这里真的是是吃货的福利啊。真心觉得去了香港旅行有机会的话,都应该去镛记吃吃烧鹅。这里服务非常好,进了门之后就有服务员过来招待,带领我们去桌上,给我们端茶倒水的。上菜也非常快,非常满意。我们点了酸浆皮蛋,烧鹅,琵琶虾,捞面,都很好吃,特别是招牌烧鹅,真的堪称一绝。礼云子炒饭是第一次吃,礼云子像蟹黄一样,吃起来味道很浓郁,很鲜但不会腥。饭炒出来都金黄的,远远就闻得那种鲜味,非常惹味。饭炒得很干爽,粒粒分明,不会油。分量很足,不错不错。

終於有得去鏞記食燒鵝了,講左好耐但一直無時間來,今日早早落班叫屋企人過來攞好位,來到就有得食。皮蛋酸姜做前菜,好特別好開胃。一食完前菜啱好上燒鵝,齋睇就覺得好正啊!原來點咗燒鵝拼叉燒,燒鵝燒得好靚,皮好脆好多汁,肉厚得來唔會好柴,好啱送飯。蜜汁叉燒都幾好,好香,入口即化,好爽口,好好味。 仲有金鑲脆皮嫩豆腐,好夠味,外脆內軟。主食點咗蟹肉片面,啲面好彈牙,而且有蟹肉嘅鮮味,好唔錯。個人摯愛都係燒鵝,食過最好食嘅,下次仲要來試下燒肉。

收爐lunch,去左鏞記食燒鵝,當然要多謝老闆先~唔少得一定係燒鵝半隻,唔算好肥,脆皮,的確係我食咁多既燒鵝最好食之一。另外重叫左幾個小菜XO醬炒牛肉,正常水準,無特別~餐牌推介之一(唔記得咩名)其實都係蟹肉炒粉絲,炒得好干身,好食😋上湯竹笙豆苗其實重叫左個脆豆腐,正常,連埋配菜,類似大豆芽泡菜,開胃~其實同事重一人叫左個皮蛋姜,不過我個人唔識食,無要到😆佢地話好出名,話我唔識食🤔但我反而成餐飯,最欣賞佢個普洱茶,食咁多油膩野,配杯靚茶,啱晒~

鏞記已今非昔比 ,昨晚光顧前 看見門前燒鵝叉燒,其實賣相不吸引,不過每次嚟都想試下,今次的起心肝入內,價錢頂呱呱超貴,叫了燒鵝碟頭飯,叉燒碟頭飯 ,魚湯雜菜浸鮮腐竹 ($160) 但品質一般貨, 環境ok ,服務也可, 其實所有小菜都成二三百蚊一個 , 超不值,高尚食府 國金軒 價錢也差不多,但人哋好味好多 ,今次應該係我去鏞記食嘅最後一次🤣🤣

先上的皮蛋酸薑,酸薑爽夾甜多汁,兼醒胃!皮蛋流黃,糖心,食落吾膩口!兩樣夾埋一齊食,好正。

薑汁炒芥蘭,薑汁夠香濃,芥蘭青嫩,掂!

鵝肝蓮藕餅,精彩之作,鵝肝好有鮮鵝肝香味,混合煎香的蓮藕餅,味道互相配合,下飯或送酒最一流!

叉燒,略嫌瘦,不過,本身肉質地好,有咬口!

全晚最精彩的菜式,是臘味糯米飯,招牌之作,外觀已經好靚,糯米粒粒軟綿綿,鬆軟可口,臘腸鴨潤腸切成細細粒,有臘味香味又吾油油膩,加埋啲芫荽,旦絲,好味到食凊光!

分家之後的鏞記, 再加上最近的社會活動, 星期天的人流, 和以前的假期天比少了不少, 待應服務也熱情了不少, 而且可以直接上二樓用餐, 常説鏞記的傳說是愈高層愈美味, 價錢相等的情況下, 其實是很不公平的. (笑)來到這裡就是吃燒鵝吧! 味道和口感其實不如其他老饕所說的江河日下, 當然鏞記的燒鵝, 不是追求香脆的外皮, 淋上鵝汁之後外皮軟化了, 但依然保持挺身. 肉質頗鬆化, 入口依然燙口, 起碼是新鮮燒成的. 鵝汁甘香也為提升了味道的層次, 實在比我想像中好. 對比起其他鏞記的分家, 有些已經消失在洪流之中, 她依然是最有代表性的一家.

上次食過真係翻尋味,今次來又多咗唔少新菜。點咗鳳眼果蝦球,櫻花蝦魚湯竹浸勝瓜,當然仲有燒鵝。味道仲係好唔錯嘅,鳳眼果好特別,第一次食,原本無咩味不過口感唔錯,蝦仁好新鮮好爽口。個湯好鮮魚味,好正,竹笙好爽口,勝瓜好甜。燒鵝係好味嘅,完全係一級水準,皮脆肉嫩,絕對係米芝蓮級別嘅。

說起來也是不經意去的,剛好在街上走的時候隔著櫥窗看到了燒鵝,抵擋不住燒鵝的誘惑。沒有預定,等了一會才進去的,順便用手機查了下餐廳的信息,才知道“鏞記”是香港有名的燒鵝餐廳,進去之後開始用餐,味道不要太好,果然名不虛傳。燒鵝很香,澆了醬汁,吃起來口感很好,鵝肉香嫩,吃起來不油膩。另外的皮蛋,琵琶蝦,叉燒也很不錯,特別是皮蛋,味道奇特,但是好吃哈哈。

作為一名傳統美食嘅愛好者,品嘗老字號餐廳幾乎係我每到一個目的地旅行必須要做的事情。鏞記作為香港老字號當然唔少得,1942年就創立了,據說當時是做燒味大牌檔,後來先做燒鵝,很多香港知名人士都很推薦的店子,有“飛天燒鵝”的稱呼,這次來到鏞記,果然沒失望,酸姜皮蛋很開胃,燒鵝壹級棒,很香很好吃,強力推薦。餐廳裏服務也很好,有不少外國人,朋友介紹說鏞記的名號海外聞名,幾乎每天都會有很多外國人慕名而來,來試試這裏的燒鵝。

無意中路過見到入邊環境好似幾好,同埋櫥窗啲燒鵝好靚所以想入去試下。一份例牌燒鵝份量雖然唔算好多,但係足夠兩個人食,擺碟好講究,每一舊都擺得好整齊,伴碟係豆類,酸酸甜甜都幾好味。不過梗係好味唔過啲燒鵝啦!皮脆肉嫩,仲好juicy,肥而不膩,新鮮燒出來就係唔一樣,點啲酸梅醬更好味更開胃。估唔到真係會咁好食,下次要再來試下其他嘢先。

落單嘅時候已經說明要給小朋友吃不要太硬,回家後打開才發現港幣$200嘅例牌叉燒全部燒焦,冇想過咁貴價錢的餸菜會被這樣差劣質素的食物給客人,吃了真的無益,好失望,再次證明現在的鏞記不及當年已故老闆這麼嚴謹控制質素,真的不會再去。

鏞記酒家有幾層樓,去到樓上得我地一張枱。先來一個酸薑皮蛋,本身有啲抗拒皮蛋,但係試咗之後發覺質感都唔係太差,酸薑好好味又好爽,但係單吃會好搶喉。之後嚟一個冬瓜盅,10分足料,夠12個人食。第一次食椒鹽海參扣,好爽口,炸得又好脆,食到停唔到口再嚟個燒鵝例牌,比想像中冇咁好食,肉質比較實。之後再嚟一個清湯腩,每日限定十份,十分推介。肥瘦適中,又爽口。斑塊肉質比較嫩荷葉飯濕度適中,唔會太乾或太濕最後上甜品: 有芝麻糊同蛋撻芝麻糊唔會太水,亦唔會太甜。蛋撻就比較普通,又甜左少少。
