九龍城雖然有好多泰國餐廳,但個人比較鍾意去黃珍珍,因為座位比闊落,裝修格調以木色同綠色為主,感覺比較舒適。兩個人嚟,散叫左3款食物:🍽️明爐烏頭-烏頭好大條,足夠4個人食,加上有好多香茅,食落唔覺得腥,就咁食都好夠夠味,仲可以配埋醬汁,不過對我嚟講就辣左少少。🍽️麵醬炒椰菜苗-味道其實唔錯的,可惜椰菜苗咬落有啲硬,如果炒淋少少會更好。🍽️辣椒膏炒河-好多蝦,味道好惹味,呢個都幾好食。兩個人埋單接近$500,呢個價錢就不過不失啦!

好適合一家人一圍枱叫一碟,樣樣都有啲,蝦片好脆口,整體都唔錯。

豬頸肉唔會好乾身,都比較Juicy搽咗蜜糖,所以識落嘅感覺都有少少似食咁蜜汁叉燒,又係一個大人小朋友都比較喜歡食嘅菜式。

第八道餸係泰式牛肉炒粉絲
整體味道係傾向先甜同酸,個感覺味道都比較一般,都唔算炒得特別香。牛肉都處理得比較乾身有少少似迷你牛肉乾。我個人覺得比較一般,但係大陸啲親戚就覺得幾好食。

第九道菜係泰式咖喱蟹
咖喱汁撈雞油飯,好好味,令其咖喱味好突出。食蟹係比較論盡,但係佢啲蟹好有個鮮味喺度,都非常之唔錯,可以一試。

第10道菜係泰式串燒雞牛肉
串燒一啲都唔乾身,沙嗲汁都幾好食嘅,食開泰國菜又鍾意食串燒嘅朋友,呢度數都唔係伏😂

整體評論:地方比較大,坐得都比較舒服,但係同樣價錢都比較貴嘅,八個人共食咗$3300落樓,如果招呼或者禮待顧客或者親戚係可以試吓呢一間。雖然唔係我覺得最好食嘅泰國菜餐廳,通常真係泰國人開嘅泰式餐廳係比較小型嘅,所以都坐得冇咁舒服,如果多人得來又想坐得舒舒服服,依家都可以一試,當然價錢就都比較貴的。

The restaurant provides a wide variety of food options with fresh ingredients. The food taste is acceptable but won't be expected to tickle our taste buds for this time. The restaurant environment is decent; however, the prices are relatively more aggressive compared to other Thai restaurants in the same district. 珍多冰唔係好甜,而且好足料。
係兒時回憶,以前細個屋企人帶我去食泰國嘢,一定會叫。


喺九龍城叫做食過兩次泰國嘢,兩間比較之下,我會推薦哩間。
環境坐得舒服啲,又乾淨啲。
價錢中間,唔算太貴。
食物味道、賣相、份量都同價錢成正比,值得一試。

唔合格😞!肉質太老嚡,乾噌噌,完全唔係個種醃到好霖又嫩口嘅泰式豬頸肉……我自己有個對燒豬頸肉嘅評分準則—肉汁鎖唔鎖得實。然而,黃珍珍呢味燒豬頸肉太令我失望,咬落無咩肉汁,火燒太大燒到個肉身好乾,即使蘸咗佢個羅望子醬汁(偏甜),都唔覺有令佢起死回生🥹!

不過不失嘅串燒,唔算太有特色🙂。佢個沙嗲醬比較稀,唔係個種黏黏稠稠;然後,三款串燒缺少炭火烤味,反而有種甜甜嘅味道(可能同醃料有關?),而肉質尚算嫩滑,所有嘢都中規中矩。

不過不失的小食拼盤,勉強合格🙂。每道泰式小食唔會好食到驚艷到你,過下口癮送下啤酒完全無問題🍻。香葉包雞,雞肉有層淡淡斑蘭香葉味,唔多只係剛好有,唔算好食,但叫擺得落口;炸蝦餅🍤,平平無奇,似現成做好拎去解凍然後油炸嘅食品;泰式春卷,尚算香脆但偏油;香辣魚餅,感覺都係現成貨……整體味道一般,但呢個小食拼盤上得好慢,我哋食到主菜咁上下先上😵‍💫。

上菜時,個泰式豬肉碎望落乾噌噌,心入面即刻大大對佢打咗個折扣🤨。但一食落,就被佢個味道狠狠打咗我一巴😳。肉碎成功鎖住泰式醬汁,配搭上自帶肉汁嘅光環,就算唔包生菜就咁放入口都超正啊!佢個種曖昧辣味(算係辣?定唔算辣?),配上各種香料嘅加乘,令到我一啖接一啖咁食唔停!真係菜不可以貌相啊,抵讚🤭!

泰式蟹料理🦀,如咖喱炒蟹、炸軟殼蟹,蟹肉奄列,淨係聽到個蟹字都會流晒口水🤤!由於食咖喱炒蟹又要剝殼然後整到隻手好污糟(我心思思好想試),一行人決定改試軟殼蟹!個黃咖喱偏水,味道唔算濃,一啲都唔辣(可能同我可以食得好辣有關?),軟殼蟹蘸咗呢個咖喱都唔會得得特別好食😅;即使被厚粉包裹嘅軟殼蟹食落仍不失其鮮味,蟹肉厚實,絕對對得起呢個價錢!唔似我之喺某啲餐廳食個種7:3 粉蟹比例嘅炸軟殼蟹。如果個咖喱做得出色啲,相信可以為呢道加分。建議單點佢嗰個炸軟殼蟹就可以了。

千祈唔好比佢個名呃咗!其實呢個就係PAD THAI!黃珍珍嘅PAD THAI相當好味,麵身介乎濕同乾之間,口感煙韌,而且充滿鑊氣,好食!蛋花、芽菜,蔥花比例恰到好處,最緊要係啲蝦仁相當彈牙,索晒醬料嘅蝦仁食落真係無得輸!不過有啲美中不足係,啲蝦乾仔小得可憐,如果比多啲嘅話,炒落一定更香😗!

重新出發,繼續嚐泰😎。食完呢間位於九龍城嘅多年老店,心情有啲複雜😖,可能期望過高吧?驚艷程度感覺沒有如坊間所形容的。由於性價比不大,除非係某朋友指定要食呢間,否則我短期內應該唔會再光顧🙂

懶洋洋的星期日,30幾度高溫,炎炎夏日午餐食乜好?不如先來個芒果沙冰,又或泰式特濃冰鎭奶茶,然後來一客泰式生蝦,人少少要個小的(6隻蝦),人多可以要來個大的(12隻),一面欣賞乾冰加水冒出來陣陣飄渺的白煙的仙氣效果,一面享受新鮮爽脆,醮了秘制醬汁的生蝦,刺激視覺之餘,也滿足好口感,想飽肚可以加個濃濃的黃咖喱羊腩㷛,配新鮮出爐脆卜卜的豬仔包就更錦上添花了!本來打算點的椰汁木薯和香芒糯米飯,唯有期待下次了!
