在中環工作多年,竟然沒有機會試試鏞記,呢日放假就決定來試下。 午飯時間,人不算很多,等了5分鐘已有位。首先叫左個酸薑皮蛋,沒想像中咁出色,但係味道不錯。燒鵝過得去,是預期中的水準。其他小菜都不錯,豆腐個皮夠脆值得一試。反而咁好樣食物,最出色係個艇仔粥,$85一碗完全無收貴,是超值!裡面啲海鮮同魚片都非常新鮮,而且第一次食到艇仔粥的送比粥還要多,食整都係海鮮,好好味!出面好少少的粥店普通貨色都要40-60一碗,真心推介。

行街行到攰諗起鏞記就去食個下午茶,叫咗個陳皮銀杏粥同點心食。d粥煲到夠晒綿,陳皮好香,加埋少少銀杏食,好正。叉燒包好鬆軟,入邊d餡新鮮。仲點埋燒肉,好耐無食過咁爽脆嘅燒肉啦!肥瘦適中,一d都唔覺得漏喉。見到隔離台d燒鵝叉燒又都好似好正咁,不過已經好飽,等下次!

貪過癮一次過叫左燒鵝燒肉同埋叉燒,有得三拼唔洗一樣叫一份驚食唔曬。不過份量少左d就真。燒鵝最正,肉夠嫩皮又好脆好多汁。叉燒好好味,唔會太甜,有口感。燒肉好大舊,又爽又脆,超正。以前食過其他燒臘店都穩唔到依只味,終於係鏞記食到啦!

I work in a nearby building and noticed they had a 75 year anniversary promotion for lunch take out. So I gave it a try. It was $75 for a 2 meat rice with soup. Original price is $80 and without a soup. First of all this is not much of a promotion. Please try harder. Secondly and most importantly, the goose was terrible. The pieces either had no meat, or was way too fat, they even gave me the buttocks part. The skin of the goose was stiff, dry and hard to bite through. The bbq pork was dry and overcooked as hell. The soup was awesome, but if I had the amount of excess meat bones they have, I could do better. Great try at promoting yourself to new customers, you messed up big time.

Both goose and pork was of superb quality. Roast goose was well marinated and retains the perfect balance of meat and fat. The plum dipping sauce goes really well with the meat and elevated it to the next level! Roast BBQ pork was probly some of the best I've had! I have no other words than you must try it when you come here!One star off for the price! Yeah the portion was not big for HK$250! I guess you pay the extra for the nice decor too.

Roast goose was well marinated and retains the perfect balance of meat and fat. The plum dipping sauce goes really well with the meat and elevated it to the next level!

Roast BBQ pork was probly some of the best I've had! I have no other words than you must try it when you come here!

One star off for the price! Yeah the portion was not big for HK$250! I guess you pay the extra for the nice decor too.
