閨蜜去完旅行✈️返嚟,搵我俾手信派利是🧧,佢好醒目揀咗食韓國菜,避免中菜嘅新年期間+2收費。坐低之後,我發覺附近隔籬左右嘅枱,都係派手信派利是,充滿著新年嘅祝福哈~呢間餐廳韓國🇰🇷人主理,一坐低就上咗好多碟泡菜,全部都好美味😋。🐖厚切五花腩$180 五花腩肥瘦相間,而且均勻,放係鐵板上,唧唧喳喳聲,燒好咗嘅五花腩,沾上淮鹽,已經好甘香惹味。我哋另外重點咗一客「韓式生菜配包飯醬$60」,五花腩配以蔬菜🥬、韓式麵豉醬、蒜片簡直令燒肉升華,口感豐富。🐂特大牛肋骨$320真係好大塊😆,牛肋骨黐住一片好長嘅牛肉,燒牛肉時已經香噴噴,令人垂涎三尺🤤,我哋燒到啱啱熟,牛味濃郁,好好食😋。再飲返啖冰凍酸酸地嘅「韓國紅醋水$40」,好爽😄~🐓人蔘雞粥$120呢個我點㗎,意喻今年豐衣「粥」食,雞粥真材實料,裏面有雞肉、人蔘、紅棗等,每一口都有有雞汁嘅香醇,仲有參味嘅回甘,食完又暖心又暖胃。 continue reading

我們一行15人到夜首爾飯聚,分了三張枱,點了合共十五道主菜,由坐落點餐時約6:30pm至埋單約7:50pm,時間不足90分鐘。可如此快地完結一場飯聚有賴此店的員工們以粗劣的態度趕走我們。先是有一位帶眼鏡的男侍應對其中一枱表示我們消費太低,並以嫌棄的態度說道「做咗三十幾年都未見過消費咁低嘅客」,其間並未能道出任何最低消費的指引。之後再有一名阿姨從廚房走出來以不友善的眼神望了我們幾次,並跟男侍應閒聊幾句,接著以包租婆般的語氣跟我們說「有客等,我哋得星期五六日有生意做,你哋好走啦」。當刻仍未到大部份餐廳所定的90分鐘入座時間,況且此店從未提及任何限時措施。我們離座後走到餐廳的下層,看到有好幾張不同大小的空枱,門外亦不見有人等候,十分離奇。店內並無顯示最低消費,我們當天的人均消費近每人$200,十五人點的十五道均是主菜,而價目表是餐廳定的。如店員們/店主心中有價,應為客人要達到某消費金額,可清晰列在餐牌上。如想客人點算更多菜式,可友善建議餐點。如想客人於指定時間內離座,可標示出來並在入座時提點,非也。以往我們久不久也會到此店午餐,經過今次差劣的晚餐體驗,絕無下次,亦絕不建議任何人光顧。今時今日如此的服務態度叫僅有留港消費的人情何以堪。We gathered as a group of 15 and ordered the same number of main dishes. After finishing our meal, we left in less than 90 minutes, all due to the poor attitude and service of the restaurant staff.One male staff member, who wore glasses, complained that he thought our spending was too little. He said, "I've been working for 30 years and have never seen anyone spend as little as you guys." However, there was no minimum expenditure requirement stated or mentioned, and we had spent nearly HKD 200 per person.Later, a female staff member emerged from the kitchen, giving us a side-eye. After chatting with the male staff member, she rudely told us, "There are customers waiting. We only manage to earn more from Friday to Sunday. You guys should leave." Despite being rushed out, we noted that we had spent less than the typical 90-minute limit many restaurants impose, though no such limit was mentioned here.As we were leaving and walked downstairs, we noticed several empty tables and no queue outside the restaurant, which was absurd.We used to dine here occasionally, but after this dreadful experience, it'sa forever NO for us.
