Don\\\'t give me branding, give me quality!I\\\'m a big fan of Vietnam food. I believe I\\\'ve tried almost 80% of Vietnam food in Hong Kong. I remember Pho used to have a shop in Causeway bay, the taste was quite good there. The thing is, after they moved to TST. THE TASTE OF PHO IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE! The thing is, after they moved to TST. THE TASTE OF PHO IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE! I went there last week with my gf, we order two beef noodle soup. The taste of the soup is \\\"ho so\\\"!! I thought I was having lamp soup!! The service is bad because we were complaining we\\\'ve been waiting for too long for the food and the waiter said \\\"This is the busy period, everyone have to wait, or unless you want to cancel?\\\" What attitude is that? I was so angry but I didn\\\'t yell at him because the service is not the main point for me if the food is good. But for sure, the result drove me down.
I left the restaurant right after I finished my meal. I saw they stick a note outside of the door and writen, \\\"There\\\'s another restaurant in \\\"Tung Lung Street\\\" copying us bababa and we are the brand, people are copy cat bababa\\\" I\\\'ve been to the other one in Tung Lung street and actually it taste quite good. It\\\'s one of my favourite Vietnam restaurant. I don\\\'t care who copy who. I only trust one word \\\"QUALITY\\\".
