生蚝:新鲜有海水味,蚝身爽脆。配上自家制cocktail 里面有红椒、蕃茄、小红葱等材料更能够引起海鲜嘅鲜味。对板。蕃茄橄榄油脆饼:榄油同埋蕃茄嘅美妙配合。铺上脆口嘅面包作为餐前小食非常开胃。火腿包马介休球:火腿嘅浓香衬托炸马介休球。入边嘅材料均衡啲大嘅冲击充满口中久而不散。小食友报告太大浸芝士味。墨鱼汁小马介休球:墨鱼汁嘅鲜味充斥喺个馅里面令到整个马介休球都充满咸鲜香,回味不断。更胜火腿马介休。白酒:清新嘅柠檬柚子同埋百花香味。好似夏天中一阵阵地中海嘅微风吹拂。海鲜沙律配克力架:八爪鱼加上带子刺身配以蕃茄碎橄油沙律。上面再有脆米饼。脆米饼有点像和风既香脆又可口。辣椒蒜头虾:蒜头辣椒煮起嘅橄榄油配以大只嘅海虾虾嘅质素相当之好。肉质既有鲜味亦都有弹性。相当对板。火腿:肉质松化,咸香十足。食到停唔到口。蛏子:配以本菇同埋风干火腿。虽然加咗啲BB椰菜仔,好有东方色彩嘅一碟𩠌。不过个人觉得广东人豉椒炒蛏子先至系王道。烧乳猪:猪肉嫩滑松软,猪皮香脆可口。整个感觉配合得非常之好啊。但系番茄薯仔饼不似预期。比较烟韧同埋过咗火喉。海鲜烩饭:非常之香浓嘅鲜虾海鲜汤令到整个饭都非常之鲜香。饭嘅生熟度刚刚好。入边亦都会有好多墨鱼粒,亦令到整体嘅口感提升左。上面嘅海鲜里面龙虾系比较鲜味而突出。不过青口同埋显就真系好一般啦。环境:环境舒适,灯光亦非常之恰到好处。配合窗外中环嘅商业区风景以及远处半山嘅风景,整个感觉十分舒适。不过碰巧当晚有不少多外国人喺度Happy Hour,嘈咗少少啦。

⛄️ 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 🎄 疫情关系冇咗晚市堂食,唯有食Christmas lunch, 男朋友好识做咁book左位于中环M88 嘅Fofo el Willy 🥰圣诞lunch menu 同平时lunch menu 价钱相差无几,都系大约$360 per person1. Fofo’s signature scallop ceviche 个人而言,觉得一般,好似同个sauce唔多夹,但带子系鲜甜的👍🏼 2. Iberico ham with tomato bread 个ham咸香味好浓,但又唔会死咸👍🏼配合埋tomato bread 清新嘅感觉,味道唔错!😋但唔知点解今次嘅橄榄油落得太多,令到成个包都好oily , 扣了些小分3. King crab salad with mayonnaise sauce 🦀 本身好期待,因为第一次食嘅时候呢个好surprise到我,味道好不特止,仲要口感都好,但今次佢起下面放左块有yogurt filling ge 饼干,yogurt味同king crab 完全唔夹!令到成件事present得好奇怪🥴失色不少4. Garlic and chilli prawns 🍤 surprisingly yummy 😋 估唔到呢个系最好味嘅Tapas 😋garlic 好香,虾肉弹牙,简直系完美嘅配搭😍5. Waygu beef with truffle fries (medium)超正!好好味嘅和牛牛扒😍叫咗五成熟,真系一啲都唔鞋口!食得出好鲜嫩,油脂分布同肉质都系恰到好处🥰必食之选😋

今天到中环工作,下午放半天假,心想不如享受一个悠闲的午餐。上Open Rice 见Fofo by el Willy评价唔错,还有Tasting Menu,一于试吓。上到20楼,望见光猛的大厅,还有精致的摆设,有点相逢恨晚的感觉。Tasting Menu ($488)有4个前菜及4个主菜,还有一甜品,好抵。第一个前菜是西班牙火腿配蕃茄面包,火腿十分之优质,富有咸香。蕃茄面包做法特别,面包有点硬但亦脆口,包上面有蕃茄蓉,带有淡淡的蕃茄香,味道OK。配上火腿,却十分之夹,口感及味道都丰富。蟹肉沙律配有青蓣果及沙律菜,上面加上松子,用Mayonnaise 及Wasabi 做酱汁,甜甜地更能带出蟹肉的鲜甜,松子又香又脆,令沙律有不同口感,清新又好味。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻第三个前菜是带子,以牛油果做底汁,上面铺有类似炸芋丝的物体。牛油果味不浓,口腔充满带子的鲜甜味,很满足。😃😃😃食咗三个前菜,与友人已赞不绝口,最后一个前菜,一上枱已眼前一亮,样子十分可爱。泡芙上面放了一片三文鱼腩,还有片片黑松露,泡芙内是酸忌廉,三文鱼新鲜甜美。三文鱼混和酸忌廉,原来很夹,味道层次丰富。放入口,不单有三文鱼独有鲜味,亦有忌廉的滑溜,还有泡芙的薄脆,加埋松露的香,好味到无得弹。😋😋😋接著的主菜是西班牙红虾,它用了上等红虾,虾肉鲜甜,经过焗,十分香口。旁边的面包,用来点虾汁及忌廉,鲜甜美味。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻乳猪绝对是皮脆肉嫩,咬落肉汁香溢,360度刺激味蕾,好食到唔停得口,我只嫌一件太少。旁边的抱子甘蓝平衡了肉味,绝配。它的乳猪比The Salted Pig是有过之而无不及,Super Yummy! 😘😘😘澳洲和牛虽不及日本和牛幼嫩,但肉质鲜嫩丶多汁兼有浓郁的牛味,正!旁边的松露薯条又香又脆,咸度啱啱好!无论主菜或伴菜,都是水准之作。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻甜品是吉拿棒伴朱古力酱,吉拿棒又称西班牙油炸鬼,是面粉加蛋然后油炸而成。其吉拿棒充满蛋香,炸得脆口,上面洒上糖粒,甜甜地,好味。单独食也好,点朱古力酱也好,是一地道好甜品。😋😋😋除咗Tasting Menu,我们还加热咖啡,绝对是一完美的ending note。 😃😃😃

Good food, terrible service, not sad that it’s closing.We had the set lunch, was rushed to finish the tapas “because the main is ready” then sat waiting 15 minutes for the main. That and a few other poor service moments spoiled the experience.The food itself was good, but service frustrating.

Wonderful food! The staffs are nice and the environment is comfortable. Pity that there was a private gathering with around eight people.Their voice was quite loud and two of them kept saying some indecent words.They were drinking at the bar before returning to their tables. All in all, it’s a good restaurant with high CP value. Wagyu is so scrumptious. Added $188 for Lobster paella on top of dining set (special offer from Dining City). Personally I think it’s not worth. Anyhow, my hubby said that he still would pay extra for this dish with more variety.
