今日嚟到新開嘅壽喜燒店由前sukiyaki mori 師傅主理新開已經要早大半個月先book到🫡依到比起sukiyaki mori坐得舒服啲 又易book啲最重要係可以慢慢食 唔使打仗咁🙌🏻餐廳有3個setsukiyaki有$780同$930兩個價位;omakase就可以試晒成個menu🫡第一次嚟就揀咗Omakase Set $1,780 pp 比起$930 geh sukiyaki set 貴咗$850多咗海膽, 鮟鱇魚肝同埋炭燒牛柳 唔係好值😂😂😂3樣都正正常常啦 唔特別好食 無乜記憶點🙁$930比$780就多咗一塊肉同和牛刺身和牛刺身都係無乜特別但$150同追加一塊肉嘅價錢都差唔多 加埋和牛刺身都無所謂啦之後就到壽喜燒部份4片牛:肉眼、西冷、兩款牛肩肉肉都大大塊 每片嘅紋理都好靚🥹最愛肉眼🫶🏻油脂好豐富 肉嘅甜味再加埋醬汁同糖嘅甜真係好滿足耶~~🦦壽喜燒醬汁濃郁得嚟 唔會食多少少就覺得好鹹蒟蒻麵同埋麵筋(?) 吸晒啲汁 好食耶有個sweet嘅位係 可以換走我唔食嘅蔬菜蛋同白飯配壽喜燒埋尾嘅和牛滑蛋蓋飯 🍚濃郁嘅蛋味同埋和牛嘅油脂 仲有白飯嘅香味!!!加埋一齊真係好好味🥹🥹🥹亨亨鬆鬆可以啪2碗甜品都係正常質素啦~最後結論只有壽喜燒係好食 其他都一般般😂下次應該會食返普通sukiyaki set 然後再追加牛🦦或者下次會嚟試lunch set continue reading

Served by Japanese Head Chef. 2 Sukiyaki Sets to choose from: $480 or $600; with the latter offering egg rice and a 4th piece of chuck roll.Went for the former. Here’s what we had.Bamboo shoot in mustard sauce. (Forgot to take photo).Steamed egg custard with a lot of clams. Tasted very fresh. Sukiyaki2 pieces of Kyoto Princess Sirloin. Flawlessly cooked. Served with orange-red egg, miso soup, pickles and unlimited refills of rice.
