約咗朋友嚟呢度,都係諗住佢個名叫Library 應該好多點心可以揀,仲滿心歡喜添現場環境係偏暗,見佢個名都估係serve 外國人多架啦,加上現場有吧枱同高櫈,好明顯啦。見到咁仲期望有好特色的點心啦點知坐底咗,睇住個menu,我同朋友的反應都係一樣,得咁少款點心可以揀,成本menu大約十版,點心好似只亦一版半,其他都係小菜,再唔係就drink menu、wine list 。心諗,唔係呀,咁都叫library 。 確實個menu令我失望,咁我地都照叫點心啦。講真服務同招呼確實係好,基本上有求必應;點心味道都好,唯獨個手撕雞腸粉真心覺得唔得,最好食係黑椒和牛酥,堅酥脆,又夠黑椒味,買相都唔差。不過如果有下次,可能要中午去,睇下係唔係會多d點心俾我揀。

I had the fusion dim sum dishes for lunch. They were edible and hygenic but the taste just wasnt there. The crab dumplings didn't even have a taste at all. While the decor was nice, the service was slow and inattentive (they weren't around when you needed them so couldn't get their attention). Overall I wouldn't return or recommend this place to others. For better non-fusion dim sum you should go to Sun Hing in Kennedy Town or for fusion dim sum go to Man Mo Cafe.

Went here for lunch and dinner in the same week and didn't feel it was too much. The dim sum are different from normal like the truffle shrimp har gao and the lemongrass spring roll. The truffle crispy chicken and fried fish in olive sauce are also very good. The dan dan xiao long bao is spicy but worth a try. Service is decent. Overall it's a good place to go. Price is probably more like 300 to 400 per person, but still good. Also, the dishes are light so you need to order more, but then you ge

金鐘的餐廳,尤其是Pacific Place, 都係Posh d. 試下Dim Sum Library. 最好早一日打去Book檯,walk-in 又要等,又可能要坐Bar檯。食個Lunch都係想舒舒服服啫。職員態度有待改善。整體食物質素高,是用心製作的點心。友人同我點左個黑松露蝦餃($42/3粒)、松茸冬菇包($62/3個)、黑椒和牛酥($68/3件)、香芒流心脆杏卷($48/3件)。

I have been to Dim Sum Library over the years from when it first opened and the quality of the food and service has remained the same in my opinion and so 5 stars for consistency.For me the best thing on the menu is the Truffle Oil Poached Fried Chicken. It's simply a delicious dish which I can have over and over again. The dumplings are generally very good but most annoying is that some of them are three serving and some four serving size portions. I wish there was consistency in that sense. It

For me the best thing on the menu is the Truffle Oil Poached Fried Chicken. It's simply a delicious dish which I can have over and over again. The dumplings are generally very good but most annoying is that some of them are three serving and some four serving size portions. I wish there was consistency in that sense. It's always annoying if you got four people and some of the items only come with three pieces.. 

What definitely is not of value are the noodles and rice, ranging on average HKD200 plus and nothing special it does make you wonder.. 

So yes worth a visit every so often but given the cost you wouldn't go very often. I wouldn't make a special trip to this place unless for the chicken as there are plenty of other high end dim sum restaurants in the city to choose from.

As soon as we sat down the staff kept asking if we were only there for drinks or to eat, without even giving us a minute to look at the menu. They did not allow us to move to a bigger table even it was empty the whole time when we were there. The staff who served us all spoke in an unfriendly tone and showed a pissed face. Terrible service, food was so-so but overpriced. Would not be back again.

The restaurant was quite shabby - ambience loud and we were seated right next to the service entrance. First the attendant was rude about us carrying a stroller for my baby. He told me next time if you are  2 adults and a baby please book a place for 3 or inform us. Once i walked into the restaurant i knew what he meant - as the space is totally cramped up and tables almost touching each other. Food was below average. Having tried dumplings at Duddells and Din Tai Fung - this place is a write-of

《Dim Sum Library》一入門口有bar 枱位置可以用餐,但本人就不太喜歡坐高櫈食飯,所以坐返普通矮枱。餐廳的裝潢用餐枱面放哂餐具後空間已所剩無幾,好迫夾 。黑松露蝦餃 $58所謂黑松露其實用上黑松露油去代替,黑松露味唔算香但蝦肉爽口彈牙。海膽蟹肉春卷 $88春卷卷得太實同炸過龍,咬落唔夠鬆脆 。而且唔太食到春卷上嘅海膽味,個人認為此點心純粹卓頭,可不點。鵝肝桂花燻糖心蛋 $108冇諗過塊鵝肝咁肥美有返咁上下厚度,外層煎得薄薄脆口 。但由於下面係煙燻糖心蛋嘅關係,冇將鵝肝多餘嘅油索去,有啲油膩。而下面嘅糖心蛋,蛋黃卻八成熟,變相鵝肝做咗主角,失望。擔擔湯包 $68麻辣版小籠包,皮唔算薄透果種,攤一陣先再食仲有啲乾 。虎蝦菜苗餃 $7878蚊2粒菜苗餃貴咗個蝦。同相像中有啲出入以為會將蝦打碎混入菜苗中,結果係分開,所以下面都只係普通菜苗餃。花枝響鈴腸粉 $-響鈴乾脆可口一啲都唔油,配合枝竹同腸粉包埋一齊食清清地點個豉油唔錯。

係PP成日行過呢間餐廳,睇裝修以為好貴,終於有緣同朋友去試下,當然係比一般茶樓貴,但食物水準、創意、餐廳裝修、地點、服務等都值回票價既餐廳幾特別,食中菜但有個bar枱位,亦有酒同茶既fusion飲品朋友介紹兩個菜:花枝響鈴炸両同薑蔥撈麵,呢位朋友不嬲識食,果然無介紹錯!響鈴代替油炸鬼做炸両,好脆口,入面仲釀有花枝,絕對係既創新又好食之作個薑蔥撈麵,比我睇餐牌就一定唔會㨂,因為唔起眼,但係原來係非常之好食,味道好香,炒得又啱啱好,仲要唔貴又飽肚!仲要咗個擔擔湯包同上湯翡翠苗,個湯包太辣,除了辣味還是辣味,我覺得好一般;個翡翠苗幾清,唔錯兩個人4樣食物、一杯特色飲品、一個中茶,$480

一路都覺得, 中國點心同wine係超夾的!! 硬係覺得香港可以食點心既酒吧唔多... 一路都聽聞dim dum library 但未有機會試, 今日剛好有事去金鐘又中間有時間食少少野, 就襯機會去幫襯一下。其實我好鐘意坐bar枱, 覺得好relax又可以望住bartender整野飲, 自己一個人更加喜愛坐呢個位置。去到冇咩人, 坐得幾舒服。可能冇happy hour, 所以5-6點都唔算多人, 坐坐下就多左人入黎食dinner了。點左一杯sauvignon blanc, 因為之後可能再食晚飯但又肚餓, 就點左蝦餃、菜苗餃同埋佢最出名既擔擔湯包。其實好掙扎要唔要點原味湯包, 但既然佢話呢度最出名係擔擔味, 咁我就試下啦。我估係即叫即蒸 (呢個級數既餐廳都應該係咁既), 等左一陣就黎左蝦餃同菜苗餃, 我叫的是普通的水晶蝦餃, 大大粒冇痴埋一齊, 亦沒有一夾就爛, 吃下去蝦肉爽口好味, 係稍覺得蝦餃大粒左少少, 冇辦法一啖食哂。菜苗餃望落精緻, 有半隻蝦放係餃上面以為會食得好論盡, 但又唔會, 佢唔會一咬就散開哂, 我覺得手工好好呀! 菜足蝦甜, 好味呀。另外至出名既擔擔湯包都上埋了, 對於

另外至出名既擔擔湯包都上埋了, 對於食得辣既我黎講, 當然唔算辣, 有少少花生加少辣, 係擔擔麵的味道, 但.... 超鹹!!! 湯包佢本身既湯係精髓, 佢係好多湯汁, 但太鹹了!!! 我覺得原味應該好啲 (雖然我冇食到)。辣味既湯包當然係gimmick, 但味道...似乎要改善一下了。

整體感覺不錯, 亦不是非常昂貴, 以這類餐廳格調來說是可以接受。要找天來這裡試其他點心了~!!

I think the place is trying to leverage the dim sum and make it into a fusion outlet mixing dim sum and other Chinese food with a western bar decor. It’s neat but I am not fully getting understanding it. The food is actually pretty good and loved the eggplants but the service was alright. Asking for simple things felt like I am causing so much trouble for the staff. The service doesn’t match the environment.

想係金鐘食下中菜同點心,晚餐就去左太古廣場食DIM SUM LIBRARY,今日無哂卡位,但位置都係安靜位,叫左海膽春卷,叫左和牛炒飯,叫左紅燒牛腩河粉,小龍包等點心,全部都好好食,海膽春卷真係有海膽,環境都算大叫左鳥龍茶,茶味都幾重幾香,但好快就飲哂,同事加水比較慢。不過好既係佢一個一個送甘上菜,你食完一樣佢先再上,甘每次食都知自己食緊咩,朋友之間又可以每樣都試下,所以整體都五錯! 最後我地仲叫左甜品,有奶凍同雪糕揀,不過我覺得甜品有點貴!

Yes, it is pricy. But it was my second time ordering the three puffs because they are simply unforgettable - being missed all the time. The pastry was not too thin or thick - the beef didn’t come out when I grabbed the puff with chopsticks. 

The pastry was not oily which I really appreciate the chef actually made effort to soak or wait until the oil went off. Taking the first bite - oh It. Was. So. Hot - burning. I then understood I had to take it slow. The wagyu beef filling was seasoned with black pepper which made it a spicy experience. And the black pepper wasn’t too much - generating amazing chemistry with the wagyu beef.

Unlike the beef puff, it came a bit cold. The wrappings were not too sticky and stiff, which just wrapped the shrimp filling so well. 

Shrimp filling is not exactly made up purely of shrimp but also pork meat and fat - so Har Gau is not a very health dish.  The chef had put enough shrimp inside the dumplings to make the texture very “fishball”.

The dish came to my table 2 minutes after I placed the order. While the meat was torn from the crispy skin and made small with hands, the chicken skin was chopped into slices of considerable size - which was super wise. 

Eating the chicken skin was enjoyable - it was like eating warm...truffle-favoured…. Potato chips. The meat was a bit oily together with truffle sauce...indeed very very oily. It is an amazing dish going with a bowl of rice. 

p.s. half chicken is enough for three people.

Crazily speedy serve of food. Things came within few minutes I placed the order while all the dishes remained hot and fresh.

夏天經常落大雨,所以lunchtime去左位於金鐘太古廣場嘅Dim Sum Library,唔使淋雨佢地既裝修中西合璧,係一間以黑色為主調既高級點心餐廳。因為裝修得太西式既緣故,好難稱佢為一間酒樓,門口帶位亦係外國人打開Menu發現大部份點心都好特別,好多更用上較矜貴既食材大紅袍 $18/per person茶味香濃,齒頰留香黑松露蝦餃 $48皮薄,有淡淡黑松露味薑蔥龍蝦包 $88包好軟熟,裏面有一粒粒既龍蝦肉黑蒜燒賣 $48每一粒燒賣入邊都會藏住黑蒜,不過我就覺得苦味多左少少巴馬火腿蘿蔔糕$68兩樣鹹點擺埋一齊,味道原來都幾match!花枝響鈴炸兩$68薄薄既皮包住炸脆左既響鈴,好香脆,好味!懷舊酥皮蛋撻$52櫻花蝦茴香豚肉炒飯 $158總結: 點心款式創新,不過價錢略貴,比較吸引外國人或喜歡創新既朋友。

預先訂位的,訂左6:45,落雨天方便,金鐘地鐵站出F出口,好快就到!叫左幾個點心、魚烏冬,櫻花蝦炒飯!上菜速度都快,全部都好食,但沒什麼驚喜之作!多人就可以叫多幾樣試吓,一般係一份3件,貼心地仲可以叫店員幫手落單時多叫幾件,唔洗爭,個個都可以試吓!👍
