As I have sudden craving for boat noodles and was around Tsim Sha Tsui district, I suddenly think of Siam Noodles. I have tried their noodle at Causeway Bay and left me a deep impression. Knowing that they have another branch at TST, i decided to go try it. It was located at Lock Road, behind iSquare Tsim Sha Tsui. Their menu was simple and straightforward, offering boat soup, tom yum soup and clear soup for their noodle. Beside that. they served snack and drinks as well. Homemade iced longan

Homemade iced longan drink - The staff was generous with the portion of longan. Longan drink was sweet and clear, and longan was very chewy and juicy.
Angus beef boat noodle - It was hard to find authentic boat noodle in Hong Kong, and they certainly did not disappoint. Boat noodle was strong in pepper taste and the soup was flavourful and slightly thick in texture. Sweet potato noodle was very chewy and smooth. Angus beef was tender and juicy and fishball was soft and smooth as well.
Thai snack platter - It consisted of chicken wings, prawn cake and cheese wanton. Chicken wings were fried till crispy and juicy, cheese wanton was crispy and cheesy and prawn cake was chewy and crispy as well. All goes well with the Thai sweet and sour sauce.
Prawn chip and deep fried pork skin was very crispy and chewy, good for light bites or go along with soup noodle.
