Lunch for 4. Long queue of patrons waiting to be shown to their tables. Seated in the spacious back room. Didn’t like the set menu so went for a la carte dim sum.Most dim sum dishes came in sets of 3, but we were able to add an additional piece to each set.Here’s what we had. 黑椒和牛酥- too spicy for me胭脂帶子餃- good. the beetroot bits and scallops formed an unexpected synergistic flavour combination水晶蝦餃- skin was well made; thin yet firm黑炭魚香咸水角- light and not oily龍蝦撻- couldn’t really taste the lobster

龍蝦撻- couldn’t really taste the lobster. Had to check the receipt after to see what this was.
黑蒜燒賣- everybody loved the flavour pairing with the pungent black garlic

流心海鹽焦糖朱古力糯米糍- very 流心 indeed; chocolate sauce spread everywhere as JL tried to bite into the mochi.
蛋撻- pastry was hot and crispy. Good.
