The dish came with impeccable presentation as well as captivating aroma. The sauce tasted like an ultra-indulgent version of lobster bisque – very flavourful and not too salty. The rice was also cooked to al-dente. The only thing I would complain about was that the shells of lobster claws were too hard to crack!

The Aussie mussels were fresh, soft and sweet, immersed in the creamy white wine sauce which was was equally outstanding. It was ingenious to pair the dish with chips and sourdough bread so we could enjoy more of the sauce after finishing up the mussels.
Mussel lovers are highly recommended to pay a visit on "Mussels Madness Monday”, when they could devour free flow mussels at just $255 with a variety of sauce options including house style, hoegaarden, mariniere, laksa, etc.
