伏?未至於。。。只不過低CP。話說尋日係中環想食一間韓燒不過因為太多人,唯有下次再去。經過呢間日式燒肉店,主打日本產頂級高崎和牛,見到佢門口個promotion 好吸引,二話不說入去試下。不過 ,下次真係要小心留意餐牌😂 呢間餐廳行高檔路線,餐牌定位偏高。由於無book枱,所以我哋係坐散枱食,點左門口個兩週年$988 套餐。首先上沙律,正常操作。之後和牛他他,用較後腿位置切碎,入口有少少口感,唔會全肉免治出水,上面嘅魚子醬亦都有奶油香,好夾,幾好食。之後開始燒烤,首先係兩款澳洲產牛肉,包括牛舌,由於老婆唔食牛舌,店員幫佢轉左牛横隔模部位(skirt ?)。有專人燒埋俾你,熟度剛好,牛舌好滑,好好食。之後開始進入食日本高崎和牛,當中包括牛柳,肩三角,西冷,上板鍵(其實 flat iron 假如自己開過其實係筋上面件肉) 偏軟身,香滑,同埋龜之甲 (由於係偏後腿嘅肉,即使有油花都係會較前者無咁軟滑,但係因為油脂極重所以入口都好甘香)。西冷為壽喜燒 Sukiyaki 做法( 不過店員係描述嘅時候講左做 yaki-suki, 嘅個低級錯誤唔應該係呢種級數嘅餐廳出現,Suki 辛苦了😂) 配大分県蘭王蛋食,口感超滑,好膩好肥美。中間亦都有蔬菜同大虎蝦,分隔不停狂食和牛,同減低油膩感。虎蝦係越南產,大隻,好好肉,彈牙,不過蝦味好弱,要加多啲鹽先可以。最後有個海膽櫻花蝦撈麵,好食嘅,馬糞海膽鮮度一般。然後甜品。呢度環境幾好,服務幾好。不過出餐非常慢,中間idle time 太長。當天唔算好爆場。每張枱分隔唔算太遠,旁邊張枱嘅客人聽到對話應該係中層以上人士,好似識好多野,粗言穢語都好有研究,真係大聲左少少,食得好唔舒服。最後埋單,叫左兩杯$88🍻,共銀HKD$2467. 咦?原來套餐係每位$988,再加10% svc. 所以出現呢條數。門口offer 無寫明,入座去到點單亦都無講明,下次大家真係要問清楚,免得有咩誤會啦😂老實講,呢個價錢CP值又唔算特別高,平均每人千幾蚊其實好多地方都食到,味道幾好,所以又未至於伏。下次再去前少少嘅果間韓燒再同大家分享過👍利申: 全自費,Walk In. continue reading

Ushio@中環威靈頓廣場今日朋友生日,就益佢請佢食餐好野喇!之前喺網上面睇過人推介呢間位於中環嘅日本燒肉過江龍。來自於日本福岡,主打食嘅係鹿兒島新村畜產農場直送嘅「新村和牛」。舖頭位於中環威靈頓街地舖,轉過彎就好易搵到。店鋪裝修闊落又唔俗氣,每台都會有盞spotlight俾你打卡影靚相時用。客人唔多所以環境好安靜,令人感覺舒服。我哋今日就揀咗坐吧枱,但如果朋友多嘅話吧台傾偈冇咁方便,會建議坐返長枱。佢哋會有推薦嘅Omakase Set,前菜飯麵甜品樣樣有齊,每道燒和牛都有專人服侍,不用自己燒。我哋想試多啲唔同類型嘅嘢,就選擇咗散叫,侍應推介我哋揀瘦肉部份,亦都有我哋簡單講解每件牛來自咩部位,同埋要點樣燒。佢哋嘅牛肉油花平均,肉味突出而且肉質細緻。燒肉調味料同樣出色,有昆布、粗鹽同燒汁,昆布加埋鹽特別好味。ヒレ(Tenderloin 牛柳) 首先嘅係牛肉中最貴重的部位牛柳,牛柳喺控制轉彎的肌肉,牛一生都唔會用得好多,於是肉瘦而肉質柔滑。我覺得算係最好食嘅幾個位置,而且唔使點任何醬汁都已經好夠味。シャトーブリアン (Chateaubriand 牛柳芯)成隻牛貴重中最貴嘅當然是中間嘅牛柳芯啦,全隻牛只得1kg左右的牛柳芯,亦係USHIO招牌之一。不過可能期望過多,覺得牛柳芯味道尚佳,但沒有其他部位香、口感咁細緻同juicy。リブロース (Ribeye 肉眼)佢傳統上應該算係牛肉入面最好食嘅部份之一。肉眼嫩滑,味道豐盈,肥瘦適中,口感同肉味極好。サーロイン (Sirloin 西冷)西冷都算常見嘅一種牛肉部位,入口富彈性,再蘸點奉上嘅醬油,有更濃厚嘅滋味。侍應見我哋燒得唔太熟,都過嚟幫手燒咗幾塊肉。ミスジ(Musiji 牛板腱)呢個係屬於前腿上較後位置嘅腹肉,輕輕一燒,已經十分美味。加上佢哋特製嘅燒肉用醬汁,非常惹味。 イチボ(Ichibo 後腰蓋柳)本身我想叫嘅係Rump 肉即係腰到屁股嘅一塊。但可惜佢咁啱冇晒,咁我只好改要pat pat後邊後腰嘅Ichibo。雖然佢嘅價值冇咁高,但食落軟綿綿,點上燒汁同埋鹽之後好有肉味。仲有一樣好嘅係呢度個抽風系統做得好好,食完唔會成身都係油煙味。我仲留意到佢有做午餐定食,用料同份量都唔錯,有機會一定要試下。 continue reading
