羊架係比較少見嘅菜式 呢度配左沙嗲醬同一隻辣辣地嘅醬 可以用手拎起錫紙包住嘅部分然後直接食!羊架本身有舊羊骨 燒得有D焦黑 肉都有D肥肉或者係筋嘅部分 但係燒完就出左好多油勁香!肉質唔係特別硬或者實 保留左D肉汁 比較軟 幾易咬😋

雖然交通有點不方便,但是綜合環境、食物款式、食物味道,價錢來說,是最好。九龍城有極多泰國菜,有便宜有貴的,黃珍珍是偏貴的,但比它貴,又不特別好食的也有不少。椰汁算是泰國菜特式,而它是有啫喱,而且夠大杯。傳統冬陰功湯,不過不失。蝦片+泰式燒肉,燒得有水準,價錢亦ok. 小食併盤,見到款式是比較豐富。岩岩炸起,又不會太油,外脆內嫩。波羅炒飯,份量夠多,亦炒得有水準,好新鮮的大波羅,但冇乜料,也冇海鮮。坐位比較寬敞,適合一大班人去,但環境很嘈雜。

1)泰式燒豬頸肉 $118
如圖所見,這個燒豬頸肉分量很足,足足兩排肉,旁邊配點自家的薯片。燒豬頸肉每一片都非常好吃,調味很好,肉質彈牙鮮嫩,有點超嫩版叉燒的感覺,但是你又能吃到屬於燒豬頸肉的脆,不得不說店家在選肉和火候方面功力十分深厚。我更想強調的是,118港幣能吃到這樣的燒豬頸肉簡直是獨一無二,食客賺翻了,很多燒豬頸肉飯只有幾片都要賣80多90塊港幣,這個小菜簡直是超值超預期的選擇! 相信我,這個是必點皇牌!

2)椰汁青咖哩羊腩 $118 + 白飯 $15
羊腩又是其他店很貴的存在,但是這家餐廳羊腩、牛腩幾乎同價。你可以黃咖哩,紅咖哩,青咖哩,店家跟我們說青咖哩更值得推薦,所以我們平常吃黃咖哩的人決定一嘗青咖哩。這裡的青咖哩加了椰汁調和辣度,所以吃起來十分容易入口,而且也能豐富味蕾滋味。 主角羊腩,非常大塊!軟糯!羊膏不多,恰到好處,所以並不肥膩。 大概5-6大塊的羊腩,不得不說,性價比真的無可挑剔! 喜歡吃羊腩的朋友一定一定要來一道哦!

3)鮮蟹肉南瓜羹 (細) $116
這道菜在泰國餐廳比較少有提供,於是我們嘗嘗這個湯。 蟹肉非常多,南瓜羹並不水。照片看起來以為全是南瓜汁,但是吃起來真的是南瓜打出來的真材實料,蟹肉也是非常新鮮,不是那種軟爛的感覺,吃起來是有新鮮蟹肉的口感的。我們兩個人喝不完,打包回家了,隔天再吃也是一樣美味! 我覺得這道羹湯真的是非常適合養生的朋友,泰國菜不一定是冬陰功湯哦~

總體而言,這家餐廳幾乎可以滿分!

自從佐敦嘅分店結業之後,我已經好少去黃珍珍食飯喇,今日去開九龍城行街,見到呢間咁大間嘅黃珍珍,好想去回味一下,所以就同朋友揀咗呢度食晚飯,以前佐敦分店仲喺度嘅時候,因為近返工所以經常都會去食,而且次次都會食嗰幾味,因為真係好好食。其中一味係泰式生蝦,佢做嘅生蝦係特別精緻,除咗爽口之外,佢仲加咗啲類似乾冰嘅物體,令到佢有一陣就煙霧出嚟,好似仙境咁樣。另外個羊架又係非常之正幾乎次次都會叫,好香好有咬口。另外仲有菠蘿炒飯啦,炒得好香,同埋幾個人食嘅時候,就會叫個冬陰功湯,因為兩個人有一煲就真係太大啦,三四個人有呢就啱啱好,仲有滿到瀉嘅芒果沙冰啦,同埋好特別嘅凍奶茶,都係必食嘅!
