筆者有好幾位朋友都住荃灣區,所以經常到此區飯聚。今晚就來到河背街的「麻辣串串香」,除了招牌串燒,還有米線、烏冬、石鍋飯等選擇,中日韓元素齊備。本身就喜歡吃墨魚頭!墨魚頭口感爽脆,撈上特製的涼拌醬汁,微辣香口,食不停口。花甲份量挺多的,肥美大隻,味道鮮甜。米線圓滑,帶著微微的Q彈口感。配上秘製酒香味湯底,麻辣香令米線變得更惹味!雞中翼串必食燒雞翼!雞翼開骨,進食方便。外皮灑上香辣味粉,入口香脆。但肉質就偏乾身。煙肉蕃茄仔煙肉鹹香中帶煙燻味,包裹著一粒蕃茄仔。蕃茄仔的juicy香甜,意外地和煙肉匹配。燒好的雞泡魚乾剪成條狀上碟。先是香甜味道,再滲透出微微的魚油脂香。附上蛋黃醬蘸點,是一道絕佳的佐酒小食!娃娃菜配合蒜蓉、辣粉,放在錫紙兜內燒香。娃娃菜口感清爽,帶少許奶油香氣,微辣鹹香,非常可口。配上飲品解渴。…Read More

曾幾何時的筆者是k-pop狂熱者,亦因此愛上各式各樣的韓國出品。雖然現在已熱度下降,但唯獨對韓食的喜愛仍然不減。今晚打風前夕,約了好友到尖沙咀的「Maido」。點餐後,店員會奉上前菜,共有3款:白菜泡菜、芽菜和四季豆。紫菜包飯餡料豐富,分別有香腸、雞蛋、紅蘿蔔、醃黃瓜和青瓜等,口感多層次。海苔帶鹹香,米飯軟硬度剛好,而且加入芝麻油後,味道更香!這一鍋湯飯非常足料!鍋內放了原隻童子雞,雞殼內再藏有米飯、蒜頭等食材。糯米飯早已燉至軟爛。雞髀位置的肉質相對嫩滑:),其餘的就偏柴一點。湯頭除了有雞的鮮香,還有淡淡的人蔘甘甜味。鮮香味道甚為好喝,筆者忍不住連喝了2碗。今晚點的都是筆者喜歡的韓食!水冷麵份量都幾大碗,附有半隻雞蛋、青瓜條和白蘿蔔條作配菜。蕎麥麵條幼細,帶著煙韌Q彈口感。湯汁經過冰鎮,涼感令味道更為清爽。上枱時另提供了白醋、黃芥末,可按個人喜好再自行添加調味。…Read More

筆者一向愛吃台灣菜!之前已到訪過「黑布小巷」荔枝角數次,對其出品印象不錯,今晚在大角咀看見有分店,二話不說就入內了。本身超喜歡吃蛋餅!這款有芝士、火腿和肉鬆。芝士半溶,夾起有拉絲感;火腿、肉鬆帶著鹹香,三者味道好搭。蛋餅皮煎至薄脆,配上醬油膏,更貼近台灣地道風味。記得之前到訪時是未有麵線的!麵線順滑,秘製湯底濃郁,味道都幾香。因為放了香蒜辣椒醬,增添了幾分微辣,更加惹味。伴有肉羹,口感彈牙,咀嚼間有著滿滿肉香。便當分別有雞扒、滷肉、粟米、酸菜等配餸,十分豐富。雞扒以慢煮方法烹調,肉質保持著juicy嫩滑。滷肉入味,質地偏瘦,沒有過膩之感。滷肉汁滲落飯底,飯粒充滿醬油香。加上酸菜、粟米、粉絲等各款配菜,整個便當味道層次豐富。湊湊湯底據悉也是自家熬煮,配上豆腐。豆腐綿密柔軟,豆香味頗為突出。豆腐索盡湊湊湯底的辣香味,令味道升級。同樣附有香蒜辣椒醬,醬料亦是自家炒製,好有心機。蕨餅有微微牛奶香,質感軟糯,覺得和麻糬十分相似。選擇了芝麻味,再沾上芝麻醬,雙重享受!還有oreo碎點綴。甜度屬於微甜程度,多吃幾塊也不怕甜膩。分別點了桂花烏龍、髒髒焙茶鮮奶2杯飲品。前者清甜幽香,沒有添加糖份;而後者的分層效果好靚,牛奶香中滲出微微茶甘味。…Read More

最近不少日本過江龍餐廳進駐屯門,不用坐飛機就可以嘗到當地美食!這一間「京都御握丸」來自日本京都,月售過萬個飯糰,一於要試試它的厲害!「京都御握丸」飯糰有3款:三角飯糰、烤御握飯糰和什錦飯糰。其中烤御握飯糰平時較少見,剛好想試的幾款都是這個類型!飯糰厚厚一個,非常足料!松阪和牛份量十足,入口充滿牛香。在壽喜燒汁的加持下,味道鹹中帶甜,和米飯好搭。米飯用料同樣嚴選,用的是廣島高等級的越光米,size大粒,黏口Q彈,難怪如此有口感。包飯糰的海苔據悉在日本有百年歷史,入口有淡鹽香氣。這一款飯糰,海苔上塗有明太子醬,多添幾分辛辣感!卡門貝爾芝士經炙燒後,帶點微焦香氣,口感軟身,齒頰瞬間被芝士芳香佔據。四角方形的飯糰舖上雞肉天婦羅,選用了雞腿肉令口感嫩滑。配上他他醬,酸酸甜甜去掉炸物油膩。每個飯糰人手製作,再用保鮮紙包實。不過可能被保鮮紙包裹着,天婦羅外層有少許淋掉。這個和上一款有點大同小異,餡料變為海老炸蝦天婦羅。海老炸蝦原隻炸香,有彈牙感。4款飯糰中間都夾上玉子燒,柔軟重蛋香,和米飯、幾款餡料都好夾!…Read More

看到筆者在紅磡覓食,就知道這天又有演唱會要看了!今次由朋友話事,帶筆者來到紅磡明安街的這間「日嚐」小店一試。揀選了自由配搭的二人前晚餐,分別有2份季節沙律、北海道帶子、磯燒鮑魚、2份肉類、2份主食,再包2杯飲品:)。紫薯球質感棉密,淡甜味道,中間夾雜著青蘋果粒粒,添了一些爽脆口感。不過兩者之間還是以紫薯香味為主。茄子經醃漬,入口帶點醬油鹹香。配上鰹魚碎片作裝飾點綴,的確挺有和風感覺。北海道帶子帶子口感厚實,還有少許彈牙。入口甘甜之餘,亦有著醬油香味。磯燒鮑魚鮑魚質感十分彈牙,還帶些爽口。味道是鮮味中有鹹香,juicy有嚼勁。黑毛豬肉嫩,咀嚼間有肉汁溢出,充滿豚香味。和蘋果蓉的甜香異常配搭。不過未知是豬隻品種原因,還是肉未熟透,有1-2塊豬肉的中間部分粉色且帶有血水(如上圖所示),不太敢吃。雞扒厚切,因為慢煮關係,肉質保持著嫩滑juicy。泰式做法令雞肉帶著香料味道,入口幾香幾惹味的。主食選了蕎麥麵,配上沾汁,夠健康。2杯跟餐飲品分別點了白桃烏龍、白桃乳酪。味道正常,不過不失。…Read More

青山道這條道路橫跨荔枝角、長沙灣、深水埗三區,當中藏了不少餐廳。今晚到訪的「三五碗車仔麵 」就是其中之一間!餐廳主打車仔麵,但也有飯餐。更加猜不到的是有串燒供應,食物種類多元化。自選了三款餸:咖喱魚蛋、豬軟骨和蘿蔔,魚蛋質感似是陳皮魚蛋,有彈牙口感,咖哩汁煮得好入味。豬軟骨肉質軟嫩,味道充滿醬油香。蘿蔔煮至腍身,入口清甜,而且盡索湯底的胡辣香,好惹味。湯底選了招牌胡麻辣湯底,湯內灑有芝麻粒,鹹中帶辣。配了刀削麵,麵量都可以,但稍嫌麵條質感未夠煙韌。魚皮涼拌,份量都幾多。魚皮入口非常Q彈爽脆,未有腥味。拌上藤椒和秘製醬汁,咀嚼間滲出陣陣麻辣感,香口惹味。雞翼炸香,外層焦脆。塗上了蜜糖,入口香甜,如其名「甜蜜蜜」。雞肉嫩滑,可惜中間部分未夠入味。豬扒薄切,燒到外脆內嫩。肉質keep到juicy,帶有陣陣孜然粉香氣。身為一位燒賣愛好者,見到有燒燒賣,當然要試試!燒賣一串3粒,經燒烤處理,加上調味粉加持,外層帶脆,味道很香。不過美中不足就是燒賣偏粉團感。娃娃菜上灑滿味粉,口感爽身,清甜中又帶著燒烤的惹味感。…Read More

一年多前食過一次「壹.01」,對他們的出品念念不忘,一直想食過返尋味。今晚終於約到附近工作的朋友,陪筆者來一個覆桌!排骨經酥炸至脆卜卜,惹味有鹽酥香。肉質juicy有肉香,外層還塗上蜜汁,多添了一份甜味。飯底轉成豆腐底,滑溜豆腐和紫菜都幾搭!而且感覺健康,可以作為減肥之選!除此之外,控糖/生酮人士也同樣適合。蛋餅皮薄身,餅底還煎到脆脆的。中間夾了芝士和火腿作餡料,味道很香,其中芝士的拉絲感更是令人食慾大增。配合松露醬同吃,濃郁的松露香氣令味道再加分。看似是章魚燒,其實是炸花枝丸。外層香脆,內裡夾雜著花枝粒粒,是非常Q彈的口感。同樣配上松露醬,味道更香口濃郁!拼盤分別有台灣腸、花枝丸,以及鹽酥雞。台灣腸入口鹹甜交織,肉質柔嫩多汁。鹽酥雞一口一粒,雞肉鹹香水嫩。而花枝丸當然不用多說,Q彈好吃!即使連同松露那款,共吃了3-4粒仍意猶未盡!食台灣菜必須有手搖!筆者點了一杯芝士奶蓋綠茶,清幽茶味和棉密奶蓋perfect match。而朋友的爆珠馬蹄椰子水就清爽解渴。…Read More

行了灣景廣場Aeon幾次,其位於地下的food court倒是頭一回光顧。今晚和好友食晚飯,選擇了主打飯糰的「天米」。飯糰除了散點,還可以跟套餐,配上湯品或甜品。和好友每人點一份set D,分別有2個飯糰、1碗湯和1客甜品,非常豐富:)。湯品配料很多,有豚肉、洋蔥、蘿蔔等一起熬煮。入口鮮甜順滑,有著味噌的鹹香味之餘,還有豚肉香。飯糰都是即點即做,由師傅逐個人手握成,呼應店名「天米」意思(手工藝術品)。和朋友不約而同都點了明太子款式,兩者大同小異。明太子份量十分多,邊吃邊溢出,微辛酸感為米飯增加滋味,後者還多了幾分芝士香。不過飯糰有些鬆散,進食時會有飯粒跌出,比較狼狽。另一款配上雞肉,肉質滑嫩,照燒醬的加持令味道更香口。飯糰很大的一個,相信有一碗飯份量。據悉米飯選用來自日本長野縣的越光米,越光米出名軟糯Q彈,入口充滿香甜米香。吃完一個已經飽肚!海帶有著淡淡的醬油香,鹹甜交織,口感帶嚼勁。混合了木魚,添加鮮香。米飯溫度暖和,但也可能是這個原因,紫菜很快就淋。甜品是QQ餅,黑糖味挺重的。玉子燒賣相很漂亮,有紫菜絲、明太子醬作點綴。玉子燒厚身,質感相對紮實,帶著濃郁蛋香甜味。不過略嫌未夠嫩滑。…Read More

今晚和舊同學聚聚,順便借此機會試試V City地下的幾間新餐廳。巡了一圈,選擇了這間日本過江龍「Parmenara」。「Parmenara」主打pizza和意粉,定價不貴。餐廳廚房採用開揚式設計,食客可以透過大玻璃窗清楚觀看到製作過程:)。意粉煙韌彈牙,非常有嚼勁!全因餐廳使用燉陶鍋烹調,據悉此技術更已取得專利。而且也甚為掛汁,微辣醬汁令意粉變得更惹味。配上蟹肉、三重蘑菇,口感增加之餘,也多添了海鮮香味。不過湯汁略為多了些。半半可以一次過試到2款!分別選了白雪蜜糖芝士、番茄瑪格麗特。pizza餅底薄身,軟腍微脆,帶微微麵粉香。番茄瑪格麗特入口充滿番茄醬的酸香味,配上mozzarella芝士,味道很香!另一款白雪蜜糖芝士更是驚喜!用了3款芝士,再搭上蜜糖和生忌廉,味道甜中帶鹹,好特別,食得好滋味。加$38可改為套餐,多一份小食和飲品。一份選了薯條。另一份則是長法包,淋上蜜糖,鹹味當中又有蜜香,唯麵包質感略硬。…Read More

平時旺角逛街,較少走到染布房街一帶。今晚和朋友行過,發現這邊蘊藏了不少餐廳,兜了一圈,選擇了到這間「元氣家」晚飯。玻璃窗貼有幾張介紹,細看下得知餐廳前身原是彩虹屋村商場內的一間餃子店「餃舍」。現在搬到旺角新店,除了本來的餃子,亦多了拉麵、丼飯等供應。乳白色的湯頭,據悉是店家用上5小時慢熬的豬骨湯,味道鹹香且不膩。叉燒片經火炙,帶著微微焦香,入口後再滲出油脂香氣,頗為誘人。除了叉燒,還附有日式腐皮。配上幼細的拉麵條,麵質口感彈牙。如果對上時間,星期一晚上8點半後光顧,這一碗拉麵$29就可以食到,好抵食!吉烈豬扒好有驚喜!沾上麵包糠的外皮炸至酥炸,豬肉保持著嫩口多汁,非常香口。搭上滑蛋,蛋香味濃郁,適合佐飯。飯的份量都幾多,不過質感略為乾硬。加錢配上2杯餐飲解渴。雞翼炸香,金黃酥脆。肉質juicy,椒鹽的香氣令整體更加惹味。…Read More

成日在8咪半樓下等巴士,都會行上商場消磨時間。屢次經過這間「叁茶陸飯」,今晚剛好得舊同事相約,終於有機會進去試試!餐廳牆上的霓虹燈卡通幾可愛!光顧的時間尚早,所以人客不多,後來就逐漸有客人到訪了。雞翼有4隻,經香炸處理。外皮炸至金黃脆香,帶著孜然粉的香氣。雞肉香口,不會因香炸而變得太乾身。頗為惹味!雞件與乾葱、蒜頭等一同炒香,味道十分濃郁!入口有醬油的鹹香味之餘,還有陣陣九層香的獨有氣味,味道充滿層次。雞件甚為入味,佐飯一流的一道小菜!鴨血豆腐煲上枱時附有小爐熱著,保持著食物熱度。鴨血、豆腐份量都頗多。鴨血質感滑溜,而豆腐就口感紮實綿密,2者都非常索汁。味道很香,而且後勁的麻辣感都幾強,幾過癮。之前光顧其他分店已經飲過,覺得幾好飲,所以再encore。開心果奶蓋濃稠厚實,開心果香氣很濃郁,還伴上開心果粒粒。配上茉莉綠茶,有清茶底的中和令甜度剛好,不會過膩。…Read More

「叠記咖哩」原來是澳門的著名食店,已經營至第三代。不過筆者去了澳門多次都未有光顧,實在有眼不識泰山。今晚由朋友帶路,來到他們在香港開的分店一試。「叠記咖哩」的太子分店位於花園街。店員非常熱情好客,主動提供圍裙,以防筆者和朋友太輪盡,衣服被咖哩醬汁弄污。如珠如寶指的是豬皮、豬紅、豬手和豬頸肉。豬皮軟滑,充滿滷水香味。豬手外皮Q彈,肉質嫩滑,帶著豐富骨膠原。配上橡筋幼麵,麵質爽口彈牙,口感很好。湯底加入了腩汁,味道更為鹹香。「叠記」出名的是咖哩,醬汁煮得香辣,甚為惹味,和白飯十分匹配。三寶配餸分別有咖哩牛腩、豬扒和雞扒。牛腩炆得軟腍入味,咖哩香氣濃郁!而豬扒、雞扒都有煎香處理,兩者肉質均軟嫩。除了上述配餸,還附有薯仔塊。整碗份量非常多,很飽肚!豬頸肉口感帶少許爽脆嚼勁。以瑞士汁炆煮,肉質入味,味道鹹中帶甜。一人一杯飲品解渴,選擇了兒童鴛鴦,好立克溝阿華田,好滿足。…Read More

扣除2天颱風假,轉眼又到Happy Friday!今次和舊同學來個浪漫情調的晚上,來到屯門紅橋這邊的「Pillowtalk Restaurant & Bar」。先上枱的是每人都有的welcome dish:炸魚仔。據介紹,魚仔是餐廳廚師每天親自到街市採購,好有誠意。一盤有超多薯條!粗薯條炸至香脆,薯仔味道很重。蘸上咸蛋黃醬,醬汁有起沙之感,獨有的鹹香和牛油味為薯條味道加分。明知邪惡但還是被誘惑至吃不停口。長型pizza餅底薄脆,舖有辣肉腸、火箭菜和塗了茄膏。入口味道層次豐富,有辣肉腸的煙燻味之餘,亦有茄膏的酸甜香味。中間還加入了洋蔥粒,增加口感。一大隻咸豬手!外皮酥脆,肉質則軟嫩juicy,充滿豬肉香氣。附有蜜糖芥末醬佐送,甜甜辣辣味更是和豬手異常的搭配。伴碟分別有酸椰菜和炸薯條。美中不足是咸豬手要自行切件,有一點小狼狽呢。以優惠價upgrade加配的餐飲!筆者點的是peach tea,甜度冰度都可以自行選擇。另一杯是mocktail,沙冰來的,名字搞怪「怎麼可以吃桃桃」,賣相也好特別。…Read More

深水埗出名平民美食眾多!今晚和好友來到黃竹街的「小李車仔麵」用晚餐。餐廳裝修相當新淨,似是剛開業不久。筆者的一碗選了和風叉燒、自家秘製豬手和自家製酸齋。豬手2隻大大隻,份量十足,好抵食!肉質炆至軟腍入味,一咬骨肉分離,滿滿的膠質口感。而叉燒更是用心製作,以70度低溫慢煮,再經炙燒。入口有微微焦脆的口感,豚肉味濃,還帶點炭燒香。湯底是餐廳秘傳清湯,以豬骨、雞殼、雞爪熬製而成,再加入古法辣汁。不過酸齋味道太強了,導致整碗湯底都滲透它的酸,嚐不到辣感。麵底就選了河粉,質地滑溜帶少許彈牙感,非常索湯。好友那碗分別有雲吞、牛雜和自家製咖哩齋。雲吞人手包製,內餡有1隻半份量鮮蝦,鮮味彈牙。牛雜據悉也是由師傅每早製作,炆足數小時,每一件都很香很入味。這碗湯底加了終極全汁,集合了腩汁、鹵水汁、辣汁等,一次過試勻,濃郁惹味。本來是配雞鎚,但因售罄關係,改為雞翼。雞翼炸至外皮香脆,雞肉就保持juicy。沾上蒜酥、辣粉,味道鹹中帶辣,辣感更是越食越勁,香口過癮。…Read More

大學時期經常和同學到美麗華廣場行街。原來這裡的4樓有一間日式cafe「宏」,今晚就和大學舊同學來這邊飯局,順道重遊舊地。「宏」位於美麗華1期的4樓,甫抵達已被餐廳的甜品玻璃櫃所吸引!套餐附有麵豉湯一碗。溫野菜有蒟蒻、蘿蔔等,帶著微微的醬油鹹香味。三重丼分別有吞拿魚蓉丼、海藻烏冬,以及鰻魚丼。最特別的一款要數海藻烏冬,屬於餐廳招牌作之一,質感滑溜彈牙,配上鰹魚湯汁同吃。吞拿魚蓉丼入口鮮嫩,配有芥末、醬油蘸點。而鰻魚丼就不過不失,鰻魚厚肉但肉質未算很細嫩。隨餐有一杯軟雪糕脆筒,選擇了抹茶口味。另外還多點了一杯香草牛乳味。牛乳味一款,奶香味非常濃郁。而抹茶味就有淡淡茶甘香。2款各有千秋!卡邦尼醬汁濃稠,蛋黃味非常濃郁!煙肉份量都幾多。配上蛋白麵,口感略帶煙韌,不輸意粉。粗扁麵條甚為掛汁,啖啖creamy醬香味。每份蛋白麵有著高含量蛋白質,碳水化合物亦相對其他麵食低,食得更健康!魷魚鬚頗為彈牙,香口惹味!炸漿外層不會很厚,薄脆的一層。$58套餐有一杯latte和一小件甜品,以尖沙咀cafe價來說,頗為划算!凍芝麻鮮奶足料,黑芝麻層挺身,味道濃郁;和鮮奶拌勻,順滑香醇。小芝麻卷同樣充滿黑芝麻香氣,但稍嫌蛋糕體有點偏乾。…Read More
