My friend and I are falling in love with wagyu these days. We are planning to try as much restaurant with wagyu as possible. I booked this famous traditional Japanese restaurant a month ago. The place was cosy and comfortable. We got to sit by the big window where we can really enjoy the harbor view.First came the appetizers; the presentation was beautiful. I liked the slices of beef with the special wasabi ginger sauce. The texture was soft and juicy. The spring roll was crispy and full of beef

The spring roll was crispy and full of beef. I was very satisfied with that. The meat ball was meaty and juicy. I was impressed with the jelly as it was made with beef soup. It was full of flavour.
The tartar has always been one of our favourite no matter where we are. It was unbelievably yummy! It was so soft and melted in my mouth. I liked how it is to be eaten with the crunchy veggie.
The beef sushis were delicious.
The steak pieces were cooked perfectly and easy to chew.
Finally, the one that we’ve been waiting for……. A5 wagyu arrived. Unlike other restaurant, the staff cooked them somewhere else instead of in front of you. We have to look far away to see our beef. Anyway, the texture was fantastic; it was so fatty and juicy. I really enjoyed that!
We finished off with citric sorbet which helped to clear up our palate.
