飲品叫左Mango Lassi,質感較稠,乳酪比較重,不過小仙子覺得可以稀少少同乳酪唔使咁濃😅

朋友又訂到枱,但是要第二輪8:45入座,雖然晚了一點,但絕不介意,因為這間的印度菜是令人回味的。我們被安排坐在沙發位置四個人在半圓形的沙發上。點了一定要吃的baked samosa , Raj kachori, tandori beef cheek, butte r chicken, 仲有個today Special,忘記了他的名字,是有黑松露的飯超級好吃,激讚😋甜品點了Chocolate naan 和mango kulfi! 再點了一支ROSÉ, 四個人吃得很飽. 全部都很好吃,又是很滿足的一餐,預約定了好友每一季都要再來吃一次。

啲人會成日拎chaat同new punjab嚟比較, 其實我覺得冇乜好講,兩間都行緊高級印度菜,但chaat好明顯係fine dining路線,啲野細細份又cute又精緻,啱dating啱兩個人食,new punjab wild小小(其實一入餐廳都feel到),啱一班friend family咁食,所以真係冇乜好比較~​​​​​講餐廳先,之前講過rosewood啲餐廳無乜間隔,好似foodcourt,除左chaat。所以首先環境已經贏左,再加落地玻璃對海,夠開揚,坐喺度已經心曠神怡,未食已經覺得佢normal我都可以原諒佢。​​​​​fav係baked samosa,我食嗰陣仲係羊肉加乳酪醬,而家已經轉左做jackfruit嚕~味道應該會再清新啲!個嗰陣食其實已經覺得好得意,乳酪真係Basic小朋友口味,抗拒唔到😍個配撘好impressive再加presentation好,影相已經覺得會係好食!(膚淺到講出嚟都怕醜😂)​​​​butter chicken 個醬幾好!夠creamy同香!牛嗰日有啲overcook,不過個味同香料撘夠~​​​​​小朋友口味代言人,AKA 本人我,係嗌左杯l

空心脆饼的造型太吸引眼球了!吃的时候像砸金蛋一样敲碎外壳,将酥脆的饼皮与溢出来的馅料一起,蘸一圈酸甜微辣的chutney和细腻的酸奶油后食用。

组成内馅的食材异常丰富,堆叠出以红薯块为主调的绵密糯甜,盘中作装饰的玛瑙般的石榴颗粒,加持了一份意想不到的清脆口感。

【Tandoori Wagyu Beef Cheek】
当日最佳!如果说前两道开胃菜只是铺垫(虽然吃完已经半饱了),这份香气凶残的烤和牛脸颊,才让食欲完全打开了!

窑烤技法令人刮目相看,外表的焦炭色看起来相当考验咬肌,实则却是惊为天人的细腻柔软。油脂不多,但汁水丰盈,肉质没有一丝多余,好像牙齿轻轻一顶就能融化。
·
香料紧贴在牛肉外层,辛香微辣的滋味随着时间和温度渗入肌理,在切割开来的瞬间把肉香推向高潮。码料虽入味,但又没有完全抢走牛肉本味,牙齿在撕磨间依然可以感受到纯正而浓厚的肉香。
·
直接吃味道都已经很丰满了,还搭配了一碟绵滑柔顺的香草乳酪酱,清新的微酸恰到好处地协调了一连大口吃了好几块肉的腻感。
·
服务有点高冷也有点迷,比上次Bayfare还要令人不舒服。具体经历就不赘述了,估计这之后对瑰丽的餐厅不会有很大兴趣。

朋友说,印度菜不是我的画风,的确,要不是米其林,我应该也不会来。哪天再心血来潮想刷其他印度菜,我也不会一个人贸然前往了。

突然心血來潮想食印度菜,想坐得舒服環境清靜就揀咗呢間酒店入邊嘅印度餐廳。由於係即興所以冇book位,要等左一陣才安排到座位。坐低冇耐就即刻叫嘢食,先來一杯Mango Lassi,正常水準但用咗隻靚嘅杯載着加咗分~,接着叫了一些頭盤,明知就不太記得,但賣相和味道都一流;一個係小型趣筒入邊裝住一啲加咗香料嘅食物,另一個係薄脆點芒果醬,兩者同樣出色;最後嗌咗碟main course嘅咖喱雞肉點無酵餅,佢個味道令我想起山頂嗰間印度餐廳有意曲同工之妙~由於太飽嘅關係今次冇嗌甜品,不過佢嘅好食程度值得我encore!

I couldn’t imagine how difficult to make a reservation at this restaurant. Since we went for a staycation at K11 Artus, we took this opportunity to book Chaat through the hotel. Unfortunately, we were told that the restaurant was fully booked in 2 months. When we were struggling where to spend the night on that day, I got a call from Artus that there’s a cancellation at Chaat if I would take it. Definitely, no doubt at all!!! Eventually, we found out it’s a 17:45 time slot 😅😅😅 oh well, nothing’s

From the chat with the restaurant manager, they said the trick is to ring them up and put the names on waitlist, then they will follow the priority list to release the seats whenever there’s a cancellation 🤨.

As the name of the restaurant suggested, just Chaat!

- we debated a bit whether to order the chicken tikka or butter chicken and finally we picked this one…with no regrets coz it’s so good and the garlic naan goes really well with the sauce 😍

- to be honest, I am never a big fan of wagyu beef since it’s too fattening. But I have to compliment this dish, the beef cheek is so tender and its strong beef taste (which I love the most) left a lingering taste.

好難book位㗎呢間餐廳,都比我朋友book到🌟期待已久想食好耐啦。所以Expectations一定係好高。環境好舒服,燈光有點兒昏暗,服務態度非常好真係值得讚。Signature dish: 必食既Samosa 😋😋😋好特別既入面係用jackfruit 大樹菠蘿去代替牛肉,真係同食肉冇分別非常之好味。第二款係一個白色米紙盒裝住一啲紅色嘅嘢?!我問朋友你點咗咩?點知一食落口原來係甜番薯加埋紅石榴呀!非常特別嘅一個菜式另一推介嘅就係香港佢第二冇人敢認第一嘅Butter chicken,真係好正宗印度味度,雞肉亦好細嫩。襯返塊Nan bread真係無敵好食烤羊vs烤牛。烤羊險勝烤牛肉。肉嫩Juicy香噴噴,加埋擺盤咁鬼靚。又係必點啦,鍾意食牛嘅人同羊嘅人,不可能二選一。最後仲有個酥皮焗羊肉飯,我食左d羊肉,驚喜呀,肉質非常淋身軟熟好好味,同酥皮撈埋啲飯都好有口感。最後要黎返個雪糕甜品作總結,今晚真係飲飽食醉好開心希望可以快啲再book到位下次再嚟食過。

最後仲有個酥皮焗羊肉飯,我食左d羊肉,驚喜呀,肉質非常淋身軟熟好好味,同酥皮撈埋啲飯都好有口感。

最後要黎返個雪糕甜品作總結,今晚真係飲飽食醉好開心
希望可以快啲再book到位下次再嚟食過。

一位難求的印度菜 每月一號9點會開放位子預約想試的朋友不要錯過囉味道確實很不錯 有被驚艷到很值得等待主菜點的chaat tandoori有羊排 牛肉 魚肉和雞🤤份量很足而且每款肉都煮到恰到好處還各有特色 4款肉味道都不同 不會很單調特別喜歡羊排 外面烤至焦香內面卻保持軟嫩多汁另外fish curry有驚喜咖哩香料味道濃郁又不會太重蓋過魚肉的最味道配上香酥的印度薄餅🤍滿足-Raj kachori $128Salem fish curry魚肉咖喱 $288Chaat tandoori 烤肉拼盤 $798Plain naan 印度薄餅$88

比起The Butterfly Room更難預訂既Chaat,佢成個月既吉位係一號朝早九點零五分內必定滿曬😲之前搶到既晚市堂食被逼取消,覺得唔心惜就再去個網站睇下,竟然比我見到佢放左四月所有紅日出黎,跟住輕鬆執死雞訂左😱位置比較隱蔽,係K11 Musea五樓既Bayfare Social隔離,不過去到發現個場佔地唔大,而且同場大部份食客都似酒店住客,估計真正放出街既吉位其實好少🫢整體食物都算幾啱我口味,有機會可以再訪😌▪️ Papadam (7.5/10)小食係薄脆片,配上酸中帶辣既醬,類似係百香果加上咖喱味,估唔到個醬又幾吊癮🤫▪️ Baked Samosa(8/10)💲168賣相成個雪糕筒咁,外皮似薄版既春卷皮咁酥脆,頂部有蔥花,而大樹菠蘿口感都整到同肉無異,再加上微辣既印度香料調味咖喱,配埋酸乳酪醬,比預期中惹味得多😛▪️ Chaat Tandoori(7.5/10)💲798呢個真係超級大盤肉,兩個人食飽到上心口🤣魚肉幾嫩滑,有清淡香草味🐟雞肉有少少乾柴,係普通黃咖喱香辣味🐔牛肉外表炭燒到好燶咁,食落有焦香,本身擔心入面嚡口韌身,不過出奇地好軟腍,帶有啲骨膠原既感覺😱反而最多人推介既羊

賣相成個雪糕筒咁,外皮似薄版既春卷皮咁酥脆,頂部有蔥花,而大樹菠蘿口感都整到同肉無異,再加上微辣既印度香料調味咖喱,配埋酸乳酪醬,比預期中惹味得多😛

呢個真係超級大盤肉,兩個人食飽到上心口🤣魚肉幾嫩滑,有清淡香草味🐟雞肉有少少乾柴,係普通黃咖喱香辣味🐔牛肉外表炭燒到好燶咁,食落有焦香,本身擔心入面嚡口韌身,不過出奇地好軟腍,帶有啲骨膠原既感覺😱反而最多人推介既羊令我失望,切開係一大舊肥膏同埋筋係中間,但都可能係啱唔好彩我嗰舊係咁,朋友既都嫩口,略嫌調味偏重,配上開心果碎同埋青檸乳酪醬🐑

其實我係叫黑松露味,一開始上左呢個都無咩點為意,食左少少好奇點解無咩味,跟住見到另外一塊面頭有蒜粒,原來係侍應落錯左蒜味🤯口感幾有嚼勁,不過蒜粒加得唔太均勻,我食嗰塊係好似Plain咁😹之後請侍應幫忙跟進,都有比返黑松露既我地🫣

上檯已經聞到好香,熱辣辣幾正,不過比較似係普通餡餅咁,空氣感煙韌度唔及蒜味既,但係食落都有香濃黑松露既菇菌味同溶左既芝士味,凍左就差咁少少會頗油膩🙈

質感係好厚同稠身,芒果味亦都唔會話係假既人工甜,乳酪味為重,解辣一流,不過好有飽肚感,膩上加膩😂

我是住客,所以較易有位(酒店應該有預留一兩張枱給住客),我是checkin 前一星期book 的,不用像網上説的要校鬧鐘1號book. 食物味道有層次,有after taste 不同既香料遊走味蕾之間,非常推介試menu 中間那個chatt tandoori 雜錦拼盤$798) , 其中既牛係入口即溶,叫了這個再加份 nann, 2個人其實已經非常足夠,非常飽,性價比高。但我們再加了個main 既curry就已經食不完~ 👍🏻

Baked Samosa 🥟🍦 The signature “ice cream” of Chaat! These samosas are made of jackfruit meat which resembles the texture of lamb/pork. They were made like those ice cream cones which are thin and crispy.The yoghurt sauce on the side was a perfect complement to the spice inside the cones. Baked Samosa 🥟🍦
The signature “ice cream” of Chaat! These samosas are made of jackfruit meat which resembles the texture of lamb/pork. They were made like those ice cream cones which are thin and crispy.


The yoghurt sauce on the side was a perfect complement to the spice inside the cones. And this sauce also matches so well and not overpowering with the Tandoori Beef Cheek, as the secret sauce that you shouldn’t miss out 🤫.


Raj kachori 🍴Another must-try starter was absolutely divine. Crispy lentil puffs with sweet and tangy chutney flavours. Loved its sweetness and also the crunch brought by the pomegranates.


Tandoori Wagyu Beef Cheek 🥩 A boldly flavoured delicacy which would not be invented without Chef’s boldness and of course his dedication to celebrate and elevate Indian cuisine.


Salem Fish Curry 🐟 delicately-cooked Chilean Seabass in rich and vibrant Tamilnadu-style spices. One of the best curry I’ve ever had. And the winning formula absolutely comes from controlling the chilli.


Garlic Naan 🧄 🫓 puffy, yet chewy texture! Nothing fancy, but that garlicky flavor in the naan made it even more delicious.


Mango lassi & Coconut lassi🥭 🥥 🍹 What better way than to combine the sweetness of mangoes with the tanginess of yogurt😌 An all-time favorite Indian summer drinks

Slow-cooked pork cheek was so incredibly tender and perfectly matched with the distinctively intense Goan sauce🔥 This is my favourite dish although it was really spicy and hot! 😍🥵

一開頭飲落去 會覺得比較難接受到個味道
之後飲飲下又ok 可能因為食完油膩野
再飲呢個有孜然獨有既味道同菠蘿酸甜
去中和番 其實成件事都幾夾 幾舒服👍

可能因為係印度式既沖法(?) 味道上都會比較重
而呢個既斑蘭味都係好突出
但個人會比較中意飲上面果個~

整體黎講 食完真係會明白點解一枱難求
每樣食物都重新令我對印度菜有唔同既感覺

I was amazed!! We only added this as we wanted some curry to go with our naan. The fish was really tender and flavourful. I had to finish all the naan because of the curry 🤪

It didn’t astonish me that much though it was a special dish recommended. It was baked in puff pastry. The lamb was a bit overcooked I guess and the rice was too dry even with the sauce.
