知道餐廳改咗名做韓脈之後再黎試多次😀原來唔止門面環境無變到,連餐牌都仲係同之前韓珍一樣🥹餐廳環境舒適,油煙少,而且會有韓國店員都會幫手燒,係相當唔錯嘅韓燒選擇😀—《 #醬油蟹》$250 ⭐⭐⭐💥香港比較少有賣醬油蟹嘅餐廳,叫咗一隻黎嘗鮮一下🤓店員主動過嚟幫忙將蟹膏同醬汁放落紫菜牛油飯內拌好,再將撈飯釀落蟹蓋,儀式感一流😝而且醬油同蟹嘅鮮味從飯粒中溢出,忍唔住好快就食曬成個飯✌️最後再食埋醬油蟹既蟹肉,不過蟹肉不多,而且唔易開😣—《 #韓方牛肋骨》$138⭐⭐⭐⭐食完生冷嘢,飲碗熱辣辣嘅湯,即刻成個喉嚨舒服晒😚湯底有清甜嘅蘿蔔同牛肋骨味,雖然睇落唔算多油,好似好清,但飲落非常香濃😙而且有兩大舊牛肋骨同蘿蔔及洋蔥等配菜,兩個人飲岩岩好😎—《 #特級牛肋骨》$250⭐⭐⭐️⭐️牛肋骨單睇個樣已經非常吸引,色澤鮮紅而且有好靚嘅雪花👽牛肋骨差不多1-2cm厚,卷起咗一舊,開出黎長度足足有烤爐嘅直徑😺店員亦會細心地將燒好嘅牛肉剪成一口嘅大小,肉味濃郁,而且生熟度處理得唔錯,又有唔同嘅醬汁調味提供😼—《 #蜂窩五花腩》$150 ⭐⭐⭐五花腩差唔多有前臂咁長,而且油脂分布亦頗平均,處理上亦好有心機地整片十字

五花腩差唔多有前臂咁長,而且油脂分布亦頗平均,處理上亦好有心機地整片十字交錯咁𠝹開,令烤後邊位非常焦脆,油香滿溢😏五花腩非常適合放上生菜,配以泡菜、韓式豆瓣醬,及洋蔥等配菜享用😽
