To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偶爾會到九龍城食晏,呢次就嚟黃珍珍食泰國菜。呢度午市人唔太多,座位好寬敞,有向街大玻璃,餐廳充滿自然光,都幾舒服。午市餐牌喺九龍城講唔算太貴。呢次叫咗個牛腩中蝦球冬陰功湯金邊粉( $78 ),跟個前菜係泰式沙律,同冬瓜肉丸餐湯,好香芹菜味,味道都唔錯。另加$22要泰式特濃奶茶冰,啲冰係用奶茶做嘅,唔會越飲越淡,好正。仲要玩少少gimmick,奶茶同奶冰分開上,等你睇到啲冰係真材實料。金邊粉上枱時賣相麻麻地,食食吓發現啲蝦埋晒喺碗底,份量都幾多。牛腩亦都夠腍;冬陰功湯味道濃郁。整體幾滿意。
