當黑耳同菜苗來到,即係要讚一讚,因為好清,無咩油,但係又好好味,不是好咸同味精個D。真係有食蔬菜應有既健康感覺!

呢一個時候,我地就點左黑毛豬蔥蒜炒絲苗同柚子一字骨,呢兩個特別既菜式。

芝士三層乳豬拌海蜇$48.... 但整到好精緻,好靚,一份份咁,有乳豬蝦膠,芝士,多士。食物陳設好重要。

蔥油海蜇花係第一次食,平時食既係一條一條,而呢個係一朵朵既,爽脆,竟然係呢度食到新野,但唔係新食法,係新野,好難得。

黑毛豬蔥蒜炒絲苗,即係炒飯,好大碟,結果係呢個食唔曬既,D飯一粒一粒,配料亦整得好細粒,呢D係心思來既

而柚子一字骨係用柚子醬配既,所以甜甜地,剛剛熟,不會太梗,加個汁好清新。

去個洗手間先再叫甜品啦..... 個洗手間好有酒店Feel,又乾淨,返去個位又望下個境....... 舒服!

甜品時間好重要,我地叫左蛋白杏仁茶同鮮百合杞子燉桃膠。我未食過桃膠,成日都想試下,原來係爽爽地,唔係膠咁,呢碗甜品好清新好香又不太甜,好like, 而杏仁茶既味道竟然同甜品店,其他酒樓都好唔同,因為佢似真係新解磨出來,唔似用粉溝水個D。因為似係新鮮整,所以不會好漿,不會痴喉嚨,好味!

部長講,呢間餐廳原來係新開,所以未係太多人知而未滿坐。

我只知道來呢度一定要食甜品!下次要留肚叫多兩個甜品先得。

我以往都是譽宴常客,基於價格親民而且食物水準不錯,但今次品嚐的新星海是譽宴集團其下一間高端食府,無論食材菜式,埸地佈置及服務都突破以往风格,走上高端精緻路線,那價格當然是同步有所提升,但食過這晚餐,不單是我,連朋友們都讚不絕口!我個人就非常喜歡"柚子一字骨",一字骨入口驚喜,蜜味柚子汁包在外面,汁清新肉金香,like!再來就是"天白菇伴翡翠苗",白菇帶蠔香鮮味,入口柔滑,菜苗爽甜,like!而甜品好喜歡"蛋白杏仁茶",杏香好吸引,茶又香滑,like!最後在好友聚舊,心情不俗下,敗了一張10000元送1500的vip咭,起初都很猶豫糾結,但經常飯局應酬,都總用得上的,而食物,維港海景,服務,都是值得的!

先講下個湯先, 我地1個湯兩份, 侍應大哥非常細心幫我地拎左2隻杯仔, 個湯一黎到就已經覺得好香, 因為有花膠, 飲完有黏口的感覺, 而且壺底有個小洋燭, 可以暖住唔怕湯凍.

芝士乳豬伴海蜇我覺得係必食, $48/件 ,個底好脆又香口, 中間有芝士青瓜同好似有層蝦滑(唔知自己有無講錯), 食落超有層次, 勁鐘意.

茶樹菇霜降牛,牛肉好lum,份量都幾多, 用甜椒茶樹姑炒, 好惹味, 如果有碗飯就仲一流, 但由於太心多要留位食多款菜~嘻

帶子蒸豆付賣相一流, 連伴碟我都唔放過, 大大粒帶子配埋勁滑的豆付, 兩樣我的最愛一齊, 無得彈

紫薯龍蝦無over cook, 非常爽滑又彈牙, 唯獨炸左的淮山我唔多識欣賞, 所以食哂d紫薯但淮山就食剩左.

由點菜到埋單, 前後我都坐左兩個鍾, 我覺得最滿意係佢地D服務, 細心又有禮貌, 問下佢洗手間係邊, 差d帶埋我入去.
同場, 見佢地8點半就執定枱比訂左9點先到的客, 作為客人見到都覺得感動. 另外見隔離枱order左片皮鴨好似好正, 我決定下次再食要order返隻.

食完主菜已經好飽,但店員話呢度嘅甜品好值得試,又叫了兩款分享,店員比我哋影完相再幫我哋分好!

昆侖雪菊燉葛仙米($48)其實「昆侖雪菊」「葛仙米」都唔知係乜!店員解釋「葛仙米」係一個生長响水嘅植物,所以食落好像蟹籽!中間爽晒「昆侖雪菊」煮出來嘅糖水糖水微甜,「昆侖雪菊」嘅味道本身幾霸道,唔同平時食嘅菊花咁清!不過同葛仙米清爽嘅味道幾夾!QQ咁!好味!
蛋白杏仁茶($48)一樣我平時唔食嘅甜點!杏仁我食,但一做成甜點,味道就好假!(因為係杏仁精油味好假)我試咗半碗,好驚喜係一啲都唔假,好清爽嘅杏仁味!比平時飲嘅杰身,味道微甜!店員強調呢度嘅杏仁茶係生磨,無落精油,當然我唔會知仲有乜嘢秘技!一句好好味就贏晒!

店員好有禮,會睇住啲茶杯!一無茶就過來斟!上菜會問一句先幫我哋分菜!店員見我每道菜都影相,會每道菜都攞咗比我影相先,仲主動提出幫我哋影合照!好helpful!呢度嘅服務係酒店式!唔會騷擾,又好細心照顧到客人!

菜色真心覺得有特色,有啲食材或醬料都無聽過,而且係煮得好味道,自己本來對中菜一般,唔特別喜歡!有幾款食物呢度都做到驚喜!店員介紹好多特色菜,我哋人少都試唔晒!下次有機會再來食!

一餐有質素嘅中菜餐廳!值得encore!
