係香港都幾容易食到意粉,小至茶記、cafe,大至高價西餐廳、酒店餐廳都會食得到意粉🍽️相信大部分人接觸最多都係cafe版本嘅意粉,包裝意粉配上罐頭意粉茄醬或者忌廉煮成,簡單到自己係屋企都整到嘅味道😳直至近幾年香港開始興起手工意粉先多咗店舖用自製意粉同醬汁,而小編試過幾間之後都發覺的確係好食一大截,不過始終未有一間餐廳留有好深印象😖年頭小編去咗轉意大利🇮🇹,成程食咗好多餐意大利粉,同係香港食過嘅意粉簡直係天壤之別,正宗嘅意粉大多都只係用簡單幾樣芝士、蕃茄、酒、或香草去調個醬汁,但每樣食材嘅原味都非常突出,完全唔會覺得寡😱而最近係跑馬地食嘅呢一間小酒館,佢地嘅手工意粉令到小編覺得有翻咗意大利嘅感覺🫨單睇menu見到全部主食都係意粉已經覺得咁專做意粉應該唔惹小,結果完全冇失望,要推介俾大家😎今次就試咗兩款意粉,Homemade Pappardelle Bolognese($168)同Homemade Tagliatelle Amatriciana($158),兩款手工意粉都係好al dente就不用多講,最欣賞嘅係醬汁嘅濃度同層次🥹肉醬寬帶麵混合咗豬肉同牛肉,深沉色澤嘅醬汁飽含咗成熟蕃茄嘅鮮味、紅酒嘅醇香、以及香草味道,絕對唔簡單😣蕃茄豬面頰扁意粉仲更加合小編嘅口味,酸甜嘅鮮茄配奶香十足嘅Pecorino Cheese,平衡得非常好,係令人上癮嘅味道🤤另外亦都試咗餐廳嘅精選意大利風乾火腿($128),三款經典嘅火腿Parma Ham, Coppa Ham 同Mortadella配上醃橄欖,如果有埋芝士或者蜜瓜做搭配就更好🫡而最後點埋個自家製嘅巴斯克蛋糕($108),中間心都焗得熟透,所以縱然焦糖味都幾香,但都好有飽膩感🙂‍↕️臨離開前同餐廳負責人傾偈得知呢一間小酒館同隔離嘅西餐廳Locanda係用緊同一個廚房,而Locanda係獲得多次米芝蓮推介嘅星級餐廳,呢間小酒館就比咗個機會可以以平民價去品嚐大廚嘅手藝,非常推薦大家下個約會黎試一試💕…Read More

席前日本備長炭燒鳥店🐔銅鑼灣食盡刁鑽部位極罕秘製雞蠔肉🐣

最近去多咗將軍澳依邊搵野食,係依個平民商場入面發現到有一間充滿特色既中菜餐廳,餐廳以舊時港式大排檔作為裝修概念,以深綠色鐵皮攤檔作主題,配上懷舊吊燈擺設同熱水盅,貫徹舊香港情懷概念,大玩vintage風😎 連menu都睇得出花咗唔少心機設計,菜式眾多仲有玩味既介紹👻—《#甲羅燒蝦多士》 $128 蝦多士食得多,搭配甲羅燒黎食都幾新穎 蝦多士用咗原隻大蝦,大蝦的色澤唔算特別鮮艷,口感頗彈牙,放係炸得香脆唔油膩既多士上面,可以再沾上甲羅燒既蟹肉、蟹膏和蟹籽,味道豐富一《#招牌焗魚腸》 $108 焗魚腸依個菜式都幾少見,皆因魚腸既處理需時 蛋液加入魚腸、冬菇、芫荽等等,放於傳統既砵仔上,焗完之後雞蛋面層同邊位做到焦邊效果,係一道幾特別既廣東菜—《#蜜椒金薯牛肝連》$188 餐牌上面寫牛肝連即係封門柳,依道菜係小編食小炒必點嘅蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒,雖然價錢偏貴,但份量都好足,牛肉同薯仔嘅比例幾乎一比一😀一食落蜜糖加黑椒香氣都幾出,牛柳軟腍,如果薯仔能夠煎到外層焦脆就更好😗—《#蟹肉菠菜豆腐盒》 $128 一咬先發然原來係玉子豆腐,同想像有啲唔同,菠菜係外皮嘅炸粉之中,而蟹肉同菠菜打成芡汁,比例不多🥹表面仲上少少蟹籽作點綴,增加依道菜嘅口感😉—《#蔥蒜水晶雞》 $148/半隻 原來水晶雞即係水蒸雞,都有人話水晶係指雞皮下嘅個層啫喱,而小編估計餐廳係引用前者命名🤣依個水晶雞會適合鐘意薑味嘅朋友,因為水晶雞嘅表面鋪上咗大量薑同蒜,而薑味相當突出😣雞肉都幾厚肉,不過味道有啲比薑嗆過了頭🤔…Read More
