都係慕名而來,不過最近生意冷清咗好多所以都唔洗點排隊。要點嘅肯定係燒鵝啦,又香又嫩,皮又脆又多汁,食完仲想食,至於叉燒燒肉就唔機會試啦,因為驚食唔曬會浪費,留翻下次帶埋屋企人來食。環境好舒服,坐落唔會覺得好逼,比普通茶餐廳舒服得多。

無意中路過見到入邊環境好似幾好,同埋櫥窗啲燒鵝好靚所以想入去試下。一份例牌燒鵝份量雖然唔算好多,但係足夠兩個人食,擺碟好講究,每一舊都擺得好整齊,伴碟係豆類,酸酸甜甜都幾好味。不過梗係好味唔過啲燒鵝啦!皮脆肉嫩,仲好juicy,肥而不膩,新鮮燒出來就係唔一樣,點啲酸梅醬更好味更開胃。估唔到真係會咁好食,下次要再來試下其他嘢先。

落單嘅時候已經說明要給小朋友吃不要太硬,回家後打開才發現港幣$200嘅例牌叉燒全部燒焦,冇想過咁貴價錢的餸菜會被這樣差劣質素的食物給客人,吃了真的無益,好失望,再次證明現在的鏞記不及當年已故老闆這麼嚴謹控制質素,真的不會再去。

鏞記酒家有幾層樓,去到樓上得我地一張枱。先來一個酸薑皮蛋,本身有啲抗拒皮蛋,但係試咗之後發覺質感都唔係太差,酸薑好好味又好爽,但係單吃會好搶喉。之後嚟一個冬瓜盅,10分足料,夠12個人食。第一次食椒鹽海參扣,好爽口,炸得又好脆,食到停唔到口再嚟個燒鵝例牌,比想像中冇咁好食,肉質比較實。之後再嚟一個清湯腩,每日限定十份,十分推介。肥瘦適中,又爽口。斑塊肉質比較嫩荷葉飯濕度適中,唔會太乾或太濕最後上甜品: 有芝麻糊同蛋撻芝麻糊唔會太水,亦唔會太甜。蛋撻就比較普通,又甜左少少。

喺香港住咗幾十年,從來無食過鏞記,一路以來都認為呢類餐廳不是本地人去的,是遊客去的,而且經常聽到的評語係熟客先好食,serve 生客的食物無咁好,所以一直都無諗過幫襯。今日老闆請個日本客食飯,個客話睇過好多日本旅遊 guidebook 介紹香港的美食都話一定要食燒鵝,好想試下,我老闆有潔癖,頂唔順茶餐廳格局,所以揀咗可以坐得舒舒服服的鏞記。叫咗個例牌燒鵝、溏心皮蛋、冬瓜盅、脆皮豆腐、幾個點心。豆腐好滑,炸得乾身香口,真係外脆內軟。冬瓜盅七百幾蚊一個都幾貴,不過好足料,湯清得黎味道好濃郁,份量多到可以分十幾碗。溏心皮蛋真係流心的,薑片好甜。至於個主角 signature dish 鏞記燒鵝就麻麻地,肉好實,皮又乾,真係有啲失望。

同幾個朋友係中環行街,一於就去鏞記叫餸食飯。呢幾日真係好熱,無咩胃口,就點咗個鮮蓮上料冬瓜盅,順便消下暑。冬瓜盅好大個而且好足料,入邊有蝦仁,瑤柱,冬菇,瘦肉等等,飲落好鮮甜,飲完一碗又一碗。見到季節菜單有個新出嘅翠瑭琥珀滑豆腐,出面都未見過!上面有蝦仁同桃膠,蝦仁食落好爽口,桃膠好似琥珀咁晶瑩剔透,口感煙韌,底層嘅豆腐好香豆味,好嫩滑,估唔到咁夾。另外仲叫咗時令梅子香酥骨同金銀蛋上湯莧菜;香酥骨好酥脆,配埋梅子酸酸甜甜好開胃。莧菜好嫩,用上湯浸味道好鮮,好啱呢個天氣食。黎鏞記要食燒鵝外,小菜亦係好選擇試!

想着镛记出名烧鹅,带爸妈来试试,十一点准时入座,叫了半只烧鹅,一个肥叉烧。上来以后发现烧鹅超级难吃,一点都不值得375半只的价格,皮不脆,吃起来肉和骨头一点都不容易分开,再也不会再来,极度差评!太失望,不知道网上那些人为什么写好评,呵呵哒!

今日黎到鏞記想食燒味飯

我地4個人入到大堂 同侍應講4個食燒味飯
點知佢就話比我地聽無位 要上樓上
但係我明明見到大堂係有幾個位
不過要搭檯姐 不過侍應姐姐連問都無問就想直接請我地上樓

今日三點左右先得閒食午飯🥢,這段時間人不多,有三四張枱有客而已。一坐低就必叫半份松花皮蛋配酸薑,感覺有點不像以前,沒有糖心感覺。之後再叫了幾個點心,有龍皇乾蒸賣、山竹牛肉球、雪菜上素餃。龍王乾蒸賣充滿很香的冬菇味,很足料!👍🏻山竹牛肉球味道比較偏淡,所以一定要用喼汁調味!雪菜上素餃沒有什麼特別。最後我都敵不過燒鵝,最後叫了一個例牌。我自己本身很喜歡吃燒鵝脾,但朋友怕肥、多脂肪就叫了鵝胸部位。真的全部都是肉,一點脂肪也沒有,感覺一般,下次都是食鵝脾部位了。

我自己本身很喜歡吃燒鵝脾,但朋友怕肥、多脂肪就叫了鵝胸部位。真的全部都是肉,一點脂肪也沒有,感覺一般,下次都是食鵝脾部位了。

星期日晏晝過嚟飲茶,點心款式又多又齊,我叫咗蝦餃,金錢肚,蛋撻,樣樣都係新鮮出爐,蝦餃皮薄煙韌,蝦仁好爽口;金錢肚夠入味,煮得較腍又好惹味。蛋撻真係不得不提,好酥脆,甜度又啱啱好,好好味。

今日見晏晝冇咩做就同朋友walk in去鏞記飲下茶,等左一陣就安排我哋入座。下午茶2點就有即叫即蒸點心,我地叫左蛋散,燒賣,腸粉,味道唔錯。嚟到鏞記,點會唔叫招牌燒鵝。燒鵝好新鮮,皮香,肉嫩。下次搵多幾個朋友,叫多幾款美食嚟試下。

鏞記一直喺心目中嘅口袋名單,今次慕名而來,終於試到傳聞中嘅禮雲子蛋清喇!今次我地點左入店必點嘅松花皮蛋配鮮薑,順帶一提,皮蛋可以到前台買走做手信哦。另外,一生人一定要試一次嘅禮雲子蛋清,佢嘅味道好似食緊鹹蛋黃咁樣,每一口都濃到不得了,口裏面係充滿住蟹膏香味,咁話晒一碟用上過200隻蟛蜞仔春做成,味道的確一流,單係白飯都可以送兩碗了。另外我哋仲點左炭燒燒鵝配叉燒,鮮生魚頭骨湯,紅炆豆腐斑頭腩煲,魚湯雜菜浸鮮腐竹。生魚頭骨湯非常之香,嗰種奶白嘅顏色就好似自家煲一樣咁好味咁清甜。其他嘅菜式可以話不過不失。可能,我已經被禮雲子蛋清嘅驚艷深深吸引住了!
