星期六唔使返工就做下孝順女陪爸媽飲茶,又唔想只係去樓下街坊酒樓,就一早帶爸媽出尖沙咀翠亨村飲茶啦!翠亨村在商場5樓,佔左一層,地方寬敞,檯與檯之間都有一定距離。侍應好有禮貌甘帶我地入座,坐低之後叫左一壺菊花,之後就睇下點心紙有咩叫,點心不太多,我地叫左五個點心、一個湯、一個炒粉,都是一般茶樓有的普通點心,但這裡水準就比較高,味道好,當然價錢都比一般酒樓貴。1)原個蕃茄海鮮湯,有蝦、帶子、蟹肉,湯就是鮮魚湯,鮮甜好味。2)另外叫左蝦餃、粉果、排骨、金粟百花球,味道都唔錯3)最好味是這個菠蘿叉燒包,真係好好味,好想再食4)但呢個乾炒牛河就貴左少少,份量都少左少少總體來講翠亨村點心味道唔錯、環境舒適,但價錢就貴左少少,久唔久請阿爸阿媽來一次等佢地試下貴價野!

細細個已經聽過翠亨邨呢個品牌,最近見有廣告,決定同屋企人一齊回味一下。一段時間無來光顧,發覺原來都好多選擇,仲有好多耐無見嘅舊粵菜!點左婆婆最愛嘅焗釀響螺,不過爸爸喜歡蟹,他就點了釀蟹蓋,我兩個試晒,雖然都有用葡汁調味,但係兩個嘅味道又好唔同!釀響螺多料,有雞肝香,較惹味,釀蟹蓋好足,蟹肉係一疏疏嘅,同響螺比蟹蓋就較鮮甜,可謂各有千秋!仲有另一道我好鐘意嘅,就係呢個嘅葱油脆皮雞,肉嫩皮脆,個汁又好味,最緊要好多葱,夠晒香!價錢方面係中上,但係食物出品有水準,菜式選擇特別,絕非一般酒樓貨色。個人認為慶祝或者請客都好得體,已經決定下次家人壽晨會再來試其他菜式。

星期六和家人來到翠亨邨飲茶,整體食物質素一般,服務不錯,至少店員看到桌上有一個空碟便會主動過來拿走。菠蘿叉燒餐包,暖暖的,菠蘿皮做得香脆,內裏的叉燒餡味道不會太濃,是美味的。XO醬炒腸粉,少許辣,腸粉皮不會太黏不厚,恰到好處。脆皮燒腩仔是整餐之中最美味的。外皮夠香脆,中間夾着少許肥肉,肉質鮮美;另外還有懷舊的蠔油豆,美味非常。上湯煎粉果,煎粉果內有蝦肉,外皮煎得香脆,蘸上上湯另有一番風味。蟹子瑤柱燒賣、鮮竹牛肉球、金粟百花球,皆彈牙可口。尤其是鮮竹牛肉球,帶有香濃的果皮香。瑤柱蒸蘿蔔糕,沒有其他的配料,只是純粹蘿蔔糕和江瑤柱配上豉油,真材實料已經夠美味。黑松露醬雞絲翡翠炆伊麵,端過來的時候已經有非常香濃的黑松露味,吃下去每條伊面也帶著黑松露的香,令人不停想吃。菲林芝麻卷,就好像是芝麻糊的固體版,仲有強烈的黑芝麻香味。

煎粉果有上湯俾你點一點冇咁熱氣,而佢都做得好脆,點完個湯都仍然係保留到脆嘅感覺,唔會完全林晒。鯪魚球外邊加左啲米粉去炸,所以咬落特別脆,亦都完全冇腥味,可能有啲人會覺得冇咗錂魚嘅魚味,不過冇腥味就啱我。冬菇包外形似冬菇,個餡係用咗冬菇來做,阿仔最鍾意食。我亦都想講下你細個嗰陣時去親飲茶都必定會叫嘅「菲林」芝麻卷。不過,而家呢一代好大機會都冇見過真正影相嘅菲林,所以都可能都唔知道菲林係點樣嘅。翠亨邨嘅菲林我覺得做得好好,唔好俾佢外型呃左,佢咬落去都非常軟滑。斑片腸粉都係值得出推介嘅一個點心,雖然都唔平,但係係真係用班片去做。

燒味拼盤平時叉燒都好好食,但係今日就有少少失色,啲叉燒嘅肉唔係好林,同埋唔夠juicy。

另外、甜品我都鍾意食蛋白杏仁茶,有機會不妨試一試。

不過如果星期日去翠亨村飲茶,我就會提議你早一啲去,12點鐘之前到通常都唔需要特別排隊。

本人早前看了報紙的推介, 到了位於尖沙咀美麗華廣場的翠亨邨試吃了此店的得奬菜式.   這店不是很旺場, 人客不是很多.   論用餐環境, 裝修不錯,  很有大氣, 但是冷氣嚴重不足, 有一點悶熱的感覺, 好像在低價的茶室吃飯一樣,  但此店的價格偏貴.  服務還不錯.   我點了八珍扒大鴨, 江南酥腿.  八珍扒大鴨是半隻的($388), 其實份量比想像中小很多.  這個菜式的材料主要有鮑魚二隻, 大虾二隻, 帶子二隻, 花菇二隻, 少許海參, 肉片, 和一些陳皮鴨.  鴨肉的味道不錯, 肉質很鮮嫩, 鴨汁也做得不錯.  大虾很彈牙.  不過鮑魚實在太細隻了,  應該是罐頭鮑魚的,  好像跟報紙推介的不一樣, 因為根據報紙上的圖片, 鮑魚的個頭是大很多的,  但本人吃的鮑魚應該是最細小的罐頭湯鮑.  是不是廚師因人而做出不同的菜色???  可能是記者要拍照, 要做出宣傳推廣的效果, 所以給一些大個頭的鮑魚???   帶子好像是冰鮮的, 如果用上乾貝會更好.  花菇海參的味道不錯,  鴨的份量太小, 如果是全鴨會更好.  總體來說, 這菜做得還是不錯, 但價格偏貴, 選料和食材方面還有可

宮廷富貴雞:這是上碟時的樣。切完之很可以砌回一隻雞,真有心思。 (其實麵包也有切成方塊上碟,麵包表面掃了一點蜜糖,有點像港式餐包,所以小朋友吃了很多 (我亦吃了不少... 用來點雞汁很惹味! ) 不過忘了拍照...  可惜可惜! )

總結:下一次再招呼親朋戚友,翠亨邨是top of the list,因為地方夠大,多幾圍都可以坐很舒服,而且服務周到。以現在的物價指數,HK$500一位可以吃到這樣高質的中菜,實在算難得!

We had a simple dinner, w bbq pork & chicken combo, pea shoots sauteed in garlic, fried noodles and tea  which cost HK$900.00 for 2 people. OUTRAGEOUS and a RIP OFF.  It is the most expensive pea shoots that I have ever had at HK$228, which normally costs around HK$80-100in a similar standard restaurant.  DO NOT  go here....any of the Maxim's Group of Restaurants have similar or better quality food and better standard of service, linen, ambience and decoration at a much more reasonable prices.IT

ITS A SHAME, this restaurant has been in HK for a long time, I have eaten there  before when it was reasonable prices. 
For TOURISTS - DO NOT GO unless you want to pay double the price for what is offered else where. 

I have not felt ripped off for food in a restaurant for a decade till I went to Tsui Hang Village in New World Tower, Central. 
If I wanted to go to a five star hotel  restaurant, I sure would not have chosen Tsui Hang RIP OFF Village. 
Totally DISGUSTED.
