新產品-- 一個平凡o既杯裝海綿蛋糕, 當混左文華招牌玫瑰果醬之後, 就即刻脫胎換骨! 玫瑰果醬果然係招牌貨, 好香甜, 而且海綿蛋糕好鬆軟, 雖然要成$15一個, 但係都會再翻炒! 而且仲心郁郁想買成罐果醬返屋企!

睇到食評好似蛋糕．．咪好想見下佢個"盧山真面目"但原來係－(巨形)提子燕麥曲奇食落都幾甜．好多提子，雖然係燕麥，但都幾多油不過整體黎講都算OK!夠特別

it is actully a quiche. many spinach and onion. I love the cheese very much. good smell and good taste. $32 quite expensive. it is acceptable to be lunch sometimes.

very "rum" ar. good for wine lover. it is a semisphere covered with chocolate. inside like mixture of cake and mousse. quite strange. not smooth. there is only few rasin inside. it is ok to try once. doesn't suit me

放工後行經呢頭,本來想去買個plain scone試試,可能太夜賣晒, 見呢塊飛碟曲奇咁巨型都只係$13, 就買黎試下啦!呢隻曲奇屬於軟身一類,少少煙韌,好重brown sugar味, 有好多提子乾同燕麥, 口感都幾豐富, 整體感覺好"鬼佬", 因為足料關係都幾漏, 而且對我黎講太甜啦~ 試下無妨但個人而言唔太對胃口! 下次試下好評如潮既custard cream horn先!

今早來到，未有三文治，便轉買了一個家庭庄的榛子提子包吃，$45 一個好似好貴咁，但想不到內裏的餡料真的那麼多，榛子同提子味都十足，麵包有點似酥皮麵包，皮香脆內鬆軟，切開看得出一層層的。真的非常好味。另外再買了一個咖啡合桃muffin，依然保持水準，咖啡味濃，仲有好多合桃呢！

About 3 years ago, I went to the cake shop everyday, to buy my breakfast, afternoon tea or even a cheesse cake to bring home for dessert. I don't go there everyday now, occasionally, I still go to buy something if I passed by the shop.I always had the plain croissant, muffin or apple pie for my breakfast, sometimes I would have a scone for my afternoon tea.They have scone with different kind of taste, my favourite scone is the plain scone, you can serve with/without butter, plus one english tea,

週中有日開會，茶點是文華的蛋糕。都有成十款，不知是不是下晝吃了咖哩，茶點時間就想吃甜點，所以都吃了幾款，雖然每款只吃半件：Custard Cream Horn：是今日心水，吉士餡又香又甜，號角是酥皮筒，薄薄的舖了一層糖漿在面，好掂。不知怎的，每次吃這個也會想起快樂餅店的奶油號角，雖然沒有這裡的骨子，但價廉味美，都好掂；Amercian Cheese Cake：仍然係城中最掂的芝士餅之一，又濃芝士味又香甜又滑，不過有點「漏」。因為有吃其他餅，半件剛剛好，是談齋啡的最佳伴侶；朱古力撻：因為吃了之前的兩件甜食，所以不算很甜，亦有濃烈的朱古力苦味。表面做到一粒粒水滴樣子的，賣相幾得意；芒果撻：有一片芒果舖在撻面，厚厚的。不過吃落幾酸，是繼Cova之後再一次吃到酸芒果，始終不是時候吧！配以公司的齋啡，一路飲一路食，開會也不是苦事。人說食甜品會開心一點，又真的好似work，不妨一試。

和舊同事吃完飯便一人行到文華餅店睇下有冇muffin或者餅食.買返一件下午茶好待星期一大戰前準備.見到都幾多款式, 買左兩件提子燕麥曲奇.吃下去好多麥同提子, 口感十分豐富.其實我不愛吃提子乾的, 如果沒有提子乾只有麥我可會俾5分的. 也因為超多提子乾我覺得只會俾ok面.甜度其實唔係咁甜, 同外國既餅店相比呢的係"唔夠"甜.個人覺得甜度ok.愛吃提子乾和麥的一定覺得呢個好食.媽打整的燕麥曲奇仍是最掂.抵唔抵食真係見人見至, 偶偶一次我覺得還可以的.p.s. again, 有相同味道但冇提子乾我會俾 + 5分.

最近買了件cheese cake，芝士唔夠香，又硬，價錢又唔平，我唔會再幫趁佢啦！

The one thing that I dislike about its bran muffins is that they have TOO many raisins. They should consider using half the amount. Too bad La Rose Noire doesn't sell bran muffins anymore because I have tried a lot of bakeries and LRN used to make the best bran muffins in Hong Kong.

had a apple and bran muffin as lunch today. there are many apple so the muffin is quite large. many bran inside. it has high nutrient value. quite healthy.

上次唔知呢度星期六原來收5:00pm, 所以咩都晒! 今次一放工就門即刻太搭船黎買, 好彩都算收穫豐富.Raisin Oatmeal Cookie- 以$13一件, 真係大件夾底食, 真係好巨型一差唔多一隻手掌咁大, 可以一開八小塊, 一小塊已經甜到漏...藍莓Muffin- $12 牛油味比較重, 如果多d藍莓更好.蘋果燕麥Muffin- $12 蘋果同燕麥好足料, 好有口感- 正!提子Rum酒Muffin- $12 唔錯! 每一啖都散發Rum酒香味.Muffin Size細過Peninsula, 但味道Mandarin比較好而足料.

I have been visiting here nearly everyday since i came back from UK 2 years ago. I usually only go for the custard cream donut- it's really the best on earth! Their custard is real ace, not too sweet but creamy and real smooth, and the combination of the whole donut is real ace. 因為復活節,同食家"蛋蛋"一樣,我都係christian,所以好鍾意哩個節日,因為christian既傳統, 我就要去買d hot cross bun了~文華既hot cross bun細細個都要成$18,3-4啖都食哂了,提子同果皮既份量都唔多,不過包身就真係一流, 外脆內軟,超好食~不過感覺上個recipe好似唔多傳統咁,個人覺得la rose同marks & spencer既正宗d另外serive方面,我寫咁多d文華既食評,今次係第一次講佢地既serive,因為今日我感覺上有不快,係咪因為我只係買左一個包而覺得我cheap?係咪因為我唔係鬼佬?我次次去d service都算ok~唔係差唔係好,不過今次,有個女人竟然笑笑口咁同個鬼佬講thanｋ　ｙｏｕ，轉頭唔洗０．５秒就黑住口面咁同我講”１８蚊呀！”真係好想.... ！另外，就係哩個女人既ｌａｎｇｕａｇｅ問題，佢係一個不折不扣既本地人，我一入去我話”一個十字包呀唔該”佢：”下！”我又話”一個十字包呀唔該”佢：”咩話，我唔明”我再話：”Hot Cross Bun!"佢就黑住面咁夾比我，喂小姐，你唔明廣東話又同我用廣東話講野！洗唔洗咁
