平時飲老火湯都覺得佢地D湯品好出色,今次試左木瓜魚唇鮑魚湯。用原個木瓜仔燉湯底鮮甜唔在講,鮑魚仔煲到好軟冧,魚唇就夠彈牙,充滿骨膠原。我地都刮到個木瓜乾乾淨淨,好回味嘅湯品!

其實飲完個湯都半飽咁滯,但係呢個焗響螺實在太惹味,成個KO
老細話呢D係以前宴客先有得食,而家好少地方有架啦!

之後仲有好多野食,當然唔少得佢地嘅叉燒,次次都無令我失望!

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
