It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with delicious meat complemented by simple olive oil and sea salt, showcasing the natural flavor of the beef. Every bite was stunning, juicy, and had an exceptional texture!🥩‼️The "Carne cruda" was an ultimate delight of raw beef, fresh and paired with herbs and lemon juice, offering a refreshing taste that made me want to come back for more.🤎The service was friendly and attentive, with the staff providing detailed descriptions of the menu, making us feel at home. The timing of the dishes was just right, allowing us to savor the food. 提早购买了dinner set的预订,准时到店时却要在门外等待超过20分钟,随后第一次问大概要等几耐左右佢答我几分钟,第二次问大约要等多久时间佢答我吾知道唔肯定。 随后晚餐的牛扒异常地咸另外牛扒的薯蓉也非常咸得夸张,我作为平日喜欢重口味的人吃一啖薯蓉却要饮三份一杯水,如果一口牛扒和一口薯蓉的话怕要去洗肾了。餐厅的面包和蔬菜非常好吃是新鲜的味道,如果你预订dinner set的话,他介绍了会有一个特别意粉是预订套餐独有的其他人在餐牌上看不到,上菜后是非常普通的意粉味道也较一般意粉也比较软身。对于第一次在这间餐厅约会的晚餐体验感到非常失望

餐厅门面已经好有氛围感,入到去的都是意大利Staff 介绍及serve ,好热情好Friendly ! 可以让食客们沉浸在地道的意大利风味中;而且装潢融合了现代与传统的元素。首先staff会奉上一本厚厚的wine list ,当然staff都能详细讲解边款肉配边款Wine,会将口感味蕾层次升华! 今次叫左一杯味道Fruity 的Red wine ,做一个开端!其后会奉上香草蒜蓉包(配橄榄油)及Welcome snack - 萝卜青瓜(配搭配自制的酱汁)清爽可口,配上Raw的食材,是另一番风味。肉类叫了1kg的4成熟T-Bone Steak 🥩 烤好的T-Bone会原块拎到你面前打卡,之后会帮忙切开!外表的确烧焦至黑,但切开肉质是粉嫩。吃下口感肉味浓烈,边位烧焦到脆口及浓浓炭烧味!1kg的份量真系好足!意大利手工面人手制造的手工意粉,面质偏硬有口感 ; Sauce未算好多,但够Creamy ,又唔会太油腻。整体体验极好

情人节嚟左呢间餐厅试,每位Staff嘅service 都好好!👏🏼我地本来Book 夜晚9点食,但因为上张枱未食完所以所以未有得入席住。Staffs 惊我地等得太耐所以安排左sparkling,红酒,小食同埋甜品,我地觉得好友善!👍🏻另外食物方面,Parma Ham 唔会太咸好好食,前菜嘅牛肉Tartare 好有风味,中间嘅Pasta 十分好味,同埋风干左嘅牛扒好脆。最后系Tiramisu,柠檬菜你最impress我嘅小食,可以话系香港食过最好食嘅Tiramisu!🙌🏻食完饭之后仲送左玫瑰花同即影即有相比我地😭😭 总括嚟讲体验十分唔错🥹🥹

上次去系年尾嘅时候,喺OpenRice揾左间靓靓餐厅同朋友庆祝!餐厅嘅环境格局都好靓,好有气氛,最搞笑系佢有啲刀放喺墙身做装饰,觉得佢系谂住放俾客人用😆😆😆😆 坐低之后,个地叫左枝酒,是想过嚟推介咗我哋一支out of Menu嘅酒,around $9xx 个价钱都对得住佢嘅质素🫶之后佢哋就开始上面包同 raw蔬菜比我地,食呢个都送酒一流!佢地个面包暖粒粒,外脆内软真系好好食!跟住朋友就叫咗个他他同西兰花佢地话用左佢地秘制调味料!上俾我地嘅真系有少少唔同,好食就得啦😝之后朋友就叫咗个牛肉,佢哋控制得好好好真系做到medium🥰🥰食埋个Tiramisu prefect🥰🥰
