bookmark咗Espuma勁耐,Happy Friday終於搵fd一齊去食。有set menu,$588 for 2ppl,options都幾吸引,但打開a la carte menu發現有更多更吸引嘅選擇,所以就放棄咗set menu。慢煮的八爪魚十分軟腍,平常吃到的八爪魚都是十分彈牙有咬口,這個是連沒牙力的婆婆也可以進食。想不到八爪魚也可煮成這質感,嫩滑又有點彈牙。但味道比較清淡,雖然吃到八爪魚的鮮味,如果可以配合醬汁或調味再濃一點會更好。吞拿魚四邊沾滿了黑白芝麻,再鋪了一些蕃茄蓉,多種顏色十分吸睛。表面微熟,中間仍是生的,配芥末醬,十分開胃。雖然不是廚師推介的菜式,但我覺得挺好吃。西班牙奄列厚如海綿蛋糕。切開後,裡面材料極豐富,有薯仔、蟹肉。外表煎得金黃,但內裡十分濕潤。份量看似不多,但極飽肚。 吃奄列吃得很飽時,豬手就送上,看着它雖然覺得很飽,但仍很有衝動要把它吃光。單從外表已覺得豬皮十分香脆,咬下去不得了,既脆又覺得滿口骨膠原。豬手啖啖肉,咸香十足,十分美味。配有芥末、蘋果蓉和酸菜,增加層次。嚐了一口招牌水果茶,像瑞士糖味,朋友覺得十分好喝,還強調它很漂亮。而自家製西柚冰

Very nice restaurant with good location, definitely recommend for a Friday social with a bunch of friends~ Also veggie friendly, they do have a lot of veggie choices, salad, main course, and dessert~ The Truffle Fries was amazing, couldnt stop eating, sad forgot to take pic. The cauliflower Mushroom Risotto was also good~ Have to mention Lava Diva ~ was dying, even I was so full, I still tried to stuff more! Overall, definitely go and try!!!

I heard that they have recently changed the menu, thus tonight we decided to go to treat us a nice meal together as a team so we booked 7:30pm for this place which is highly recommended by me. We quickly browsed through the menu and each of us was fascinated by the attractive presentation of the photos in the menu and each ordered a few dishes that we fancy.
First come all the Tapas - and all are very wonderfully presented. Most of the appetisers are served with salad leaves, which created a very good mix of the meat / seafood based tapas.
Sesame-Crusted Tuna Chunks: Personally, I am not a tuna fan, but this Tuna was nicely marinated and it wasn't fishy at all. The meat was really soft and together with the wasabi mayo sauce, it gives the Tuna a very refreshing flavour.
Seared Scallop - Barcelona way: The seared scallop is served with the avocado and mango salsa sauce, with cherry tomato on the side. The scallop was big and chewy and it goes very well with the slightly sour sauce which makes it an amazing appetiser.
Mini Checkin Wings These mini chicken wings are made with single bone wings coated with honey. It was crispy and light - definitely a good way to start your meal with a light bite. Then it comes to the main course
Creamy Cauliflower Mushroom Risotto This is a new item on the menu and it definitely worth a try, especially if you are a truffle fan like I do! The Risotto was well cooked with a good portion of cream, truffle and risotto rice. Normally, I am not a big fan of Risotto as most of the one you can find in the restaurants are saucy and thus make it too stuffy. While in this risotto, the cream based give a good amount of richness base while the cauliflower creates a lightness for the dish.
Truffle fries with cheese This is a MUST order The life-changing fries - as the fries were freshly shattered potatoes and served crispy. Together with the truffle mayo dip, there isn't word to describe how perfect and heavenly it is. Finally, how can you miss the dessert if you are coming to Espuma
i Che Tropical Bamboni (Half) Personally I prefer the fresh waffle is better than the mochi waffle as it is more crispy and tasty, and I would wish there would be more fruit to be served alongside. However, the vanilla ice-cream was creamy!
Lava Diva This is just THE heavenly creation One of the BEST dessert I have had in a while. The texture of this cheese pancake is like a souffle pancake to me, which the melted cheese was light and refreshing with a crispy dough outside! It is so delicious that I can finish one by myself even after I have eaten all of the dishes above! Highly recommend any dessert lover to save a space for this and I promise you this would be the best closure for a rewarding meal!
All in all, this is definitely one of the most fulfilling meal recently and I would definitely recommend a try for this!
题外话/补充资料:
To access the restaurant, as Espuma is located on the 17/F of M88 building, you can only access it from the 3 lifts inside, which you would have a walk along a corridor along the left-hand side of the building, the two lifts on the right-hand side would only provide access to lower floors of the building.
