係pp度，呢間餐廳算平。今晚叫咗海鮮牛肉湯米線。料有蝦、魷魚、牛肉片同肉丸，湯底唔錯，米線份量一般。另加春卷，係有豬肉同芋頭，五件要一佰元，都唔平，不過食埋會飽D。

🍜bun bo hue 呢款越南米線睇落好似好普通，但係食落就覺得用好多心機去整，而且大部份材料都係出邊未食過。碗麵入邊有兩塊肥牛、一塊坑腩、兩粒牛肉丸、一條窄肉、上面仲有啲菜苗。坑腩煮得有咬口，但唔會話太硬太林，而且非常入味，正！嗰個扎肉係我食過咁多越南菜之中最好食，佢唔似出邊啲越南餐廳扎肉只係得薄薄嘅一片，佢將扎肉嘅size變細但係成條上，食落嘅口感完全唔同。牛丸應該係自家製， 兩粒size都係唔一樣，而且非常但口。唯一覺得有進步嘅地方就係嗰兩片肥牛太肥。🥖bang mi 越式法包，個包脆度啱啱好，唔會話太硬或者太林，啲材料放入麵包之後令到個包入邊軟出邊脆，口感非常之好。一邊有煎蛋番茄青瓜鹹牛肉同芫荽，鹹牛肉雖然有啲鹹，但係所有材料都比較清新，減低牛肉嘅鹽。好食😹

完全唔正宗嘅越南餐廳！從外地返嚟香港之後，一直都好想搵返一啲比較正宗嘅越南餐廳，而當中我嘅至愛，就係越南餐嘅順化牛肉粉，喺香港咁多間越南餐廳都搵唔到有得食，而咁啱喺OpenRice見到呢一間有就過嚟太古廣場試吓，一試就知中伏，啲嘢又貴又難食！叫咗一碗順化牛肉粉，完全都唔係啲正宗嘅味⋯屋企人叫咗另外兩碗牛肉pho，價錢貴，份量少，另外再加一個春卷，三個人食越南嘢要$800買單，覺得完全唔值呢個價錢！

This is the place for authentic Vietnamese noodles! The exterior is of street food cart vibe and the interior was spacious with causal seating, it didn’t feel like you are in PP at all! 以越南餐廳來說，它是貴的。但食物質素對得起個價錢。12:15去到餐廳，因早，冇訂抬但冇需等位。不過餐廳很快就坐滿人了。我們一行兩人，我們叫咗一人一個套餐，套餐有一個主食，一個沙律，加一杯野飲。主食有包或撈粉或湯粉。套餐為$188。可以加錢要甜品。不過最後太飽冇要到。餐牌有QR code可看中文餐牌或圖片。我要咗猪肉腸撈粉，個猪肉腸好食。佢要咗個蟹肉湯粉，蟹肉無殼，有好吃的燒蕃茄。我們都要咗個青木瓜沙律，都唔錯。餐飲要咗凍同熱滴溜咖啡。個人覺得凍會好啲因為好苦，凍嘅有冰會好啲。我們要了多一點煉奶。整體來說餐越南餐比平時嘅質素好，我覺得以地點同食物美味程度來說，對得起個價錢。不過一個月我又唔會食多過一次，埋單每位218，真心有啲「肉赤」。

在商場內的越式餐廳，好貴，肉少，料不多，而且碗碗差不多過一百。點了個Bun Ho Hue，有牛丸，有牛腩。牛肉煮得好稔。但係肉的數量不多，食左幾啖都差不多把肉食完。湯底的確好濃郁，有香料味道和好濃的牛骨味，不過總結來講價錢好貴唔抵食，不會再光顧。

The food was great, but the service and seating arrangement was horrible. I was waiting in line to be seated without reservation for 1 person and the receptionist seated another lady came later than me. Hi, my wife went to Co Thanh restaurant in HK Admiralty tonight 4 Feb 2023 and ordered a glass of pearl milk tea with flan cake. When it came, It is only a  pearl milk tea without flan cake. So she asked the Philippine staff and her manager there why without a flan cake, she said that it is transparent. The flan cake in Vietnam is yellow, how could that be transparent ? The manager insisted it is like that in Co Thanh. My wife and her friend both are Vietnamese but even not a Vietnamese the staf

金鐘出左名係美食沙漠，位於PP一樓嘅Co Thanh餐廳裝修好有特色，少少似大排檔，座位比想像中多，同同事諗唔到食乜都可以考慮下。餐牌係英文同越南語，要睇一陣先知係乜野。選擇都幾多，有各式湯粉同法式包等。我地order左Set Lunch, 包括一款前菜、一個主食和飲品一杯。新年食得太油膩，決定試試紫椰菜沙律、雞絲湯河、越南冰咖啡。紫椰菜沙律幾開胃，椰菜加上醬汁唔會太硬，配上花生同脆片，口感豐富。雞絲湯河湯底清甜，唔油膩，河粉軟硬適中，不喜好莞茜的朋友記得叫走莞茜。越南冰咖啡咖啡濃郁加上煉奶，又香又滑。餐廳嘅員工明顯唔夠，員工仲要細分專責落單同上菜，經常都要等好耐先搵到人。
