My sister told me this rest. is very good, so I tried it 2 weeks ago. Unfortuately, the service and food was really bad. First of all, they took my cup when I ask them to refill the tea; ask them whether the beans(Japanese bean for wine) is cold or warm in this resturant, they said it is cold "now" because it was 9:30 by that time; ask them what's good in here, they said they don't know!I order 5 different dishes; the BBQ/grill combo(10 pieces) are all without taste, well, except the chicken win

係呀. 如果可以的話.你試下早少少上去.(6點幾左右) Open Area會有部份檯留給Walk-in 客人的. Good Luck!記住試下"五色刺身".幾好咖~

one of my friend also face this problem, can't contact them by phone. finally, she fax the booking to them, within 15 minutes, they reply to my friend immediatley.

每間餐廳都一定會reserve一些位給walk-in客(除非一些受歡迎的自助餐和私房菜)，所以不特別想坐貴賓房的話，早點去都應該有位！

one day, i connected the line and wanted to book the table but they told me the booking is full for whole night. NO JOKE!!!!!!!!%%!$@%*&^#&*^!

佢地得一條mainline for booking, 都冇乜可能打得通囉.如果可以6:45pm上到去, walk-in都有檯咖~

終於打左兩日電話後打倒，又係三點幾打倒！我二人叫了一個焗蟹肉飯（好味）薯餅（都幾好味）壽司定食（一般）刺身（好新鮮）用LADIES VISA咭有九折埋單三百幾蚊都OK啦但係我覺得款式唔太多我都係鍾意魚一丁多DSERVICE勁差

上星期六原先想去樓上的潮樓,怎知多人得很,於是去火間土碰運氣,幸運地有榻榻米位.因為我們不是VIP房,所以不知海景有多美.不過純就榻榻米來說好像魚一丁的裝修及氣氛較好.那晚我們點了海謄魚子飯,牛排(味道不錯可惜很多筋),多春魚及蠔串燒,雜錦串燒. 味道沒有什麼特別但價錢卻不便宜.兩人吃了370元但也不是太飽.以此價錢到和民可以相當豐富.

剛剛打o左電話去clarify，原來有海景o既V.I.P.房先要收最低消費；冇景o既房係不設最低消費o嫁！再醒多張火間土4人Tatami房o既相，同抹茶Tiramisu($38)大家睇睇o丫~~p.s.頭先大約下午3點打電話去，一打就通呀，仲好快有人接電話添！

請問Big Mouth君係o米座V.I.P房？點解可以$380找數o既，乜唔係有$500最低消費咩？！

好開心！兩個星期前BOOK咗位，終於可以同男朋友嚟撐枱腳，“塔塔米”房好寬敞，有D似卡位，房門口係竹簾，落咗ORDER後放一半落嚟，好有私人空間FEEL。ORDER咗個五式刺身并盤(HK$140)：三文魚、吞拿魚、帶子、甜蝦同赤具，每款有五片，好新鮮；海膽壽司則一般(HK$50)；火間土雞亦好好味(HK$38)，牛肉蔥餅(HK$38)稍為咸咗D；燒雞軟骨(HK$32)水準一般；焗蟹肉飯(HK$48)好香口，埋單HK$380。食咗咁多嘢，都幾抵！P.S.好多WAITERS服侍，唔驚搵唔到人！
