近日有飲食網站列出2018年度的必食餐廳，而這一家Foto也是位列其中。Foto是位於中環威靈頓廣場二十樓。地理位置旺中帶靜。一步入餐廳，發覺米白色的裝修高雅別緻，加上兩邊開揚的落地玻璃，陽光透進室內，感覺開揚而舒適。餐點方面是主打西班牙菜，有出名的伊比利亞黑毛豬、西班牙鱈魚、龍蝦、西班牙奄列、沙律等等，也少不了地道tapas 同西班牙燴飯。價格方面，由小食$138-$498， tapas$38-$378, meats $95-$298和燴飯$388-$540不等，是中環的格價。相對地四個course的brunch 只索價$398， 就比較親民。Surf & turf brunch $398 per head先點一杯white sangria.$75平曰red sangria 就飲得多，而 white sangria 總是第一次。這White sangria 入口沒有red sangria 咁濃，味道比較清爽，帶陣陣果香，輕輕的甜，是幾fruity又輕怡的夏曰味道。StartersSerrano ham with Tom crystal bread這Serrano 火腿味道甘香油潤，肉

家人提議嚟呢間食西班牙莱，又係第一次嚟，沿雲咸街直上就見到，好易揾，內部環境乾淨舒適，落地玻璃可以望到街景及中環夜景，感覺好好，服務好。我哋booked 6:15pm,由於尚早，去到只有幾枱客，坐落廿分鐘左右，已經越嚟越多人，差不多滿座哩！西人招呼，客人都係中外參半。食物質素都ok呀！做緊promotion 又唔算貴噃！連埋加一，都係四百幾，可接受嘅，當然飲品另計啦！亦可以選擇……飲水，水……唔洗比錢，要浪漫D，叫D酒水，配合呢度嘅環境，又真係幾正㗎！

Because of the restaurant week, I decided to try this Spanish restaurant with my friend. For tapas, we had crab salad, sea bass, cold cuts with tomato bread and also potato brava. For main course, we had pork with Spanish pepper and seafood paella. They serve churros with chocolate for dessert!Everything was exceptional and the portion was reasonable. Liking the delicate and tender texture of Cuttlefish tagliatelle. Glad it wasn’t overcooked which might have made it too chewy and tasted like rubber. Was here on a Saturday night, the food was really good, we will be back despite it being so pricey. Staff was attentive to refill the water all the time. The place could get busy and tables are parked very close to each other, so it is likely to eavesdrop your neighbours conversation. We were seated next to a group of young ladies who were cursing the whole night, that part was unfortunate.

友人生日晚飯，揀咗FOFO去食西班牙菜。友人係Super Monday嘅會員, Meat & Rice menu有買一送一嘅優惠，抵食。有年幾兩年冇去, 食物依然保持水準, 抵讃！一坐低送嘅餐前小點, 一向都係我嘅心頭好，番茄包鬆脆， 好味我哋要咗一杯red, 一杯white Sangria, 佢哋仲有pink 同埋bubbly sangria可選擇🍷頭盤呢個皇帝蟹牛油果沙律，喺頂嘅係香草雪葩, 蟹肉鮮味， 混和埋伴碟嘅松子，味道清新！🦀🥑主菜揀咗烤乳豬同埋龍蝦paella (半份), 乳豬皮好脆, 龍蝦有膏，飯就略為濕咗少少，但味道一流！🐖🥘一頓飯點都要有一個菜，揀咗西班牙炒小青椒，我前年去西班牙嘅時候成日都食，係當地嘅特色菜式💃甜品揀咗無花果拿破崙，啲無花果好鮮甜， 拿破崙餅都整得唔錯！ 為晚餐寫上一個完美嘅句號P.S. 我訂座嘅時候只係mark咗慶祝生日，但係當甜品上嘅時候，見到插上蠟燭同埋寫上Happy Birthday, 為我及友人送上驚喜，服務好貼心💖

同家人再去中環威靈頓街M88大廈位於20樓的西班牙餐廳, 三年前來第一次的時候, 再上一層有outdoor area境色好靚音樂好聽, 氣氛好好, 上面有位總是面露笑容四眼高大的bartender, 我記得叫eric , 點解記得咁清楚, 因為他身上有名字eric的紅色豬仔名牌, 他熱情風趣友善無所不談, 果時有happy hour, 飲eric親手做的幾杯sangria, 他會自動提供蕃茄醬麵包給我送酒, 他說空肚飲酒會易醉, 照顧客人好舒服, 但三年後再臨, 上一層outdoor已經無eric那位高大四眼bartender, 上面冷冷清清, 感覺完全不同多年後再食那時eric推薦的Salmon Air bag, 記得三年前eric落力推薦這個Salmon Air bag, 同我講唔好睇價錢, 食左你就知好正, 我同2個朋友由半信半疑心態, 隨便叫3件來食, 我想 : 唉.....最多比你呃一次, 點知到總共食左42件, 連續order左5次, 食完又想再食, 最後飽到飯都食唔落, haha........包面有煙三文魚方塊和魚子醬, 咬下去, 包內有忌廉在口中爆炸, 真喺唔講得少,

第三次黎 加左價 但質素依然Set lunch可選兩知appetitors 尼度tapas(即appetitors)好出色 好正之前食過scallop , beef tartare 都好味 今次encore scallop, 加saladScallop加牛油果🥑醬好味！好鮮味好鬼夾salad都好大兜Main揀lobster我熱愛但覺得龍蝦肉身極似比人偷食過，有好多芝士醬係表，但肉好少囉真心覺得比人偷工減料... 但係好正嘅好香環境一流

After since I purchased the Entertainer App, I'm always excited to look for restaurants on the App to visit. FoFo by el Willy was one of them, and I had a brunch with a friend yesterday. I made a reservation on Chope and requested to reserve the table by the window. I arrived on time and the table was ready. However the view was towards the buildings in Central, whereas the other side of the restaurant has a mountain view which was so much nicer! I would definitely add that onto my table request

假日由於撞上Restaurant Week，就決定黎到呢間比較有格調既西班牙菜餐廳食飯，位置都好方便。坐低近窗邊位置後揀左個lunch set，前菜揀左份salmon tartare。不得不說，呢碟tartare配埋佢既脆餅黎食口感真係幾好。之後黎到一碟Slow cooked egg with crispy potatoes，薯絲炸得好脆，配埋流出黎既蛋黃撈埋咁食非常香口。黎到main course，上左一道香煎鱸魚，佢配既source好特別，但同條魚食落係幾夾。最後黎到dessert，跟餐有Churros with Chocolate，分別配左雲呢拿雪糕同熱溶朱古力醬，即刻甜番哂。

Fofo一向都好多人話好食 早幾日好想去食tapas又去左Salmon Air bag超好食。三文魚好新鮮又有d sour cream。個味超夾Bravas即係薯仔粒 係我friend介紹我食既。以為係好普通點知個味同口感都好正和牛就正正常常冇咩特別。牛味足但未去到入口即溶既級數Paella係食spanish嘢一定要叫既。呢度個paella煮得好好味 唔會好濕 海鮮又新鮮乳豬個皮好脆 而且d肉唔會好肥或者好瘦 完全剛剛好

見到某手機 app 有優惠，9pm 入座有 7 折。雖然話就話 7 折，食物本身價錢唔便宜，但我哋都算貪小便宜，考慮咗一陣都訂咗位。入座好順利，餐廳唔滿人，安排咗一張四人檯俾我哋。我哋叫咗 Croquettes ($140)、Suckling Pig（$235）、Lobster Paella for 2（$398）。Full portion 其實（只是）$498，如果多於 2 人，一定要叫 full portion 啊！份量大好多。呢個 2 人份量算做剛剛好。另外，龍蝦、海鮮同飯既比例亦剛剛好，味道唔錯，算係成餐的亮點。另外兩個 tapas 其實麻麻。我好鍾意食 suckling pig，呢度的 suckling pig 比較乾，肉質亦一般。Croquettes 亦無甚驚喜。不試無妨～。由於香港食嘢太貴喇，都唔知呢餐性價比算高定低。有優惠可以去試下。

環境一流，但食物質素不如傳聞中好，如有優惠可一試，但不會再來當天中午剛開門便來到，享受了一陣子清靜的空間前菜是生牛肉他他，味道不錯，但相信order salad會更好之後嘅煙肉溫泉蛋配切成絲的薯絲極咸Main dish係海鮮飯，味道一般甜品相對最好味下次不會再來

吃情人節餐，0730到，頭30分鐘吃前菜，生豪，面包，仲唔記得出少左一個前菜，同待應講冇反應，話忙又唔跟，黑口黑面，到0930都未出主菜，垃圾離哂大普，仲要開在中環威靈頓廣場最高層，浪費

今日係舊同事生日飯局，於是訂左依間評價不錯既西班牙菜試試，點知有d不合期望Lunch menu係$288加1，有兩個tapas同一個main 甜品要另外加錢我叫左scallop with avocado mousse 但係就唔係好食得出avocado 既味，帶子還算可以，冇咩鮮味咁反而另一個truffle sauce好出色最後係seabrass , 個汁幾好味既 個皮都脆但係肉其實唔滑依個價錢食個lunch set 唔會再去
