上到黎見到個環境,已經心心眼左,瘋狂係到影影影,好有氣氛,仲有vip房我是咪返左日本鄉下喇?日本凍蕃茄好鍾意食蕃茄涼盤調味會食得出有芝麻醬、醋同少許糖提味,好開胃食日本野一定要叫刺身呢個雜錦刺身(上)滿足到我大部分想食到既野尤其佢個海膽同帶子真係超級鮮!少少少腥味都無,入口只有鮮甜明太子蛋卷呢個蛋卷咬口比較脆一點,是較硬身那種入面係明太子餡,不錯,但個人喜歡軟身點的蒜片雞肉南蠻漬呢味野我超愛!雞肉滑滑嫩嫩食到有香蒜味,又有辣椒爆香過,加上味醂,糖、醋調味非常岩送飯送酒既一碟菜沖繩苦瓜豬肉炒雞蛋呢味係作為店長推介既料理之一雖然感覺非常中式,我覺得個分別之處係日式做法係苦瓜盡量切薄片而且清洗足夠令苦味減少,然後加上蛋肉爆炒再混埋木魚碎,實在係食唔停明太子露荀炒飯驚人呢個飯真係食到人一言難盡唔知點解食到有媽媽既味道真係吃到眼濕濕 continue reading

喂食家們,今日真係食到寶啦🎉!上到去,空間有種日系悠閒feel,環境乾淨企理,啱晒聚舊呷茶。話說番個海鮮沙律,真係叫我驚喜到唔得噃!爽口青瓜柴魚片撒頂,跟住啲新鮮角切魚生一啖,簡直鮮美到喊!😋跟住服務員推介嗰個忌廉薯餅,啖啖薯香,外脆裏軟,真係犒賞自己一流。鮮甜海膽蝦子手卷,摸一啖已經足夠,海味爆棚,軍用!當晚那些味道,記憶猶新,到而家口水都仲惦記緊咁滴。串燒喺我嗌得最轟熱,雞皮香脆得嚟唔肥膩,一串接一串,真係停唔到口。燒魚翅邊啖邊飲,就係咁滋味!🍢之後有人話想食啲〝港式〞,我即刻叫嗰個沖繩黑糖豬手,真係一絕!滑唧唧,呢個味道,香港搵都難搵到。最後嘅烏冬,簡簡單單,啱哂收尾。今晚果餐,簡直美好過左齊天!想食日式又想點幾分香港味,跟我就啱啦!👍 continue reading

昨晚,我同男友揀咗間食一家位於尖沙咀的老字號日本居酒屋。這家居酒屋已經歷了18個年頭,以其正宗既日式料理和傳統既用餐環境聞名。我點了前菜麻醬凍豆腐、雜錦刺身、帶子牛油燒、魚子醬鵝肝煮大根、沖繩苦瓜豬肉炒雞蛋、炸物有忌廉薯餅以及鍋仔雜錦烏冬。整個用餐過程非常舒適,而且老闆娘好熱情好客,除咗迎接我哋入餐廳,我哋離開嗰陣時仲送到我地出𨋢!麻醬凍豆腐。這道前菜以柔軟滑嫩既豆腐為基底,芝麻醬吾係普通醬汁,而係預先加入咗喺豆腐裏面,味道好濃郁,每一口都充滿了香氣與滑嫩口感!之後嚟嘅精美雜錦刺身,有吞拿魚、油甘魚、三文魚、帶子、甜蝦、海膽等新鮮生魚片,擺盤精美,呈現出日式刺身既精湛工藝。差啲唔記得,仲嗌咗一個吞拿魚蓉海膽魚子醬日本米餅!老闆娘介紹,所有食材都係來自日本!緊接著是熱食菜品,其中既帶子牛油燒以其鮮嫩的口感和淡淡既焦香味道讓人回味無窮;魚子醬鵝肝煮大根搭配好奢華,但只係$88!去邊度搵!而沖繩苦瓜豬肉炒雞蛋則展現出清爽風味和口感,另外,炸物忌廉薯餅唔油膩,酥脆外皮和鬆軟內餡絕對係亮點!最後,鍋仔雜錦烏冬的湯頭十分鮮美,烏冬入口有嚼勁,搭配著各種海鮮和蔬菜,滿足晒我呢個澱粉怪!大滿足!仲有老闆娘送咗我哋最後一個紅豆芝麻雪糕!老闆娘都老闆娘親自為客人提供服務,總是笑臉迎人,令人倍感溫馨。另外一題嘅係,呢間居酒屋嘅用餐環境也相當寬敞明亮,裝潢簡約舒適,讓人放鬆愉悅!只要消費$2500就可以book一間房! continue reading

一上到黎去到入座,職員就已經好好禮貌啦!!所以第一印象都好好! 首先會有前菜,係關東煮黎,幾好食紅酒浸蕃茄本身怕浸過酒會苦,但食落係甜甜地的,好入味。而且佢蕃茄底放左塊橙,估唔到咁吸味,蕃茄食落都有少少橙香味,好特別,好開胃! 蕃茄沙律椰菜好爽口,再配埋海帶絲既咸味,沙律汁唔洗好重手已經好夠味,係一款比較輕盈既沙律。胡麻豆腐一開始我以為係淋左芝麻醬既豆腐,但原來係佢本身件豆腐已經有胡麻味! 第一次食呢個,好喜歡,再配上海膽同埋三文魚籽,有多重口感。雜錦剌身有吞拿魚、油甘魚、三文魚、帶子、牡丹蝦、海膽,都係厚切,食落仲好新鮮,海膽都好甜。福岡牛腸鍋第一次食牛腸鍋,完全冇內藏味,口感 Q 彈,湯頭好清甜。肥美鮮嫩既牛腸、加上煮到軟嫩的韭菜、椰菜,好岩冬天食! 不得不提呢個燒鱔,看似簡單但好好食,醬汁調味岩岩好,魚肉彈牙,唔怪得店員提醒我地要襯熱食!! continue reading
