3/2/07 星期六晚同朋友食晚飯.人數: 4男3女今次係第2次去食, 覺得佢地d菜式都好多, 味道亦唔錯. 食物:雜菜煲, 鹵水鵝, 豉椒鵝腸, 咕嚕肉, 炸雙丸, 蠔餅, 油泡雙魷. 全部都唔錯. 環境:舊式酒樓格局, 有d似醉瓊樓. 不過地方都算乾淨. 覺得如果同d老人家黎食會幾好.服務:全部都係d呀叔,不過都成日幫我地沖茶. 今次最攪笑係佢地講野d口音, 炸雙丸就讀成炸傷咗.

食物:
雜菜煲, 鹵水鵝, 豉椒鵝腸, 咕嚕肉, 炸雙丸, 蠔餅, 油泡雙魷. 全部都唔錯.

環境:
舊式酒樓格局, 有d似醉瓊樓. 不過地方都算乾淨. 覺得如果同d老人家黎食會幾好.

服務:
全部都係d呀叔,不過都成日幫我地沖茶. 今次最攪笑係佢地講野d口音, 炸雙丸就讀成炸傷咗.

幾年無幫襯, 今日dinner 4 個人叫0左:- 川椒雞- 椒鹽九肚魚- 上湯煮莧菜- 鹵水鵝肉- 鹵水鵝腸川椒雞依然好食=) d 炸辣椒葉好香脆, 雞柳好濃味.鵝腸好爽脆, 不過有沙; 鵝肉少少韌. 個人覺得鵝肉比鵝腸好食.九肚魚份量比想像中細; 味道好好, 面脆, 入面好滑.莧菜就一般啦, 我覺得伴碟的冬菇好食d.環境一樣up dup, "爬" 上樓上依然一步一驚心-_- 不過好似比之前0黎幫襯時光猛0左.Service... serve 樓上的有兩個阿叔, 其中一個又黑面又寸, 另一個就好友善, 有禮貌, 同埋你會feel 到佢好積極serve d 客; 所以檯檯無論寫0野, 攞杯碟抑或埋單, 只係會向第二位阿叔示意. 川椒雞依然好食=) d 炸辣椒葉好香脆, 雞柳好濃味.
鵝腸好爽脆, 不過有沙; 鵝肉少少韌. 個人覺得鵝肉比鵝腸好食.

九肚魚份量比想像中細; 味道好好, 面脆, 入面好滑.
莧菜就一般啦, 我覺得伴碟的冬菇好食d.

環境一樣up dup, "爬" 上樓上依然一步一驚心-_- 不過好似比之前0黎幫襯時光猛0左.

Service... serve 樓上的有兩個阿叔, 其中一個又黑面又寸, 另一個就好友善, 有禮貌, 同埋你會feel 到佢好積極serve d 客; 所以檯檯無論寫0野, 攞杯碟抑或埋單, 只係會向第二位阿叔示意. XD

都ok 啦overall.

看了這兒的食評,昨晚跟家人一試.菜式如下:1.潮州翅(?,反正就是$168一位的一種):一般在酒家吃到的翅都是伴大紅浙醋佐食,然而這兒的是伴陳醋和芫荽(香菜)的,甚為特別(侍應說是正宗潮州吃法),不過份量少得可憐,而且慣吃此物的吃老爸更說湯不夠清.2.鹵水鵝:本來侍應推介鵝片,不過我們更喜歡吃鵝件,貪其有骨可吮.這兒的鵝比起創發而言遜色,味不夠濃,就連伴碟的豆腐也是如此.3.炸豆腐:中規中矩,外脆內滑.不過也是比創發為差.4.豉椒炒鵝腸:鵝腸十分爽口,沒有異味,就是不吃此物的大哥都挾了幾件.不過味道太淡,豉椒味不太足.5.涼瓜炒吊片:吊片甚新鮮爽口,老媽說涼瓜不俗.6.九菜炒豬紅:侍應一口咬定炒的會比煮的好吃.可是事實上此菜就是豬紅不夠入味,也不夠滑.7.檸檬蒸烏頭:後加菜式,也為整晚最出色的一道菜.烏頭蒸得剛好,肉質嫩滑,魚面上的冬菇絲也很不錯,很快就清碟了.加上2枝藍妹啤酒,5個飯,吃了一千四百多元.整體而言真是一般而已.侍應服務周到,吃飯前後均奉上功失茶,又頻頻遞手巾給我們擦手.不過略嫌有點硬銷他們的菜式.

As I can't remember all the names of the dish, I need to wait for 麵包兄comments before giving out this late comment on 樂口褔. There were not many customers at that night, and the environment was not very good. Traditional-styled Chinese restaurant. 1.鹵水併盤:8分, 鵝片,大腸,雞蛋all have good standard, I usually do not like 大腸, but this dish is good!2.芋頭鴨:6分, no duck taste, only with a pretty strong 粉味, I even could not tell this is a 芋頭鴨.3.川椒雞:8分, though we could not go to 金鐘to have 金鐘雞, this 川椒雞is one of th

1.鹵水併盤:8分, 鵝片,大腸,雞蛋all have good standard, I usually do not like 大腸, but this dish is good!
2.芋頭鴨:6分, no duck taste, only with a pretty strong 粉味, I even could not tell this is a 芋頭鴨.
3.川椒雞:8分, though we could not go to 金鐘to have 金鐘雞, this 川椒雞is one of the best dishes for the night. 雞肉+ 辣椒葉were good combination. A little bit spicy, but in my acceptable standard.
4.炒薄殼:5分, too spicy. I needed to drink more beer to get rid of the spicy inside my mouth. Maybe it was too spicy, so we still had leftover for this dish in the end.
5.九肚魚烙:6分, once again I could not tell this is 九肚魚, seems like there is no 九肚魚味, if only talking about 烙, it is OK. Similar condition as 芋頭鴨!
6.咕嚕肉:7分, one of the better 咕嚕肉I have tried. 好脆.
7.潮洲炊荷包鱔:5分, signature dish of this place. Well, my comment was: 太多太多骨, impossible for me to finish it. Seems like I was eating 骨in each bites.
8.蠔仔粥:4分, poor! No taste of 蠔仔, actually not much taste for this dish. 太淡.
9.椒鹽炸銀雪魚:4分, over-fried, poor! The taste of 銀雪魚is gone.
10.鮮芒果炒蝦球:7分, 鮮芒果is very good, so sweet! But 蝦球is not fresh. After tasting one, I scare to try next 蝦球to prevent allergy. I prefer ordered a dish of 鮮芒果only! This score of 7 is only for 鮮芒果.
11.家鄉炒魚麵:6分, again, I could not tell this was 魚麵. 太淡魚味.
12.潮汕煎筍粿/韭菜粿:5分, deep fried items. But again they were over-fried, I could not get the taste of either 筍粿or 韭菜.
13.反沙芋:7分, 文迪thought it was too sweet, but I though this was OK. Once again, the problem was the taste of 香芋was gone. However, I still loved this dessert.

This was quite a funny night. 侍應gives us many jokes to cheer about. Some of the dishes are nice, but some more are so-so. It seems like all of us were not very satisfied to the food here, so there were many leftovers in each of the dish. I personally finished up the leftovers of 鹵水併盤, 炒薄殼, 鮮芒果炒蝦球, 家鄉炒魚麵and 反沙芋. Exactly the opposite of the situation in 新和富. Maybe the best item for the night would be蝦片from 路比bearbear. I enjoy the environment with other Openrice friends rather than the food here. 能共聚是有緣!
I look forward for the gathering in 職業樂師同樂會.

0黎到樂口福,除0左要食滷水鵝,胡椒豬肚湯之外,甜品都好有水準,尤以白果芋泥最吸引,幾乎可以食到兩大碗,另外個水晶飽都十分皮薄含靚.

今日經過,諗起以前食過一兩次但都冇寫食評.向度補番.其實已經係幾年前既事,個陣啟德機場都未搬.而家唔知變成點.個陣係我舅父請,記得佢d鹵水鵝片,凍蟹都好正.其他餸菜都唔差.

日本client叫我帶路食地道野,就帶佢地試一試潮州菜。創發太地痞,唔想嚇親佢地,所以就來企理少少的樂口福。四個人來到,飲過功夫茶,先來同事介紹的花枝卷四併,呢味要事先預訂,有蝦丸、鹵鵝、花枝卷及菜頭卷。蝦丸內有馬蹄,爽口彈牙;鹵鵝有水準,但呢味野已經賣到街頭巷尾都有,不再希罕,不過日本人少吃鵝,所以是必叫;花枝卷則換上花枝,佈有冬菇火腿等,好食;菜頭卷則以醃蘿蔔包魷魚乾、火腿、海浙等,點甜酸汁係四併中最好吃的。再來送酒之物,一碟鹵生腸、鵝腸及墨魚,一碟田螺,一條大眼雞,一隻涷蟹,就飲左六支啤酒。當中最喜歡田螺,雖然有少少沙,但夠辣夠惹味,好正;涷蟹有成斤重,好多肉,同佢地的長腳蟹/毛蟹/松葉蟹相比,又係另一種味道。雖然係貴少少,但就食到幾個日本仔好鬼滿意。已經飽左八成,再食埋沙爹牛肉炒河同炒飯就十足十。甜品是反水晶包和反沙芋,我就喜歡反沙芋夠香口,水晶包就略甜。埋單千三,唔算好貴,如果唔食涷蟹會平好多。有時請客唔駛一定食翅同鮑魚,有時地道野都可以食到佢地五体投地的。
