Everything on the menu are so authentic and delicious 😋 I ordered Pho Bo, Banh mi op la, salted lime 7up and Vietnamese dark roast coffee.The noodle soup broth are rich in fragrant beef bone broth, brisket and chuck rare beef patty, fritter, fresh herbs, flat rice noodles. The Banh mi serves with fresh fried eggs, warm and crispy Vietnamese baguette, pork charcuterie, rich with pâté, mayonnaise, spring onions, cucumbers, pickles, cilantro. I tasted the freshness of the greens together with the rest of the ingredients especially very rich in pate😋
I don’t find the salted Lime 7up offer in any other Vietnamese restaurants in Hong Kong. The salted lime served by soaking into 7up brings a special flavour of sweetness with a touch of saltiness is like a rim of salt on a glass of martini 🍸. This drink supposedly helps in healing sore throat especially when one has too much fried stuffs like french fries.
Not only you can smell the richness aroma of the Vietnamese dark roast coffee when it dripping into the glass but the taste of its richness of the real coffee served together with condensed milk gives you a feel of a well completed served tasting meal😋
Will definitely going back with my friends to try more dishes.
