主食叫了個香草粉絲大蝦煲,上枱時已經熱辣辣香氣撩人,之後發覺由餐牌話原先5隻大蝦出現6隻大頭蝦真係嘩一聲叫出來,誰一奇怪是找不到香葉的踪影和味道,但食到底嘅時候驚喜又來了竟然發現有幾片豬頸肉,油脂滿滿爽口帶甜好好味的豬頸肉,令到粉絲都吸咗豬頸肉嘅油香甜味。好吃!

這個豬手燉煮得非常入味,而且煮得非常嫩滑多汁,吃起來完全不會乾,豬皮軟糯,肥而不膩的感覺!醬汁是鹹甜口味的,挺惹味,不會再沾其他醬汁來吃都可以!但店員也提供了酸辣的醬汁,為你提供多一款選擇,而我個人覺得原味就最好了!

單看名字感覺挺普通的,但來到會發現這裡非常特別地加上了粟米進去,所以吃起來既有粉粉的芋頭,又有彈牙的西米,更有爽甜的粟米,最後還有香甜幼滑的鮮椰汁,吃起來挺過癮的,味道也很豐富!
