I created the account to write this review.It was my 3rd time to visit Al Molo. I was enjoyed the salad buffet and pasta. And I found a HAIR in pasta and complained. Staff didn't say sorry, he just took the plate. And another staff came and saying 'THIS HAIR IS NOT FROM US. OUR CHEF IS BOLD' as if it is from us. The hair was very short and my hair is at least 20 times longer. And the hair was from inside of the dish not on top of the pasta. and I dont think there is only one bold chef in this re

2017年嘅第一個8號風球一年前食過一次lunch semi buffet，嗰時又唔覺得特別好味🤔今年跟同事再食，又覺得好好味，所以特別帶愛吃的媽媽來食好西❤️而家好多"任食"都係限時限刻，都幾stressful🤦🏻‍♀️呢到最好就係可以好優閒咁食，食飽傾下計丶篤下電話丶睇下書又再食，可以坐成兩個幾鐘對住細食嘅我嚟講都坐返夠本🤣Semi buffet 有自助沙律bar，亦有5款左右特色沙律，其中鴨胸沙律同雞肉沙律超好味，鴨胸完全唔咸，又滑，雞肉沙律個醬超好味！有源源不絕大大片的parma ham丶沙樂美腸！甜品款色唔多，但朱古力的dessert好好味，而且一盆清晒之後會換款！特別推介吉士沙翁，飽都要食，因為太出色，吉士同麵都沒有油利感😍淨係食頭盤$158，加多$40有個大pizza同咖啡，加main course有$228。

今日我想推介的是位於尖沙咀海運大廈的AL MOLO 意大利餐廳。佢地在星期六曰有提供brunch buffet. 可選擇包主菜薄餅的full brunch 或不叫主菜。我點了一道主菜，正是這裏要推介的。這是豬扒菜式。豬扒吃得出是經烤熟的，肉質鮮美，用上由蕃茄碎，薯蓉及芥末整的醬質。配菜有迷你蕃茄，青椒。我覺得味道唔錯。喜歡意大利菜式的你們，不容錯過此菜式。這裡也推介正宗意大利pizza，看到很多食客都有點此菜式。下次，我也想試試。

2人happy brunch！傾計緊係要搵有風景又有得嘆材酒既地方啦星期日好多一家大細family lunch，我地一行2人，佢有brunch menu 但我們選擇A La Carte（朋友比較大食）。2個人，2杯白酒，一個Assorted Cheese，一個Pizza，仲有多個Carbonara ⋯⋯OMG 真係好大食份量算多，quality 幾好，鬆軟麵包！最鐘鐘的薄pizza 一開始以為會好溜⋯⋯點知有surpriseHappy brunch! 仲有得儲Asia miles

電影節多好電影都在文化中心上映，尖沙咀突然成了電影迷中心。好些電影節的電影都較長，睇完夜媽媽無野食？可以到LCX的Al Molo。因為這餐廳開得較夜，又可睇到美麗維港景色。就算你無試過呢間餐廳，都可能會留意到佢。事關佢正正係海港城的長梯旁，每次經過都覺得它環境一流，總有一天要來坐坐。餐廳風格大致像美色扒房。木地板，格仔圖案及像棋子倒掛的燈泡，製造出獨特的格調。餐廳很大，不是所有位置都有無敵海景。當天看完電影較夜，少人，便求坐在落地玻璃旁。但發覺坐椅並唔好坐，便要求換到也近窗的卡位。Sofa較大，十分舒適。侍應多要對他們說英文。但菜式名稱是意大利名（好似係)，所以都係唔識讀西餐好不好，先麵包是很好不好食。 這裡的麵包鬆軟外脆，配上橄欖油及蓉，甘香可口。Grigliata 有多種燒烤海鮮。大蝦及帶子十分新鮮，味道鮮美。而魚和魷魚有炭烤香味，非常香口。烤過的pepper及茄子也是我的最愛！Sedanini 是蟹肉為主的通粉。蟹肉味濃郁，但料不多。味道香辣惹味，但不能吃辣的就不要試了。整體食物質素高，有美麗的維港景色，環境舒適（但最好坐卡位）。是朋友聚會或遊客用餐的好地方。

We order the beer, but didn't show up. very bad ! mushroom risotto tasteless. veal shank taste very bad ! i don't expect best restaurant will have this service and food quality ! I will not come again and I must to tell my friend to visit !

老公生日，去搵間好餐廳真難朋友介紹呢間，咁就book 位啦，過程順利被安排坐近玻璃門邊，可以望到海，不錯入坐後想order, 要等，人手不足！叫左生蠔，正常、新鮮，好味仲有海鮮意大利飯，嘩..唔好講佢無咩海鮮，只係見到個大堆「啤」水蝦仁，心一沉，我去左茶餐廳咩？叫左炒飯呀？一啲味道都無，完全哂quota！個價錢係2xx, 唔該比返啲正常野人，你俾啲垃圾蝦仁，不如唔好落，我反而覺得個飯係少料，而唔係劣質囉。之後食左咩已經唔記得啦，無驚喜講下服務：人手唔夠叫埋單叫左好耐，無人理完

頭盤自助餐食品精緻，不停refill, 有salad, focaccia, ham, pumpkin soup, fruits, desserts.......基本上食頭盤已經好夠，但基於婆仔心態，覺得叫埋主菜抵尐，我地就要埋pizza 同 spaghetti, 最後飲埋☕️，完成好滿足既一餐！

Will not be returning to this restaurant. We came on a pleasant Friday evening, everyone in a great mood because the weather is finally perfect for outdoor seating and Al Molo has a great view of HK. However our meal was ruined by the slow and inattentive service. Took like 40 minutes to get out pasta and every time we asked for more bread, it would take 15 minutes to get it. Asking for the check took another 20 minutes to arrive. Leaving dinner very angry.

Since BLT Steak was booked for private party, Al Molo popped in and we walked in. Probably it was because of Thursday there was no queue at 8:30 pm. AL MOLO 迫曾經係我最鐘意的意大利餐廳, 但係上年年底餐廳關閉左一個月。以為大裝修, 點知環境完全唔覺有咩大改動, 不過就轉左餐牌 。Signature dish 無左我鍾意的龍蝦前菜, 所以就無再去食過了。今次放工無咩idea食咩, 所以就去左試一試。叫左 Beef Carpaccio $168, Lobster Ravioli $218, Sautéed Green Spinach $68, Ricotta Cheesecake $88. 埋單約$600 兩個人, 沒有叫酒水。Beef Carpaccio , rocket salad 都好新鮮, crispy cheese & garlic 比較濃味, 有少少搶左牛肉的味道,但整體非常美味, 值得一試。Lobster Ravioli 個汁味道都唔錯, 朋友很好喜歡, 但我唔太鐘意個餡。Sautéed Green Spinach, 幾好, 唔會太多油, 飲食要均衡, 記得多菜少肉。Ricotta Cheesecake, 平時d dessert 好好食, 但今次有少少失望。 Cheesecake 唔夠滑, 上面好多dry fru

朋友來尖沙咀請我食Lunch, 揀左係海旁既Al Molo以前已經食過, 係半自助形式, 揀左main course 之後, 沙律, 前菜, 甜品可以自己出去拎但感覺自助種類少了, 例如cheese, 甜品,  而main course 也少了steak可以選擇隨便拿了些沙律, Ham, 水牛芝士蕃茄, 水牛芝士淡如無味蕃茄湯, 顏色很不自然, 味道偏酸, 唔係人人啱飲, 好唔好飲, 見仁見智Main couse 揀左Maiale, 其實即係豬肩肉, Menu上有解釋賣相幾好, 係厚切, 切開後, 雖然有點帶紅 , 但其實係啱啱熟, 火喉掌握幾好, 令肉質不會鞋, 口感軟稔, 仲有肉汁, 食這種層次的pork shoulder, 配得上這個價錢配菜係potato tortino, 比一般薯蓉的口感好雖然午餐價錢偏貴, 除main course 外, 其餘食物質素平平另外一提, 食完之後, 全日都覺得超口乾, 唔知係咪落味精
