Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 介紹食物前想先讚下呢到嘅service,呢到嘅侍應熱情有禮,會主動加茶並介紹佢地菜式。其中有一位外國服務員,他只會講少少普通話,但都好熱情咁主動介紹餐廳的食物,當我order紅酒個陣,他又會主動介紹並拿出兩瓶推薦嘅紅酒俾我試味。餐廳嘅服務十分抵讚👍👍👍

夜上海的片皮鴨只有鴨皮,不連肉。鴨皮香脆,師傅會將肥膏片走,令到食客食起身唔會覺得太肥膩。餐廳提供嘅餅皮有做好保溫,所以即使慢慢食都唔會擔心餅皮會變凍。二食係用剩餘嘅鴨肉製作嘅銀芽炒鴨絲,鴨肉嫩滑,調味適中。

孜然羊肋骨 Lamb ribs with cumin($388):侍應們好貼心,預先俾定膠手套,唔會整污糟隻手。整晚最期待嘅一個餸,家人是「羊肉控」。
大約有六枝骨,香料味足夠、微辣、有些少麻,份量足夠。隨便點了一杯法國紅酒 🍷Cabernet Sauvignon葡萄作陪襯($100),去一下油膩,又清一清味蕾,大滿足!

經典中式甜品
最後點了 桂花酒釀丸子 glutinous rice dumplings in osmanthus soup($45)作結。淡淡酒香,糯米口感柔軟,但甜品溫度唔夠熱。除了食品溫度,整個甜品係出色的。

總結,成餐晚飯係滿意嘅。
侍應們都好 attentive;但係,上菜速度奇快,兩口子晚飯就冇乜所謂。如果想慢慢食,邊食邊傾,可能預早同侍應溝通,上菜慢些少。

首先, 好簡單咁講一句, 今次預訂夜上海食晚餐係被米芝蓮一星的殊榮而吸引。事前2星期左右啦, 打電話輕鬆就預訂到. 用餐當日係初4, 農曆新年期間, 夜上海除了新年的2人及4人套餐以外仲有a la carte menu。 點菜時候都參考米芝蓮的推介 : "除了花雕醉雞、清炒河蝦仁、蟹粉釀蟹蓋等必吃菜式,蒜泥白肉也值得品嘗:薄切五花肉味道香濃,口感爽嫩,蒜泥和醬油味道得宜,非常惹味。"  於是, 一對小情侶的我地點左6樣菜, 份量都吾差, 兩人係完夠飽。一開始坐低, 侍應就放低左一小碟炸菜, 味道小小辣, 爽口得泥又有濃濃炸菜。如果你平時係愛食炸菜的朋友, 你一定會好愛。另外,枱上面有一小樽自家制xo 醬。個醬係好好食到可以淨食醬,佢吾辣,食得出師傅用左好多蝦乾貝金華火腿,果種咸香真係一試難忘。我自已都忍吾到口, 淨食醬都食左一小碟。之後等一陣, 飲兩淡茶就開始上菜. 這家餐廳有個小小問題, 就係上菜太快,會不停打斷你食野. 例如你仲食緊岩岩上菜既爆蝦, 突然又上小籠包,咁你一定要停, 轉食左小籠包先. 所以成晚係有小小似玩over cook咁. 1. 醉雞 - 擺碟都幾靚, 雞一件搭上

首先, 好簡單咁講一句, 今次預訂夜上海食晚餐係被米芝蓮一星的殊榮而吸引。事前2星期左右啦, 打電話輕鬆就預訂到. 用餐當日係初4, 農曆新年期間, 夜上海除了新年的2人及4人套餐以外仲有a la carte menu。 點菜時候都參考米芝蓮的推介 : "除了花雕醉雞、清炒河蝦仁、蟹粉釀蟹蓋等必吃菜式,蒜泥白肉也值得品嘗:薄切五花肉味道香濃,口感爽嫩,蒜泥和醬油味道得宜,非常惹味。"  於是, 一對小情侶的我地點左6樣菜, 份量都吾差, 兩人係完夠飽。

一開始坐低, 侍應就放低左一小碟炸菜, 味道小小辣, 爽口得泥又有濃濃炸菜。如果你平時係愛食炸菜的朋友, 你一定會好愛。另外,枱上面有一小樽自家制xo 醬。個醬係好好食到可以淨食醬,佢吾辣,食得出師傅用左好多蝦乾貝金華火腿,果種咸香真係一試難忘。我自已都忍吾到口, 淨食醬都食左一小碟。

之後等一陣, 飲兩淡茶就開始上菜. 這家餐廳有個小小問題, 就係上菜太快,會不停打斷你食野. 例如你仲食緊岩岩上菜既爆蝦, 突然又上小籠包,咁你一定要停, 轉食左小籠包先. 所以成晚係有小小似玩over cook咁. 

1. 醉雞 - 擺碟都幾靚, 雞一件搭上一件, 望落好似一件餃子. 雞的肉好嫩, 真正的雞有雞味. 但係如果你係鍾意醉雞有濃濃酒味, 這個會不合你胃口.

五小碟中最好味係:醉雞、牛肉、海蜇、同燻蛋(仲係雙黄的、很少見);沙鍋雲吞雞:雞湯香濃、雲吞嫩滑;方塊札肉:食材新鮮、醬料不太肥和甜,適合現代;釀蟹蓋是我食過之中最好的,無論蟹肉和烹調都是;清炒蝦仁和青豆一齊煮,是清新和鮮味的新配搭;上海小籠包無得輸,唯一就係皮薄筷子夾唔倒,要用匙托住才可以嘗到小籠包的肉味和湯味;火腿雜菌煮干,充滿鮮鹹味又有益;松子魚用的松子係靚松子,粒粒飽滿有味,魚肉紮實,酸甜醬煮得岩岩好,不會太酸或太甜;酒釀丸子香、甜、丸子易咬,令到杏仁茶味道變得較淡交;紅棗糕香、不太甜、容易咀嚼不痴牙,很好。
