If you have lived in Toronto before, you should have tried the Vietnam noodles there and will never forget about the taste and the size of the noodles.Today, I have finally found one in Hong Kong that give me the same mood and taste of the one I have tried in Toronto!!!Size of the noodle is a little bit smaller, but the sause, the mixed beef, the vegetables and the setting are all similar to the one in Toronto and give me back the feeling of getting back to Canada. Today, I have finally found one in Hong Kong that give me the same mood and taste of the one I have tried in Toronto!!!

Size of the noodle is a little bit smaller, but the sause, the mixed beef, the vegetables and the setting are all similar to the one in Toronto and give me back the feeling of getting back to Canada. 想食牛肉粉,所以來呢頭行下,見到呢間個名有牛肉粉三個字所以上來試下﹗裡面環境像快餐店,反而門外有幾張台環境就唔錯,露天的台,上面有吊扇,可以睇街﹗0係呢度有0的咁既環境算唔錯﹗點了鳳爪、生牛河及香茅春卷豬扒飯先評鳳爪,唔辣得少少酸味,入口無鳳爪0個種口感,軟淋淋一0的咬口都無,九龍城食的比呢度好很多倍﹗生牛河不是河粉用幼身金邊粉已扣分,0的牛肉韌得不得了,個湯底無咸無味,真係食到喊﹗香茅春卷扒飯叫做合格,不過春卷看似放了很久已淋哂。服務仲勁,問佢0的咩醬咩醬個待應話唔知,叫我自己睇,識睇唔洗問你啦老友﹗不會再來,無樣滿意﹗

生牛河不是河粉用幼身金邊粉已扣分,0的牛肉韌得不得了,個湯底無咸無味,真係食到喊﹗

香茅春卷扒飯叫做合格,不過春卷看似放了很久已淋哂。

服務仲勁,問佢0的咩醬咩醬個待應話唔知,叫我自己睇,識睇唔洗問你啦老友﹗不會再來,無樣滿意﹗

The service is bad because we were complaining we\\\'ve been waiting for too long for the food and the waiter said \\\"This is the busy period, everyone have to wait, or unless you want to cancel?\\\" What attitude is that? I was so angry but I didn\\\'t yell at him because the service is not the main point for me if the food is good. But for sure, the result drove me down.

I left the restaurant right after I finished my meal. I saw they stick a note outside of the door and writen, \\\"There\\\'s another restaurant in \\\"Tung Lung Street\\\" copying us bababa and we are the brand, people are copy cat bababa\\\" I\\\'ve been to the other one in Tung Lung street and actually it taste quite good. It\\\'s one of my favourite Vietnam restaurant. I don\\\'t care who copy who. I only trust one word \\\"QUALITY\\\".

8/12 星期五3個人LUNCH一齊去試新開冇耐係寶勒行開既呢間"和"越式牛肉粉, 我地叫左生熟牛肉,牛腩河、札肉河、香矛豬扒河(呢碗係分開河同豬扒上既),等左一陣d 野就到啦, 香矛豬扒係燒得唔錯,味道OK既, 但d 河粉就得好少囉,呢到d 河粉係好似金邊粉咁幼身既,以我咁細食我都覺得d 粉太少囉,札肉河冇乜特別,都係果句d 粉太少,生熟牛肉,牛腩河完全冇牛腩既, 牛肉就有,係咪佢打少左隻字呀,應該叫做生熟牛肉牛腩湯河呢,簡直失望囉, 凍飲要加4蚊,熱飲都要加2蚊,如果咁既價錢,不如我去"香葉越式料理"係百利隔離,人地雖然價錢差唔多,LUNCH仲會送埋甜品添,飲品另加,但味道品質唔差得去邊,起碼個份量係值呢個價!埋單$102

之前食開銅鑼灣個間覺得好正, 知道寶勒巷開左間諗住黎試下, 點知水準差好遠. 我叫左豬肉河同埋粉包, D湯唔夠熱又冇味, 好似隔夜咁. 同埋個粉包冇MUD餡得塊勁厚既皮, 難食到爆. 個到D員工態度十分之唔友善, 出野食又慢. 我仲聽到隔離枱有漏單既情況. 一個字形容:劣!

其實以前幫趁開登龍街,但近幾個月再食發覺有唔同o左味,後來至發現原來已經轉o左招牌,但個招牌勁似以前,好易令人誤會,希望d客人小心留意,因為依家o個間同以前o個間味道爭太遠!!!今次到尖沙咀店幫襯,點咗個火車頭河粉,湯味牛肉味好濃郁,生牛肉幾有肉味,又唔勒,牛筋切得薄薄的都幾爽口,最估唔到牛栢葉都幾好食,無好似出邊咁有梘水味,所以對於碗火車頭都算好滿意。另外又食咗個蒸粉包同埋越南米紙春卷。粉包熱辣辣,入口個粉包都幾滑,入面有d沙葛粒、肉碎咁,幾好味,依家做特價$18/4件,覺得好抵。至於個米春卷,賣相好清新,米紙薄得來帶少少煙勒,同侍應傾開話係因為全部即叫即包喎!而裡面o既餡料有蝦、肉碎同埋d香葉,好香好清新。總括來講都令人好滿意!!

我們去了在寶勒巷的Pho Hoa。是新開的,免費送飲品,我們點了雞絲河粉和越式拼盤。先來的是河粉,湯底超咸,我們要不斷的飲送來的咸寧七。後來等了好耐,來了春卷,我們以爲是拼盤的其中一部分,但經理說是來錯了,噢,太遲了,我們趕著送口,已食了一半。我們叫經理把拼盤走春卷,費事食唔曬浪費。其實拼盤味道都ok,但最簡單的兩個餸,都出事,唔係好掂和。

I used to have PHO Hoa at CWB as I like their beef noodle soup a lot, just similar to what we had in Vancouver. I used to have PHO Hoa at CWB as I like their beef noodle soup a lot, just similar to what we had in Vancouver. However, they have changed their name sometimes ago and tastes were all different...so I have to go back to some local PHO store before i go back to Vancouver in X'mas.

Now they finally come back to Hong Kong suddenly and I went there today lunch time at 12:30am to see...may be it's their grand opening today, too many people waiting outside and i have to wait for 20 mins before i and my friends can "share" a table with someone i don't know...despite the size of the store is already quite big.

I ordered a "train head" beef noodle soup which costs me $44, not cheap in TST but the taste is just what we are looking for as in overseas, soup base and noodle are the same. One special thing is they will give u a full basket of "spice leaves" and sprouts alongside which is quite unique in HK. My friend ordered a curry chicken rice and satay and she said it was ok.

But they need to be quicker to serve the food as we have to wait for 15 mins before the food finally came, and we have to run back to work...
