好朋友出嫁,当然要去捧场一下啦。 出席饮宴,更令人开心的就是一大班好友都有份出席啦。是日的饮宴,设宴于尖沙咀的《朗廷酒店》。这只是一篇很简单的食评,所以祝贺的说话不再多说了。直接评味道啦。由于是酒店,我们亦是最后最后的三围,三围都是自己人,又近门口不必顾别人,玩得份外的尽兴。仪式完毕后,食物食快就来了,金陵乳猪全体永远是中式婚宴的开场白。正因为是酒店,唔会全只上,是分好每人一份上的。而我的碟上有四件,每件都皮香脆,肉嫩滑。唔错。格兰焗响螺,原只连壳的,螺肉亦切碎了。酱汁很 creamy 的,当然也很香口,吃入口,当然是可口啦。彩虹花姿带子,很清淡健康的菜式,带子有味,豆亦够甜够爽,我对这一碟清新菜式感到满意。金瑶扒时蔬,瑶柱汁非常之浓香,配上清甜的菜苗,增强了不少味道,但入到口腔,以然能品味到菜苗的甜美味道。海皇燕窝羹,有鱼肉,有蟹肉,燕窝又保持到爽爽的口感,感觉有水准。蚝皇花菇原只汤鲍,一只味道浓,入口烟韧的鲍鱼仔,一只厚身,味道同样是浓郁的冬菇,十分之好食。清蒸大海斑,鱼肉爽,豉油甜,无得弹。最后的一道热点,就是当红炸子鸡。鸡件够香,皮脆肉滑已经是合乎大家的要求。食物真不错,服务也够好。《朗廷酒店》的餐饮服务,我可以俾高分。

Attend my ex boss' daughter's wedding dinner gala at 朗廷酒店宴会厅, which I previously been to once a long time ago. Years back as I remember the food quality was quite good. Therefore, when I got the invitation that I had a chance to revisit, I am really looking forward to.The tasting menu consists of very typical Chinese wedding dinner type of food (You can check the photo menu). Overall, I am very impressed about the food quality as I can say all of them are very nice. I would like to highlight a few dishes below.Baked stuffed sea whelk (格兰焗响螺): very tasty with strong flavour. The food is piping hot, and I wish I could have another serving.Sauteed fresh prawns with garden greens (碧绿鲜虾球): seasonal beam with absolute gorgous prawns! Very chewy and fresh with just right amount of saltines. Sometimes it will come with shrimp paste as dipping, but for this one, you really dont need it at all.Braised bird's nest with fish maw and assorted seafood soup (海味花胶燕窝羮). In some other wedding dinner, they may serve shark fin soup but nevertheless it is quite nice and loaded with ingredient (I am quite impressed about the amount of ingredient within my bowl). The soup dish is the one most people will judge in any wedding dinner, and this one is quite good.The roasted Lung Kong chicken is also very chrispy. The fish is steamed in right timing without getting too tough. Noodles and rice are all nicely prepared with good flavour but not too oily.As I said earlier, the food quality is really good considering this is a dinner set menu for 20 tables. One impressed me the most is each dish is served pipping hot (pre arranged portion for each guest), and not a single dish is badly prepared or served. I heard each table (12 people per table) cost around HKD 15000, and that is what you paid for the quality. Just a remind, Chef 邝伟强, who is the chief executive chef for 朗庭酒店中餐 is the head chef for Michelin 3 stars restaurant Tang Court. Therefore, it is for certain quality dishes can be expected.I would highly recommend for any new wedded couple looking for place to host wedding dinner to take consideration of 朗廷酒店宴会厅 if you have the budget. The hall is also spacious and perfect place to host for 20 tables dinner wedding gala.

是晚参加好友的婚宴,地点在朗廷酒店宴会厅。对上一次造访已是多年前的事,感觉上宴会厅及前厅的装潢大体上无大变迁,依旧以典雅的欧陆式设计为主,感觉豪华舒适。 入席前侍应生会主动招呼提供饮品,入席后亦会主动添饮换碟。唯一要留意的地方是在宴席间的末段,虽然同枱好友大都已离去,但笔者在吃生果的同时未有预期侍应会在执拾枱面。至于各款佳肴,普遍交得出水准:金陵乳猪全体:出品微暖,皮脆肉香不过肥。格兰焗响螺:热辣香口卖相佳,葡汁螺肉味道不俗。翡翠鲜虾球:虾球口感爽弹。双子扒时烧:双子(带子及蟹籽)主体不突出。海皇燕窝羹:蟹肉双子量多,燕窝份量普通,汤头稀稠恰宜。蚝皇花菇原只汤鲍:花菇汤鲍食味合预期,未有特别惊喜。清蒸大星斑:鱼肉味道十分鲜嫩,赞!当红炸子鸡:皮脆肉嫩。上汤鲜水饺:馅料爽口。飘香荷叶饭:荷香淡淡,饭粒色水味道匀称。莲子百合红枣茶:滋补甜润。精美生果盘:四色选择多样化,生果普遍清甜。鸳鸯美点:没有至爱的中式脆饼有点可惜,哈哈!最后祝愿一对新人百年好合,永结同心!

我甚少会为婚宴的食物写食评,主要是因为婚宴一围十二人,每次上菜时都要拍照会阻碍他人用膳。成了鱼素食者近一个多月,尽可能我都会选择吃全素,第一次参加婚宴,现在都流行素食,所以斗胆问一问主人家酒店可否安排素菜,果然是有,于是特意请主人家为我安排素菜。婚宴当天我大概六时多到达,场地的布置简约而高贵,枱布是高贵的令身粉紫色,中间有一盘用清水浸著假玫瑰花瓣作装饰。在签字仪式后至正式入席之间,有Cocktail的安排,有迷利汉堡包、迷利龙虾汉堡包,青瓜甘笋西芹条、蛋糕西饼等,总之不用怕因为迟开席而饿亲,不过因为多是有肉而且我不爱甜点,所以就没有尝到。当天与朋友们占一围半枱,因某些理由,我私下的转了另一围枱,本来也有点担心酒店不知道我转了枱而未能安排我的素食,但反正我不是严谨的全素者,所以即使未能安排,其实我都可以在正常的餐单下选择吃一点蔬菜和鱼。开席时第一道当然是上乳猪,酒店的做法都是把𩠌菜分好小碟后奉上,来到我的时候,我跟侍应说明我其实是素食者,酒店侍应似乎亳不知情,但仍说会尽量替我安排。之后正式菜单第二道是沙律海鲜卷,换来是另一位侍应上菜,她再次想放下来时我再一次说明自己是素食者。过了不久,最初的男侍应端上一道酥炸金菇菜,然后说可以帮我安排素食,我顿然感到高兴。酥炸金菇是一条一条的大金菇菜沾上粉浆炸成,然后洒上椒盐。炸到脆卜卜的,有点像薯条,连坐在我隔壁的朋友也忍不住偷了来吃。接著上来的是粟米羹,固然比起传统宴席的鱼翅或燕窝羮算是比较下栏,而味道亦是一般,有点偏咸,但考虑到临时要为我准备的一个汤羮,我觉得可以接受。第三道是双菇冬笋雪耳菜心,双菇包括冬菇和蘑菇,略嫌炆得不够入味,雪耳亦煮得不够稔身,整体只算不过不失。之后奉上的是珍珠菇豆腐,其实味道与上一道菜都是差不多,普普通通,始终酒店中菜部都不是专门做素菜的,能在短时间有如此安排已算是非常贴心。扒素鲍甫,吃到一半才想起要拍照,本身还有菜心的,味道亦是跟前两道菜差不多,冬菇炆得不够入味,素鲍甫有点嚼头,与真鲍鱼真的有点相似啊!最后奉上的是一道炒饭,虽然样子普通,但颇令我惊喜。材料主要是芥兰片,炒饭用上是类似豉油或蚝油的酱汁,略带甜味,饭炒得干身,我几乎想问侍应会否可以再来一碗呢!本人第一次吃婚宴的素宴,感觉蛮惊喜。尤其是酒店方面没有预先预备,当得知我是茹素,他们没有觉得麻烦,还乐意尽力满足我特别的要求,令我感到很体贴和窝心。食物方面,以不是专门做素食和突如其来的情况下,我个人感到非常满意,份量和美味都恰到好处,当然如有更多变化会更让人惊喜。
