我有同事話富聲好出名但未來過,順應民意滿足一吓自己和家人啦 《名震中外》 的和哥叉燒,一看就相想食,半肥瘦,正而我的主打點心,每次飲茶也一定要吃鳳爪,今次都不例外,但今次不是豉汁蒸,而是升呢版的鮑汁煲仔鳳爪,不知為何上枱時還是滾熱辣!仲有氣泡泡!一口咬下,鳳爪被鮑汁浸得軟軟腍腍!超好食!勁好嘢!吃了幾道點心,我朋友電話到,問我有冇飲湯我即0嘴!飲湯!!!!!!!他叫我必試王牌靚湯《杏汁花膠筒白肺湯》,咁大個仔都冇諗 過中午飲湯!但好奇之下叫了來飲!先講湯丁點油都冇,白白朱肺,軟腍腍鳳爪,杏香重,還有大件花膠筒!正最後我們一行五人都非常滿意!真係(oh!my got!下次點可以不再來呢

今天中午和泰國朋友到銅鑼灣富聲飮茶~~點了出名的酥皮包同义燒和許多點心~果然酥皮包非常好吃~义燒又淋又多汁一句好食!!看見鄰枱很多人點燒乳豬吃…問人先知道這裡的即燒乳豬也很出名~下次來一定要點乳豬! 用餐後待應還送上免費甜品,我地選了楊枝廿露和龍眼茶湯丸。這裡的送甜品比其他酒樓收費甜品還好吃呢!! 我的朋友說這不單吃中午飯而是entertainmen~~~~朋友仲買了20個酥皮包回泰國!!

還好吃呢!!

这家饭馆让我怀疑米其林的客观和公允。奔着2星推荐来到这家饭馆,但却是大失所望。进门一股霉味扑鼻,环境简陋倒还算干净。点了椒盐九肚鱼、蟹肉干捞翅、花胶菜胆北菇汤、玻璃虾球、红酒牛尾和清炒菜心。这家饭馆的菜很一般,其中红酒牛尾还说是米其林重点推荐,没有酒香味道,唯一可说的就是火候还算合适。饭馆的服务让人惊讶,比楼下的鼎泰丰差了几个档次,汤里有头发,隔壁桌下错单,主管当着客人的面大声呵斥服务员……以后还是多看开饭,少信米其林

上回在灣仔的富聲與家人喝茶喝得非常如意,縱使事前對它很有期望,但最後都能吃得大家非常滿意,所以是日一個重要的聚會之中,選喝茶的地點就都選了富聲,不過就不是灣仔總店,而是在老銅新開的分店。預定了位,但店員吩咐由於是公眾假期,所以也未能完全留空一張枱讓我們即入座,所以本人預早一點來取位,也只是等了一會兒吧,已經可以入座了,邊看看點心紙,就邊喝點茶及吃一點小吃,都是上回吃過的漬菜甫豆乾粒,比上回少了叉燒粒,而且菜甫也只用上蘿蔔,沒有了青椒,但吃起來都爽口夠味,而且又不算是死鹹的那一款,加上吸味能成超強的炸豆乾,這個小吃跟上回的一樣美味,而遺憾的是,茶都是跟上回一樣,味道真的麻麻,本人喝的是普洱,茶味明顯的不夠濃,而且那個甘味不夠強,唯一可以慶幸的是茶身喝起來都幾順,而且不澀不腥,都未至於是差勁的普洱。最後大家都到步了,但點吃的重任都是交給我,由於是次人多,所以最後點了近二十籠的點心,當中有一些是重復的,如燒賣及酥皮叉燒包等,皆因不夠分嘛!跟上點一樣,又是吃了金錢雞,如上回所述,此店的金錢雞是健康版,沒有了最為肥的冰肉,只用鳳肝及叉燒配上酸薑、荷葉包及生菜,鳳肝本身而言都挺有膶香而不苦,但可能

接下來又是味部的點心錦鹵雲吞,有別於傳統的會在酸汁之中加入豬膶,此店的就有蝦仁、叉燒、魷魚、青椒、蕃茄及洋蔥等,又是吃得健康的例子,而主角雲吞都是正正常常的皮多餡少,其雲吞皮都挺為鬆脆,炸得不油膩,再蘸酸汁來吃開胃非常,當中的青椒、蕃茄及洋蔥很是爽嫩,而蝦仁又夠爽口,其實都又不錯。

點了兩碟腸粉,如先以為點心紙中所謂的齋腸即是類似羅漢齋腸粉,但當上桌之時,才發現是形同豬腸粉的齋腸,伴了點醬油、麻醬及甜醬吃,腸粉吃起來很軟腍,而滑得來就有點散,但有米香就有點驚喜,加上有芝麻香又夠稠身的麻醬,其實都不錯;另外的一款是叉燒腸,腸粉皮跟剛才的齋腸一樣不太厚也不太薄,入口帶米香而再加上粒粒叉燒,叉燒切得不算太碎,吃起來較有咬口而肉質也挺為鬆軟,整體來說都不錯。

荷葉糯米排骨其實是一隻小小的珍珠雞中,加入一塊小肉排同蒸,吃起來沒甚特別,肉排不嚡口但又未至於軟腍,而糯米飯就確是黏糯有米香的,但可能只有一塊肉排同蒸,沒有餡的糯米飯顯得有點不太夠;燒賣就點了普通版而沒有點那豬膶燒賣,這燒賣怎也只能說是中規中矩吧,肉餡夠實在但又不會太硬,入口都帶點豬肉香,但就什麼其他味如冬菇的香味都沒有。

豉汁蒸鳳爪是每次喝茶必點的,鳳爪外皮有點過軟,入口腍散而內部的筋都沒什咬口,而豆豉味就可以強一點會更好;腐皮卷觀其外層都好像幾油,入口一剎那,果然是油了一點點,加上還要不夠鬆脆,吃這類炸物簡直有點雙失的感覺,為了肥而犧牲都得不到回報,真的沒有油益味已算走運,其內部的餡都主要都是韮黃、蔥及豬肉,但就沒有蝦,入口的肉香麻麻而口感有點過腍,絕不是吃腐皮卷應有的感覺。

點了一客三件的合桃雞肉酥,三件之中有一件竟有條卷曲的毛髮纏了在酥的餅身中,起初是扯也扯不出來,用力一點就越扯越長,叫了店員去看看,其實我們都是最低要求換過碟就算,但聽店員說換個一個俾你地,心想是否我聽錯呢?邊有酒家咁鬼孤寒的,換一個?心想可能是我聽錯吧,怎知道隔了五分鐘段,店員真的端了一個給我們,真的是匪夷所思的舉動,真的是虧她做得出,說回這個雞肉酥,面層的合桃不算太脆太香,酥入口都挺鬆但個雞肉餡又是麻麻。

煎腊味蘿蔔糕煎得外層有點焦,吃起來都算香口,但吃起來就真的很「糕」,其風格不是大量蘿蔔而較為濕身的那種,吃起來蘿蔔味及腊味的味道都是一般吧;家鄉鹹水角看起來不太飽滿,但就總算炸得很是鬆脆,吃入口一股甜香不太俗,又不油膩,所以就算是內部的餡不太飽滿,吃起來只是一點蝦米及豬肉香,都已經不錯。

上回在灣仔吃過的酥皮叉燒包絕對不弱,所以一連點了三客,務求人人至少有一個,可是是日的酥皮就不夠璧酥,叉燒餡又不夠香,包身又一點也不飽滿,吃起來有如鹹水角一樣離餡,叉燒醬又沒驚喜,加上最弊的是不太夠熱,所以真的有點失望;紅油抄手真的有負這味菜之名,看起來只有醬油,根本是一滴紅油也沒有,吃起來就是在醬油之中帶丁點兒的辛,加上餃皮超厚,沉重重的如吃堆粉,肉餡不夠香,吃得人一口模糊的感覺真混帳。

鮮竹卷比外邊酒家吃的特別細,都不用張咀到最開,已經可以一口一件,但論味道其實不差,個茨汁雖蠔油味不重,但吃起來夠清鮮的雞湯香,茨身不過稠,肉餡鬆軟得來又帶點咬口,腐皮夠薄又軟熟,所以真的吃得過;小籠包跟來的黑醋很稠身,入口帶頗重的甜度,醋香反之普通,而主角的包身皮過厚兼過重,看起來有要下塌的跡象,加上湯汁不多,唯一可以慶幸的是店家的肉餡軟腍得來精肉又下得夠多,入口都挺有豬油香。

甜的也真的為數不少,先來談自選的項目,香蜜脆麻花個人認為只是一般,吃起來是脆,不過是硬身的那種脆而不是鬆身的那一款,而芝麻下得不夠多,吃起來不太香,味道認真麻麻;另還有不少店家送的糖水,店家送的糖水竟有三款選擇,有燉雪耳蕃薯、洋枝甘露及薑湯麻蓉湯丸,看來絕不馬虎,可是打頭陣的燉雪耳蕃薯已經叫人失望,喝起來是甜湯還湯,配料還配料,甜湯有如很薄身的薑湯,雪耳總算軟腍,但蕃薯就偏實又沒蕃薯香。

另外的洋枝甘露也好不了到哪裡,甜湯喝起來偏稀又沒有奶香,加上又不夠滑,另外柚子肉又下得少,芒果味以整體來說非常薄弱,這碗洋枝甘露,沒有了芒果的甜,又沒有沙田柚子肉的酸,所以酸甜度是諷刺的平衡了,但就果香嚴重不足,但既然是送的,也無謂要求那麼高了;最後一款的薑湯麻蓉湯丸,麻蓉湯丸皮雖然夠滑,但就偏厚而粉散,個皮真的搓得很差,加上個麻蓉餡又不夠香,而個薑湯喝起來有很虛很薄的辛勁,而且又完全不夠甜,就連我這不吃太甜的人也如此說,大家真的可想而知。

最後結賬都要成千元,每人要一百有二十,其實不是太貴,但計及是日的食物質素及店員那令人咋舌的服務,本人真的覺得很唔抵食,始乎富聲的老銅分店要被我Black-List了。

talking about food, it's nice, above average i'd say, at least there're chances that i will pay a second visit.

the famous bbq pork was excellent! sweet, tender and juice! and it's not too lean, just the right mix of fatty meat for me! well i also love that of 西苑, hard for me to vote...


we ordered dim sum, like fried radish cake (actually it's a mix of radish cake + shrimp cake), fried rice rolls, plain rice rolls, veggie bun, shrimp dumplings, veggie in soup, etc. they tasted good.

then we ordered the hot pot fried rice, it's dry and tasty!

desserts were free, a choice from: red bean soup, mango soup, sweet dumpling. i tried the sweet dumpling, it's not very attractive as it's not chewy at all.

i didn't know how much it is... but it's yummy!

well, the main drawback is, i am now very thirsty, too much MSG! >.<

中午在「柳川」吃了一頓不滿意的日式料理,連定食中的湯烏冬也放棄,因為晚上約了友人伉儷往「富聲」吃晚飯,免得浪費胃納。 這晚是假期前夕,人客多上菜慢而服務生又漏了下豉油雞的柯打,所以花了不少時間等候。 第一道菜是炸蟹箝。蝦膠彈牙鮮味,但這只是假蟹箝,一點蟹肉也沒有! 等了很久的魚雲羹,魚雲很滑,皮蛋和芫茜令清鮮的湯羹添了另一重滋味。 再來是阿蘇推介的乾炒粉絲蝦煲(有粉絲、蛋、蝦乾、芹菜粒、芽菜),粉絲炒的乾身冶味,幸好這個阿蘇推介不是地雷。 和哥叉燒鬆軟有肉汁蜜味香濃,水準穩定比「西苑」的大哥叉燒更靠得住。 漏了單的豉油雞有點令人失望,肉質尚嫩滑但欠彈性,豉油帶甜味但略嫌不夠鹹香。「西苑」的瓦礃頭抽雞比這出色的多,那鍋豉油雞汁打包回家伴白飯吃也已是人間美味。豉油雞附雞肝雞腎,我倆怕膽固醇高,無福消失,友人們倒是吃的什為開懷。 最後店家送的甜湯,選了 no good 的楊枝甘露,滿咀粉腍腍的西米碎,芒果也欠香味甜味。不過吃了這幾道菜,總算補償了中午在「柳川」受的打擊。

Today had dinner with relatives there, a table of 11.Ordered soup, BBQ pork, bean noodles pot, chicken in soy source, ox tail, sweet and sour pork, goose feet with abalone and a steam grouper.For the soup, the vegetables and meat inside the pork came at least 7 minutes earlier than the actual bowl of soups. Today had dinner with relatives there, a table of 11.

Ordered soup, BBQ pork, bean noodles pot, chicken in soy source, ox tail, sweet and sour pork, goose feet with abalone and a steam grouper.

For the soup, the vegetables and meat inside the pork came at least 7 minutes earlier than the actual bowl of soups. It is only at the 3rd request that the soups arrived.

BBQ pork has strong honey favor, but don't have the taste of meat.

Bean noodles pot, chicken, ox tail, abalone and sweet and sour pork are fine but not outstanding when compare with others. The dish came out slowly, one by one.

For the fish, it takes one hour and 15 minutes to come out. We had asked a captain and she said it would be 2 minutes later after an hour, but it only actually came out only after another 15 minutes, when we tried to cancel it. It cost us $1500 for the fish that approximate weights 16 両.

Even the free desserts took us another 15 minutes.

For the bill, it just gave us a big number, with no detail breakdown. Although amount not unreasonable, I don't like this kind of style.

Waitress are not impolite but only irresponsible. Much delays and it definitely not worth going again.

But I have doubt that even with this kind of service, why this restaurant is still so full of people. Perhaps, if you are some people, they will give you much better service.

富聲此店出名也因服務細心要求辣椒醬就有兩樣真體貼。傳統做法黃皮木瓜魚翅灌湯餃 木瓜淸甜加少少翅料新鮮湯夠熱好味道。迷你飄香荷葉飯打開香氣撲鼻 有蝦,肉,瑤柱,飯抄到一粒粒 正! 一定要試。魚湯雲吞時蔬沒什麼特別不推介。叉燒包又一經典,皮用上等麵粉香噴噴又軟叉燒及汁比例恰當。新品炸鮮奶加入少量松子,蝦仁及帶子用腐皮包再炸,自家製作汁用上芝麻加喼汁非常特別,我一人吃了整碟。腸粉平平無奇的牛肉腸加入了京葱變成是我至愛還有甜品楊枝金露是送的本來是特務J推介但是曰芒果甜不過柚子苦可惜。

Heard this place from my brother for a long time so I finally came to try... Most of the Dim Sums are just so-so.... BUTThe 叉燒is REALLY GOOD! Even better than 西苑... not just relying on the sauce but good meat to begin with!I was particularly impressed by the 炸兩 which wraps 春卷 inside. The 叉燒is REALLY GOOD! Even better than 西苑... not just relying on the sauce but good meat to begin with!

I was particularly impressed by the 炸兩 which wraps 春卷 inside. I have had the same at many restaurants and most are disappointing. But this 炸兩 is really awesome. The 春卷 inside is really 鬆脆, not too crispy but just right!

I have learnt that you can't get the best Dim Sum from 1 store, I go to 西苑 for their 杏仁包 , 利苑 for their soup, I will absolutely come back here for the 炸兩!

Price is good too, 大點 is still under $30 as compared to other nice places.

這店初開張時來過一次,食物略遜於灣仔店。今次早上十一時半到達,由於時間尚早,待應服務不錯。食物如下:炸兩:油炸鬼內有蝦肉,不錯。酥皮叉燒包:好食。百合木耳蝦餃:一般。糯米排骨:類似珍珠雞。豬腳薑:一般。紅豆糉(外賣)送的楊枝甘露有很多杧果,好好食。

Arrival: We arrived for our 1:30pm booking on a Saturday and had to wait for almost 30min. Fine, I know this is common in HK so we wait. By the time we got seated, it was 2pm and their last order is 3pm.

Service
1) We were led to our table, which was still not cleaned after the people before us left.... dirty dishes every where. No one came to clean it as we sat there and we had to yell out loud 2-3 times before someone with a 黑面 come to clean.

2) I came here because their 叉烧 is supposed to be one of the best. We gave the order to the waitress and guess what, she comes back 20 minutes afterward to tell us that 叉烧 is sold out!!! Ok, so what took them so long to tell us this?? Immediately after we sat down we gave them our order and on the computer slip they gave us it showed they only 落单 20 minutes later. Was the entire staff taking a cigarette break in the time being?

3) We ordered 8-10 dishes. We waited for 30 minutes until the first dish arrive. Then, one dish would come after every 5-10 minutes. I've never had to wait so long at dim sum for each dish to come out. This is 饮茶, not eating French food! Our table is supposed to be full of food! Instead we just spend our entire time waiting.

4) We had to ask the waiter / manager at least 3 times for our last dish, the vegetarian dumpling. The dish came finally after one hour after we 落单. I don't know why it takes one hour to steam some simple dumplings!!! When we kept asking the manager and he just said "sorry, not in my control". Seriously, what kind of attitude is this.

Food: : Honestly, this was just average. For the price there are so many other choices in HK with better service and food. There are places nearby in CWB like 翠園 and 西苑 with similar, if not better food, shorter wait times and better service.
All the dim sum dishes are very average. Well, maybe my review would be better if the 叉烧 was not sold out as this is probably one of their best dishes. Too bad.

Overall:
Also, I realize why the food takes so long. They wait until they have multiple orders of one dish from different people before they start making it. For example, if I order cha siu bao at 1pm, they will wait at least 15-20 minutes when they have other tables ordering cha siu bao before they start making the dish all in one batch. Hence you will probably not get your cha siu bao until after 1:40pm. I notice this because other tables around us all got the same dish at the same time as we do, even though we came at different times. Maybe other restaurants do something similar but I've never had to wait 40 minutes for some stupid cha siu bao in other restaurants.

Anyway, I would not come back again because of (1) service (2) long wait and (3) average food for the price.

第一次去銅鑼灣店,十二半到逹即時有位、非常好,裡面地方大過灣仔店,裝修一般但因為枱位之間較闊,坐得比較舒適。食物八味豆腐維持水準,燒腩仔烤得乾些不好,梅菜排骨煲仔飯,因為梅菜少,覺得味道唔夠,其他义燒餐飽,鮑汁雞腳都算合格。

I've been to the Wanchai branch numerous times for dimsum and dinner before - the Wanchai branch is one of my all-time favorite dimsum/Cantonese restaurants. Went to this CWB branch for the first time for dinner. I've been to the Wanchai branch numerous times for dimsum and dinner before - the Wanchai branch is one of my all-time favorite dimsum/Cantonese restaurants. So, first off, I came with very high expectations bc the Wanchai branch is really good - like excellent quality and execution of Cantonese food.

Food: I ordered: Char Siu (Roast Pork); Hot pot rice with pork ribs & chinese sausage; Crab noodles; Chinese broccoli. This place is known for having the best Char Siu in town. The one here was definitely not tender and juicy compared to the original Wanchai branch. Although it was still decent char siu - but they did not replicate that specific melt in your mouth taste. The other food I had was decent, they were simple dishes except for the Crab noodles. The crab noodles came with a hefty amount of shelled crab on top of these noodles with some yellow crab/vinegarish sauce. I originally thought it may taste like a cheesy seafood dish, but it turned out to be a very distinct crab/vingerary taste. It didnt suit my tastebuds that well - maybe its an acquired taste?
Service: I recall that every time I've been to the Wanchai branch, service was always poor due to the fact that it was always overcrowded. Same here in the CWB branch - poor service. I had to ask twice for tea, this was after the Char Siu came and we didnt even have tea... As for the wait time for the food, to give them credit, our waiter warned us that the crab noodles and rice hot pot would take longer....however I didn't expect a 30min+ wait. The complementary dessert made me feel a bit better and was good quality (mango soup dessert and red bean sweet soup with gluttonus rice balls).
Decor: This place still has low ceilings like the Wanchai branch, nicely renovated with crystals dangling, kept the Chinese tacky appeal for sure. Space good for family dining, with higher seating capacity than the Wanchai branch.
Sizing it up: The CWB branch is definitely not up to par to the Wanchai branch. Its still good Cantonese food, but I'd go to the original Wanchai branch just to guarantee the food quality. Also, the bill can be VERY expensive depending on what you order, anything with the expensive seafood (shark fin, abalone, crab...etc) will cost you. For example for the food I ordered above, cost HKD1050, around HKD350 a person. But if you stick to the less fancy stuff, you can get a fair valued meal. I'd recommend going for dimsum instead of dinner, dimsum is fairly priced.
For food recommendations - this is speaking from delicious Wanchai branch experience, so no guarantee it'd be good at the CWB: Char Siu or any Siu Mei/ Chinese roast meats (Soy sauce chicken; Crispy roast pork); Tofu pellets with Sweet & sour sauce; Stewed beef brisket (per person serving); Special crust char siu buns
