Well, coming back from Japan craving for Yakiniku. I must say Nikuya room is matching the standard in terms of quality and price. 好吧,從日本回來特然好掛住啲烤肉。 我必須說 Nikuya Room 在質量和價格方面都符合標準。Love the fact that they show you which part you are having in a diagram and what sauce to use. Of course, beef quality can vary from batch. After all, if it’s natural, it’s only natural that there may be some variance. 298 Nikuya午餐性價比很高,餐廳一直坐無虛席,飯市分3輪時間入座,每輪限時1小時,此安排令人吃得非常急促,縱使燒肉再好吃,但我和朋友都因吃得太急而胃痛,希望餐廳考慮改善下,加長至最少1小時15分鐘。我和朋友點了Yakishabu Set和Wagyu Set share食用。Yakishabu 的食法融入了壽喜燒的食法,甜甜的醬汁配上簿身牛肉片,輕輕烤一烤兩邊,捲好放入蛋液中,入口香滑,牛味濃郁,十分可口,套餐配有7塊牛肉,一塊接著一塊,非常滿足!Wagyu set的牛肉厚身,紋理鮮嫩,需要多一些時間烤熟,牛味香濃有咬口,配上燒肉汁,是另一番風味。套餐另外配有沙律,熱湯,前菜有牛舌,蘿蔔炆牛腩,芽菜波菜牛蒡絲,很豐富!

Still good! Been awhile since I came here and everything was delicious. With very limited bbq options in Central, this is probably the easiest to book, best money-for-value and least greasy. Cozy and perfect for a casual Japanese bbq night in Central.We ordered:🍽 Chef’s Selection (350g): A5 wagyu selections – personal favourite was the beef tongue (thick cut). Really liked how they offer rich and dense premium cuts compared to other Japanese bbq places. Most cuts were creamy and buttery. Seasoning was relatively light as they weren’t not marinated, only salt & pepper and you will have to rely on the sauce especially for those who are 重口味. We managed to finish everything without feeling super greasy🍽Wagyu tartare topped with uni: this was surprisingly good, uni was very fresh and beef tartarte was well-seasoned 🍽 Foie gras wagyu toast: also surprisingly good, foie gras will be grilled in front of you followed by a lightly grilled toast. 中環高質燒肉🤩|厚切心形牛舌和牛拼盤🤤|經濟實惠午餐精緻燒肉Omakase任君選擇🥳|298 Nikuya Room「但見旁人談情何引誘,問到何時葡萄先熟透」相信唔少朋友都非常掛住係日本食燒肉嘅美好時光,今日為大家介紹一間我一直幫襯開嘅「燒肉飯堂」,本身由298尖沙咀分店已經開始幫襯,後來疫情原因得返中環分店,餐廳設於商廈,有卡位同吧枱提供,而且間隔距離亦鬆動,適合情侶或成班朋友相聚。餐廳主打燒肉,但亦彷近日本燒肉餐廳,提供日韓食品配搭,除咗單點之外亦有燒肉Omakase選擇,而且午市亦提供實惠套餐俾想Lunch止一止燒肉癮嘅朋友。由於幫襯太多次,我重點提供幾樣精選比大家參考下。298牛肉他他 4.2/5⭐️牛肉他他賣相吸引,牛肉本身有調味,撈勻生雞蛋洋蔥絲後再吱上檸檬汁,吊出牛肉他他嘅肉味同甜味,唔怕食生牛肉嘅朋友非常推薦。鵝肝多士 4.3/5⭐️依道鵝肝多士會由侍應代為效勞,先稍稍燒脆多士,然後香燒鵝肝,中間再夾多一塊油脂滿溢嘅和牛,邪惡度嚴重爆標,係視覺同味覺嘅多重享受。和牛崩沙腩 4.2/5⭐️崩沙腩嘅色澤較為深色,油脂分佈較少,但係肉味濃郁,而且口感層次滿足,牛肉都經廚師稍稍調味,就算唔點醬汁亦都非常好食。和牛小扒 4.2/5⭐️和牛小扒脂肪油花分佈得非常靚,只需要係火上面稍稍燒至3-5成熟已經足夠,大火逼出和牛小扒嘅油香,兼夾入口即溶,可以點少少醬汁中和油膩感。鹽醬厚切牛舌 4.8/5⭐️一碟三件嘅厚燒牛舌,通常我每次幫襯都會落單2份,餐廳上碟時更會砌成心形牛舌,非常吸晴,厚切牛舌首先上下兩邊燒至微焦,然後再稍為燒香四週至變色,我自己會有兩種食法,將厚切牛舌原件進食,享受厚切牛舌塞滿口腔嘅滿足感,外脆內嫩,非筆墨可以形容;而另一種食法就係一開為二,將厚切牛舌嘅滿足感分開廷長,更加容易進食。牛舌燒 3.9/5⭐️身為牛舌愛好者,亦有嘗試依款長條形嘅牛舌燒,由侍應代為效勞,包住洋蔥絲及日式蘿蔔蓉進食,雖然長形牛舌爽身又包含伴菜令油膩感減輕,但係令牛舌味道沖淡,我都係比較鐘意厚燒牛舌。柚子胡椒雞腿 4.1/5⭐️除左和牛之外,依度嘅柚子胡椒雞腿都係我每次必點,嫩滑雞腿配上清香微辣嘅柚子胡椒醃料,再將雞腿燒到外脆內嫩,非常好食,仲可以作為間場,一解食咁多和牛嘅油膩感。–總結:298集團除左燒肉之外仲有美食出品,日式熟成吉列豚同燒鳥店,各有特式,稍後亦會為大家介紹。非常欣賞依間餐廳將每樣食物都發揮到怡到好處,而且係每樣食物都好好食好高質,另外海鮮煎餅同冷麵亦係高水準之作,完全搵返係日本食燒肉嘅感覺,係依幾年無得返鄉下可謂一解鄉愁。====298 Nikuya Room (中環)📍 中環士丹利街60號明珠行2樓====#298NikuyaRoom#centralfood #中環美食#hkfood #hkfoodie #foodiehk #hkfoodblogger #hkfoodlover #hkfoodstagram #hkfoodporn #852eats #hkiger #食好西 #相機食先 #香港美食#高質燒肉====有興趣睇更多好西推介,或者大家有好西Share,請大家Follow下我,比D支持✨:@healoop.foodie
