Here’s what we had.Bamboo shoot in mustard sauce. (Forgot to take photo).Steamed egg custard with a lot of clams. Tasted very fresh. Sukiyaki2 pieces of Kyoto Princess Sirloin. Flawlessly cooked. Served with orange-red egg, miso soup, pickles and unlimited refills of rice.
