主角上場先由主廚送上一看,切好就再上枱。厚切的T-bone牛扒份量十足,表面焦焦的,入面是嫩粉紅色的,賞心悦目,急不及待要開動了。牛扒經過熟成,牛味更加濃,再加上特製香料烤成,好吃到不行,肉汁飽滿,每一口都是幸福的感覺。

在香港有不少西餐廳,食物都達到國際級水準,講到氣氛,如果想要熱情一點,可以來這裡,店員都很給力,適合生日或任何慶祝場合。整體表現十分出色,價格是有點高,但優質的食材和親切的服務,也是值得的。

見份量不算大,再加一道前菜。又是pecorino。這次是加埋脆麵包在下面,被焗溶的芝士完全蓋住。焗完的芝士跟剛才的完全兩個味道,比起剛才那個溫柔含蓄,這個香味膨湃得多。

又是pecorino,但煮完是另一種味。芝士味很重。配開心果幾特別。意大利粉的煙韌度很好,很喜歡那嚼勁。不過我覺得意粉未咀嚼完而醬汁已完全吞光,到最後那幾下有點淡和乾。老公說沒有此感覺。

都幾滿意,於是再加個pasta。店員介紹很多人點的tagliatelle,配white truffle。隔離枱的食客就很興奮地看著店員刨truffle。個人對吃truffle不大興趣,聞下就好,看完隔離枱的truffle就夠了,吃別的。

Pecorino again. 配黑椒,又是另一番風味。芝士沒pici般重味,再加點黑椒辣辣的刺激,個人較喜歡這個。又是煙煙韌韌,芝士和黑椒配合得天衣無縫。吃完一粒又一粒,停不下來。

終於來到牛扒。自從大肚後吃少了牛。BB出世後皮膚勁差,差到要看醫生搽藥膏,更是不敢再吃,雖然西醫說皮膚差跟牛肉沒有關係。見到這牛又實在忍不住口。常叫outside burnt,都貨不對版。這個才是真正的outside burnt。

入口有微微脆,燒過的牛充斥整個口。然後是medium rare的軟嫩口感。肉汁、肉香、油脂融在一起,難以抗拒。

甜品前,老公點了杯gin & tonic。沒有試店員介紹的digestif。

店員捧著大大個銀盤,為我們介紹甜品。有三款,tiramisu, chocolate ricotta cake 和pavlova。雖然pavlova真的好吃,但我實在太喜歡tiramisu,見到它看著來夠濕夠腍而不會變成漿的質地,實在想試。

以為只是插枝蠟燭,沒想到到四個店員圍著我們吹意大利文的生日歌。其實我聽不明白,應該是意大利吧。

Tiramisu做得很好。咖啡把lady finger浸得全濕,又不至於濕到漏。mascarpone又滑又香,有少少蛋黃味。

Since we can’t go to Italy this year, we decided to try the bistecca a la Florentina steak at this restaurant - “食咗當去咗”. Heard a lot of good things abt this restaurant so had high expectations. We ordered the 1kg USDA Tbone, medium rare. When it arrived, I took a bite with anticipation and nearly spat it out in confusion and alarm. Everything is perfect with Associazione Chianti. Incredibly friendly and attentive service, steak to die for, and a superb wine list. The decor is refined but homey, rustic and unpretentious. Miguel is the absolute best, and the rest of the staff are some of the best servers you’ll find in Hong Kong. It is, hands down, the best Italian restaurant I’ve been to in Hong Kong, and I’ve been to them all.

This restaurant belongs to black sheep, so expectations are set high.

We ordered an Appy and a pasta but the main highlight is definitely their dry aged steak.

At this price I know you have options such as Mortons,etc however combined with the deco / service and vibe it’s a nice alternative to traditional US style steak houses.

Highly recommend to try but this price point in wanchai mat be high for some.

早前試咗呢間米芝蓮星級餐廳當時做緊Black Sheep Restaurants/黑羊‧美饌promo菜式主打係佛羅倫斯風味+自家熟成扒類價錢要預人均$200,有少少偏貴主菜都算原汁原味,可以間中撐枱腳嘅不過叫米芝蓮就太誇張頭盤前菜有綿羊芝士配啤梨及百里香蜂蜜入口幾清爽開胃,濕潤不乾主菜一款係松露牛油配自家新鮮製作扁意粉另一款係美國愛達荷州牧場的黑安格斯連骨厚切西冷牛扒意粉有松露點綴,幾香口,唔算油膩後者油花均勻,肉質軟腍有濃郁牛味,啖啖肉,筋位唔多配菜有橄欖油蔬菜腰豆+蒜香橄欖油菠菜感覺似家常小菜,唔算太特別,係蔬菜腰豆有少少驚喜。甜品有意大利芝士蛋糕,適合作飯後甜品入口甜度適中,芝士味香濃啲會更好

Last night we tried @associazionechianti 's special menu ($428pp): . - Tons of complimentary snacks 🥰 - garlicky bread knots 🥯 and healthy veg with hummus / olive oil + S&P

- Started with some Goat cheese with pear and thyme infused honey 🍯🧀 🍐 (we mistaken the cheese as pineapple 🤭) and Italian caesar salad 🥗

- Truffle and butter tagliatelle 🍝 

- 450g bone-in striploin, thick cut 🥩 (we had Sizzling crispy skin chicken 🍗 cause of our special dietary and the staff was very kind to cater our needs)w/ a side of Spinach or braised cannellini beans

- finished off with an authentic tiramisu!! 🍰 .
+ $68 per glass of Chianti 'Della Casa' 2017 🍷

• Associazione Chianti is all about soulful Tuscan dining. It’s good wine and soulful food that relies on simple, quality ingredients. The restaurant's entrance and interior resemble a classic trattoria with its own butcher's shop and deli. The restaurant specialises in Cheese and ham, Pasta, STEAK 🥩 and TONS of WINE 🍷. 話說豬師奶同豬先生都好鐘意食牛扒,有次見到有人po左衣間餐廳既牛扒即刻決定要試!呢間位於船街的意大利餐廳,環境唔錯,扒房設計好特別,好岩慶祝或者couple fine dining。我地淨係叫左佛羅倫斯T骨牛扒Bistecca Alla Fiorentina , side dish揀左蘆筍。衣份T骨牛扒係比三至四人share, 不過豬先生夠大食而且我地好鐘意牛扒先食得晒,非常滿足。牛排好大塊,五成熟,有先煎香過,外面有焦香,肉質嫩而不鞋口,肉質軟熟入味,牛肉味重,入口即溶,配埋個汁,簡直一流,我和朋友都大贊好好最後仲有自選嘅甜品,我地揀左衣個超大既蛋糕,我就學得過甜,但豬先生鐘意食甜野就覺得ok~建議想食既話先book枱,我地今次係上網book,仲要落deposit

牛排好大塊,五成熟,有先煎香過,外面有焦香,肉質嫩而不鞋口,肉質軟熟入味,牛肉味重,入口即溶,配埋個汁,簡直一流,我和朋友都大贊好好


最後仲有自選嘅甜品,我地揀左衣個超大既蛋糕,我就學得過甜,但豬先生鐘意食甜野就覺得ok~

Went to this new restaurant weeks after my trip to Tuscany - hoping to recall my memories in Italy.The restaurant was nicely decorated with great atmosphere; the staffs were also very friendly and nice. We ordered the Garganelli Omaggio A Cammillo (a beef ragu pasta), the Caostata (boneless ribeye), and their signature dish, Pollo Al Burro Omaggio A Sostanza (chicken breast pan-fried in brown butter).The pasta was fine given that its price tag at HKD188, but you would probably get a better pasta

We ordered the Garganelli Omaggio A Cammillo (a beef ragu pasta), the Caostata (boneless ribeye), and their signature dish, Pollo Al Burro Omaggio A Sostanza (chicken breast pan-fried in brown butter).

The pasta was fine given that its price tag at HKD188, but you would probably get a better pasta in Pici. The boneless ribeye was extremely chewy which was very surprised as it was claimed to be in-house dry-aged. We could not even finish that steak!

Their "signature" dish was also a huge letdown. The chicken breast was overcooked and it just tasted like a cheap fried chicken breast swimming in some melted brown butter.

Overall, the atmosphere was great; however, the food was a huge letdown and definitely did not recall any memories from my Tuscany trip!

The steak was super tough. While the mesh flavour was ok, the cut of meat was so subpar it was the worst steak I've had in a while. Any steak you buy from a supermarket would be better than that. My jaw was actually aching by the end of the meal. For that price point (not exactly cheap), this is unacceptable. Pasta was decent but not amazing - I would still prefer Pici. Service was good with attentive and friendly staff. Overall, good place for those who want a good jaw workout.

It has that packed in, crowded, busy an loud thing that one associates with restaurants in Italy. But sort of combined with a David Tang China Club sort of treatment.The food? Well, the steak is not Italian. American beef. Not bad but different.Well, frankly, the Fiorentina steak, big, thick, bone in, cooked rare, is more a local color of Florence. Well, frankly, the Fiorentina steak, big, thick, bone in, cooked rare, is more a local color of Florence. Is it better beef than American beef. No. It is just different.
To me, the menu reminds me a lot of Trattoria Sostanza in Florence. Especially the butter chicken. Definitely don't order that even if you don't eat beef. At Sostanza they give you two huge pieces of chicken. Here they give you two small shrunk pieces.
It is not cheap. Not necessarily more expensive than the best steakhouses in town.
Does it offer the same level of luxury than, say the steakhouse at the Grand Hyatt or at the Intercontinental? Well, it is just a different fun experience.

i was there with my friend to try Fiorentina Steak. We arrived, after welcome from the reception we got table. The waiter come to us and we order Fiorentina Steak medium rare. We asked where from the beef and says from USA. I appreciate they was honest ( Fiorentina Steak is kind of Steak -Chianina- come from Italy).Since was long time to wait we order an appetiser. After 30 minutes they delivery the Fiorentina Steak. Looking good but the worse surprise was after we try it. Taste was horrible and

Taste was horrible and the Steak was Heavy Marinated with some different unbelievable strong Herbs. Fiorentina steak MUST not be marinated! At least they should ask us how we like. Normally i dont like complain since i know the hard work is behind the kitchen, but this Steak was really inedible. My friend try to eat ( this morning he got stomach issue ). I called the manager and he was really kind to make one more but instead Fiorentina was Controfiletto. We wait for other 15 minutes and the steak coming. The result was horrible. I do believe they Marinated  all  meat in advance, since the second meat arrived to our table  was just "washed" but the smell was there less than before but there. I try to eat one pcs,but i can't eat, i was worry to get stomach problem in night time. My question is, why the big group like that a with good restaurant good environmentmade a huge mistaken like that? Why they destroyed the meat like that? Why need heavy marinated in advance? If the quality of the meat is excellent as we pay for it, Steak dont need to be marinated. Normally in Italy all the chef didn't put nothing before or during the cooking time. Whateveryou like, sauce, salt, Black pepper you can add later. If beef is good is good without nothing on the top. Prepare and Cook The Fiorentina Steak is Art and Nobody have the right to destroyed it! If you show Italian Name Italian Steak you Must respect the Italian Tradition. For the price charged for one Fiorentina, please provide the right service and quality, otherwise dont use the italian name just to attraction: Its unfair for the long Italian Tradition regarding the Fiorentina Steak!!!
