在K11 Musea逛了一下午,晚餐就選了這家店,環境挺雅緻,昏暗燈光配木質裝潢,有點老上海的味道。我點了鮮肉小籠包和蟹粉釀蟹蓋。小籠包皮薄餡多,咬下去湯汁溫熱,肉香濃郁,雖然不算驚艷,但吃起來很舒服。蟹粉釀蟹蓋端上來時金黃誘人,蟹膏混著少許蟹肉,味道鮮甜,底下的蛋白讓口感更豐富,就是份量稍小,一下就吃完了。還試了花雕醉雞,雞肉嫩滑,花雕酒香撲鼻,挺入味的。店裡服務不錯,店員態度親切,上菜也快。座位不算太擠,靠窗還能看看維港夜景,整體氣氛輕鬆。食物品質穩定,沒什麼大缺點,適合逛街後想吃點精緻中菜的人。對我來說,這裡是個不錯的歇腳點,下次可能會再來試試其他菜式。
