I saw an Instagram feed earlier this week on a drooling looking curry dish, with title "Slow Cook Short rib Beef Curry". Made up of 12 kinds of veggies, the dish is colourful and nutritious! All the veggies are fresh and crisp, I love how the Japanese pairs the veggies with sesame sauce.
The curry was served with Japanese sweet corn rice and eight types of veggies. The curry was flavourful and rich with sesame fragrant. The slow cook short rib was flavourful in taste and utterly tender in texture.
The udon dish was not as good as I thought. The broth was rich and rather sweet in flavour, is lacked the sesame taste that I was expecting. The Udon was cooked well, but the quality was quite bad. The soft pork bone was very nice though, I just wish the other stuff in the bowl are nicer.
