📍Today we went to this Stone Grill House located in Tsuen Wan, they provide lamb, 🐖pork and different part and portion of beef. 💁♀️After ordering, the staff gave us two aprons, so as to prevent the oil splashing from the stone, which is very caring! ☄️We chose two kind of wet-aged beef and we can grill and control the rawness by ourselves👏
🐮US Wagyu Hanger 200g ($228)🐮
😎You can add $32 for the set and choose any three items from rice, soup, salad, fries or canned drink. 🔪The hanger steak is served hot with the stone, 🍚it’s super tender and juicy! 👅Besides, they have two hand-made sauce, which is the red wine gravy and Chimichurri sauce. 🍷The wine sauce is salty and sour which taste appetising, ☘️while the Chimichurri sauce taste refreshing🤩
🐄Flap meat 200g ($178)🐄
👀Using the US Prime Beef, this piece of flap meat looks stunning! 🤪For the texture, it’s soft, delectable and goes really well with the rice! 🍚
🎏Grilled White Eel with salt ($68)🎏
🔥This is surprisingly good, it’s grilled perfectly with salt, 🧂which bring out the freshness and sweetness of the eel, 👅the texture is good and it’s a must order item! ✍️
🐮Grilled Beef Tongue with salt ($42)🐮
👄The ox tongue is spongy in texture, it taste nice with the lemon juice🍋
