wedges 但其實我家一向認為幼薯更好吃 而這家薯條真的很新鮮 熱辣辣 超滿意壓軸當然是主角classic burger 牛剪得很香 牛味很濃很突出 包外脆外軟 高質 滿意 way above average (shake shack都要行埋一邊😩)
