放假約好友飯聚,訂咗呢間新酒樓,上到去眼前一亮,一個大廳堂,樓底好高,暗紫色燈光加上雲彩水晶燈,好似酒店大堂,座位有喱絲椅套,茶色桌布,仲可以出露台睇好靚嘅尖沙咀夜境!露台都有座位,不過就唔見有人客在出面坐!食物以中式為主,不過菜式又有啲其他元素!同平時見嘅中菜唔同!我哋對菜色有唔明白嘅地方,店員都會解釋清楚!醬皇鴨舌($68)朋友喜歡鴨舌,擺盤好靚!鴨舌炆得入味,肉質彈牙,骨肉好易分離,醬汁味道剛好,唔會太鹹!好味!日本紫薯淮山煨龍蝦($188)呢度嘅龍蝦有好多選擇,仲要唔係時價!餐牌有晒實價,叫得安心,龍蝦擺盤好靚!一隻開邊,店員比我哋影完相,先攞去旁邊嘅手推車上分菜!龍蝦殻內全部都係肉,肉質彈牙,好爽口,醬汁薄薄地,剛好吊味而唔會遮掩咗龍蝦嘅味道!而且橙色龍蝦膏唔會硬,軟熟甘香!紫薯同淮山切成棋子狀,炆得淋身,味道清爽!配龍蝦竟然好夾!好好味!西式慢煮牛肋骨($188)呢個菜特色在原條牛筋骨慢煮炆好後離骨切片,肉質好淋,又唔係爛,仲保留到近骨嗰邊嘅膠質彈牙位!厚切所以有口感,牛味濃!醬汁唔會好杰身,剛剛好吊味唔會掩蓋牛味!好好味!天山雪蓮燉花膠筒($98)茶壺功夫湯,用茶壺上,唔

食完主菜已經好飽,但店員話呢度嘅甜品好值得試,又叫了兩款分享,店員比我哋影完相再幫我哋分好!

蛋白杏仁茶($48)一樣我平時唔食嘅甜點!杏仁我食,但一做成甜點,味道就好假!(因為係杏仁精油味好假)我試咗半碗,好驚喜係一啲都唔假,好清爽嘅杏仁味!比平時飲嘅杰身,味道微甜!店員強調呢度嘅杏仁茶係生磨,無落精油,當然我唔會知仲有乜嘢秘技!一句好好味就贏晒!
店員好有禮,會睇住啲茶杯!一無茶就過來斟!上菜會問一句先幫我哋分菜!店員見我每道菜都影相,會每道菜都攞咗比我影相先,仲主動提出幫我哋影合照!好helpful!呢度嘅服務係酒店式!唔會騷擾,又好細心照顧到客人!
菜色真心覺得有特色,有啲食材或醬料都無聽過,而且係煮得好味道,自己本來對中菜一般,唔特別喜歡!有幾款食物呢度都做到驚喜!店員介紹好多特色菜,我哋人少都試唔晒!下次有機會再來食!
一餐有質素嘅中菜餐廳!值得encore!
