自從去完韓國旅行之後,對韓國嘢食一直念念不忘,尤其是當我諗到自己喺韓國冇食到韓牛,就似有一種遺憾,見到呢間餐廳有得食韓牛,所以想入去彌補返失去嘅感覺🥹 呢度大部份店員都係講韓文,仲有唔少韓國食客添😳 餐廳老闆仲非常健談,見我地第一次黎就主動分享佢經營理念,就係希望普羅大眾可以以合理價錢去試到最正宗最新鮮嘅韓國美食☺️,例如牛肉,正常牛肉由產地開始急凍冷藏,再經船運到香港,最快到要大約一個月時間。但餐廳堅持用最快運輸時間將牛肉空運到香港,新鮮程度比坊間優勝,所以價錢真係反映質素!❤️ 連牛肉嘅稀少部位,喺呢度都可以食到!一坐低已經有八款前菜食,有西蘭花、大豆芽、薯仔、菠菜、泡菜等,非常豐富🤩 ▶️海鮮煎餅上面仲鋪滿好多海鮮,真材實料😍 海鮮夠晒新鮮彈牙!在場每枱食客都有叫一份你就知幾好食🤣▶️辣海鮮豆腐大醬湯有好多海鮮同豆腐喺入面,每啖都食到唔同嘅食材😳豆腐仲好滑溜‼️老闆話呢個辣味係配合香港人口味而設,冇平時韓國食嘅咁辣☺️▶️牛肉拼盤呢個真係今晚嘅重點,我叫左一份牛肉set, 包左牛肉眼扒、牛肩肉、厚桾肉同薄桾肉佢會跟埋蔬菜,麵豉醬同菇等食材!牛肉夠晒鮮紅色,食落好重牛味,油脂比例均勻,肉質仲嫩滑多汁,完全明白到老闆對食材新鮮度嘅堅持🤩▶️豬腩肉豬腩肉咬落肉質鮮嫩多汁,豬腩肉嘅脂肪同肉質相間,每一口都能感受到豐富的口感層次😍▶️豬肉眼扒肉眼扒肉質細嫩,外面就算烤到焦香,入面仍然保持著肉汁豐富嘅狀態,完全唔會比牛肉失色!😍 continue reading

尖沙咀傳統韓國餐廳,無論裝修定食物都好有韓國feel🇰🇷 見到唔少韓國人幫襯~聽老闆講原來餐廳最近先轉手,食材品質同食物味道等都大大提升咗!呢度食物份量都幾大,啱晒一大班人share,同埋食到比其他餐廳更多唔同種類嘅食材~—————韓牛套餐特選 ( $920 )適合2-3人分享,包括牛肉眼扒、牛肩肉、牛腩同厚裙肉各150g,呢個價錢食到咁多款新鮮韓牛都幾抵~ 雖然唔係1++嘅韓牛,但質素都唔錯,而且係韓國新鮮直送,唔係用冰鮮急凍肉!食落完全唔會有雪味怪味,肉質好嫩,肉味鮮甜,色澤又靚🥩 燒完都仲keep到juicy😂 如果中意食生牛肉嘅,加$228就食到,夠爽甜多汁😉-生豬腩肉 ( $200@180g )用上韓國直送嘅新鮮豬肉,肥瘦均勻,切得厚薄適中,燒到面頭脆脆哋食就啱啱好🤤 脂肪部分唔會好膩食到成口油,反而有啲彈牙,五花肉包生菜食就perfect! 或者點埋魚仔醬汁,~-泡菜煎餅 ( $130 )平時食韓式煎餅,最怕就係好厚粉漿,食完兩塊都飽晒😹但呢度嘅泡菜煎餅煎到又薄又脆!而且好多泡菜,一啲都唔油膩😋-凍湯蕎麥麵 ( $125 )韓國人食完烤肉好多時都會配上一碗水冷麵解膩,呢度嘅麵同平時食嘅口感好唔同,少少煙韌之餘又好易咬開,配上牛肉、雞蛋、梨同青瓜,再加埋清爽嘅湯,同烤肉簡直係絕配!-聽老闆講嚟緊仲會出新menu,包括鰻魚、雪蟹等等,全部都係韓國直送!有興趣嘅不妨留意下👀 continue reading
